2 Kings 10
1 And [belonged] to Ahab seventy sons in Samaria and he wrote Jehu letters and he sent [them] Samaria to [the] officials of Jezreel the elders and to the guardians Ahab saying.
Ugbu a, e nwere ụmụ Ehab ndị ikom ọnụọgụgụ ha dị iri asaa ndị nọ na Sameria, Jehu dere akwụkwọ ozi ziga Sameria, zigara ndịisi obodo Jezril, zigakwara ndị okenye na ndị na-elekọta ụmụ Ehab ndị ahụ. Ọ sịrị,
2 And now (when comes *LB(ah)*) the letter this to you and [are] with you [the] sons of master your and [are] with you chariotry and horses and a city of fortification and weaponry.
“Ugbu a, mgbe akwụkwọ a rutere unu aka, ebe unu na ụmụ ndị ikom nna unu ukwu nọ, ebe unu nwekwara ụgbọ agha na ịnyịnya, na obodo e wusiri ike na ngwa agha,
3 And you will see the good and the right of [the] sons of master your and you will set [him] on [the] throne of father his and fight on [the] house of master your.
họpụtanụ onye kachasị inwe ugwu ma kwesikwa nʼime ụmụ ndị ikom nna unu ukwu, mee ka ọ nọkwasị nʼocheeze nna ya. Mgbe ahụ, buo agha chebe ụlọ nna unu ukwu.”
4 And they were afraid very very and they said there! [the] two the kings not they stood before him and how? will we stand we.
Ma ha tụrụ egwu nʼebe ọ dị ukwuu, sị, “Lee, eze abụọ enweghị ike iguzogide ya, anyị onwe anyị ga-esi aṅaa guzogide ya?”
5 And he sent [the one] who [was] over the house and [the one] who [was] over the city and the elders and the guardians to Jehu - saying [are] servants your we and all that you will say to us we will do not we will make king anyone the good in view your do.
Ya mere, onye ọ dị nʼaka ilekọta ezinaụlọ eze, onyeisi obodo, ndị okenye na ndị niile na-elekọta ụmụ Ehab, dere akwụkwọ a zigara Jehu, sị ya, “Jehu, anyị niile bụ ndị ohu gị. Anyị jikeere ime ihe niile i gwara anyị. Anyị agaghị ahọpụta onye ọbụla dịka eze; gị onwe gị mee ihe ọbụla ị chere na ọ bụ ya kachasị mma.”
6 And he wrote to them a letter - second saying if [belong] to me you and to voice my - you [are] listening take [the] heads of [the] men of [the] sons of master your and come to me about this time tomorrow Jezreel towards and [the] sons of the king seventy man [were] with [the] great [people] of the city [who] were bringing up them.
Mgbe ahụ, Jehu degaara ha akwụkwọ nke ugboro abụọ sị ha, “Ọ bụrụ na unu dịnyeere m, ọ bụrụkwa na unu ga-erube isi nye m, chịrịnụ isi ụmụ ndị ikom nna unu ukwu, bịakwute m nʼotu oge a echi na Jezril.” Nʼoge ahụ, ụmụ eze iri ndị ikom asaa nọ nʼaka ndịisi obodo ahụ, ndị na-azụlite ha.
7 And it was when came the letter to them and they took [the] sons of the king and they slaughtered seventy man and they put heads their in baskets and they sent [them] to him Jezreel towards.
Mgbe akwụkwọ ozi ahụ rutere ha, ndị ikom ahụ kpọrọ ụmụ ndị ikom eze dị iri asaa nʼọnụọgụgụ gbuo ha niile, chịrị isi ha tinye na nkata zigara ya Jehu na Jezril.
8 And he came the messenger and he told to him saying they have brought [the] heads of [the] sons of the king and he said make them two heaps [the] entrance of the gate until the morning.
Mgbe onyeozi bịarutere, ọ gwara Jehu sị, “Ha ebutala isi ụmụ ndị ikom eze.” Mgbe ahụ, Jehu nyere iwu sị, “Tụkọbanụ ha ọnụ nʼoke abụọ, nʼọnụ ụzọ e si abata obodo, tutu ruo ụtụtụ.”
9 And it was in the morning and he went out and he stood and he said to all the people [are] righteous you here! I I conspired on master my and I killed him and who? did he strike down all these.
Nʼụtụtụ ya, Jehu pụrụ, guzoro nʼihu ndị niile gbakọrọ nʼebe ahụ gwa ha okwu sị, “Ndị Izrel, unu bụ ndị ezi omume. Ọ bụ mụ onwe m gbara izu ọjọọ megide nna m ukwu, gbuo ya, ma onye gburu ndị a niile?
10 Know then that not it will fall any of [the] word of Yahweh [the] ground towards which he has spoken Yahweh on [the] house of Ahab and Yahweh he has done [that] which he spoke by [the] hand of servant his Elijah.
Matanụ nke ọma na o nweghị okwu ọbụla Onyenwe anyị kwuru megide ezinaụlọ Ehab nke na-agaghị emezu. Onyenwe anyị emeela ihe o kwere nkwa na ọ ga-eme site nʼọnụ ohu ya Ịlaịja.”
11 And he struck down Jehu all those [who] remained of [the] house of Ahab in Jezreel and all great [men] his and acquaintances his and priests his until not he had left to him a survivor.
Emesịa, Jehu gburu ndị ikwu Ehab fọdụrụ nʼobodo Jezril, ha na ndịisi niile, na ndị enyi ya niile, na ndị nchụaja ya niile. Ọ dịkwaghị otu onye ikwu Ehab ọ hapụrụ ndụ.
12 And he arose and he went and he went Samaria he [was at] Beth Eked of [the] Shepherds on [the] way.
Emesịakwa, Jehu hapụrụ Jezril gaa Sameria. Mgbe ọ na-aga nʼụzọ, ọ bịaruru ebe a na-akpọ Ebe Izuike Ndị ọzụzụ atụrụ.
13 And Jehu he found [the] brothers of Ahaziah [the] king of Judah and he said who? [are] you and they said [are] [the] brothers of Ahaziah we and we have come down for [the] peace of [the] sons of the king and [the] sons of the queen-mother.
Nʼebe ahụ, o zutere ndị ụmụnna Ahazaya, eze Juda, jụọ sị, “Olee ndị ka unu bụ?” Ha zara, “Anyị bụ ndị ikwu Ahazaya, eze Juda, anyị bịara ka anyị jụọ maka ọdịmma ndị ezinaụlọ eze na nne eze.”
14 And he said seize them alive and they seized them alive and they slaughtered them to [the] pit of Beth Eked forty and two man and not he spared anyone from them.
O nyere iwu sị, “Jidenụ ha na ndụ.” Ha jidere ha na ndụ, gbukwaa ha niile nʼakụkụ olulu miri nke Bet-Eked. Ọnụọgụgụ ha dị iri anọ na abụọ. O nweghị onye ọbụla ọ hapụrụ ndụ.
15 And he went from there and he found Jonadab [the] son of Rechab to meet him and he blessed him and he said to him ¿ [is] there with heart your right just as heart my [is] with heart your and he said Jonadab there is and there is give! hand your and he gave hand his and he took up him to himself into the chariot.
Mgbe o si nʼebe ahụ pụọ, o zutere Jehonadab nwa Rekab, ka ọ na-abịa izute ya. Jehu kelere ya, sị, “Obi gị, o ziri ezi nwee nkwekọrịta, dịka obi m dị nʼebe ị nọ?” Jehonadab zara sị ya, “E.” Jehu sịrị, “Ọ bụrụ na o si otu a dịrị, kwe m nʼaka.” Jehonadab kwere ya nʼaka. Jehu nʼonwe ya nyeere ya aka ka ọ rigota nʼụgbọ agha ya.
16 And he said come! with me and look on zeal my for Yahweh and they made ride him in chariot his.
Mgbe ahụ, Jehu sịrị ya, “Ugbu a, soro m bịa lee ụdị ịnụ ọkụ nʼobi m nwere maka ọrụ Onyenwe anyị.” Ha abụọ sooro nʼụgbọ agha Jehu.
17 And he came Samaria and he struck down all those [who] remained of Ahab in Samaria until he had destroyed him according to [the] word of Yahweh which he had spoken to Elijah.
Mgbe ha bịaruru Sameria, Jehu gburu ndị enyi na ndị ikwu Ehab niile, ndị fọdụrụ site nʼikwu Ehab, o bibiri ha dịka okwu Onyenwe anyị kwuru site nʼọnụ onye amụma Ịlaịja.
18 And he gathered Jehu all the people and he said to them Ahab he served Baal a little Jehu he will serve him much.
Emesịa, Jehu kpọkọtara ndị obodo ahụ niile sị ha, “Ehab fere Baal ofufe nke nta, Jehu ga-efe ya ebe ọ dị ukwuu.
19 And therefore all [the] prophets of Baal all [those who] serve him and all priests his summon to me anyone may not he be missing for a sacrifice great [belongs] to me to Baal any [one] who he will be missing not he will live and Jehu he acted with guile so as to destroy [those who] serve Baal.
Ugbu a, kpọkọtaanụ ndị amụma Baal niile, ndị niile na-efe ya, na ndị nchụaja ya niile. Hụnụ na onye ọbụla nʼime ha bịara, nʼihi na a ga-eme oke mmemme ịchụ aja nye Baal. Onye ọbụla e lere anya ya nʼebe ahụ, ma a hụghị ya, agaghị adị ndụ.” Ma Jehu ji aghụghọ nʼihi ka ọ laa ndị a na-efe Baal nʼiyi.
20 And he said Jehu consecrate an assembly to Baal and they proclaimed [it].
Jehu sịrị, “Kpọsaanụ na a ga-enwe oke mkpọkọta dị nsọ nye Baal.” Ya mere, ha kwusara ya.
21 And he sent Jehu in all Israel and they came all [those who] serve Baal and not he was left anyone who not he came and they went [the] house of Baal and it was filled [the] house of Baal mouth to mouth.
O zipụrụ ozi nye ndị bi nʼakụkụ Izrel niile. Ndị niile na-efe Baal bịazuru. Ọ dịghị onye fọdụrụ nke na-abịaghị. Ha jupụtara nʼụlọnsọ ukwu Baal site nʼotu isi ya ruo nʼisi nke ọzọ.
22 And he said to [the one] who [was] over the wardrobe bring out clothing for all [those who] serve Baal and he brought out for them the clothing.
Jehu sịrị onye na-elekọta ụlọ ebe a na-edebe uwe ndị na-efe ofufe na-eyi, “Chịpụta uwe nye ndị niile na-efe Baal.” Ya mere, ọ chịpụtaara ha uwe.
23 And he went Jehu and Jonadab [the] son of Rechab [the] house of Baal and he said to [those who] serve Baal search and see lest there here with you [be] any of [the] servants of Yahweh that except [those who] serve Baal to alone them.
Mgbe ahụ, Jehu na Jehonadab nwa Rekab, banyere nʼebe nzukọ Baal. Jehu sịrị ndị nʼefe Baal, “Chọzienụ nke ọma ka unu hụ na o nweghị onye ọbụla na-efe Onyenwe anyị nọ nʼebe a, karịakwa naanị ndị na-efe Baal.”
24 And they went to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings and Jehu he had stationed himself on the outside eighty man and he had said the man who he will escape from the men whom I [am] bringing on hands your life his in place of life his.
Mgbe ha malitere ịchụ aja na isure ihe nsure ọkụ, Jehu emeelarị ka iri ndị agha asatọ gbaa ụlọ ahụ niile gburugburu. O nyelarị iwu sị, “Ọ bụrụ na unu ekwere ka otu onye si nʼime ụlọ a gbapụ, unu ga-eji ndụ unu kwụghachi ụgwọ onye dị otu ahụ.”
25 And it was when finished he - to offer the burnt offering and he said Jehu to the runners and to the officers go strike down them anyone may not he come out and they struck down them to [the] mouth of [the] sword and they threw [them] out the runners and the officers and they went to [the] city of [the] house of Baal.
Ngwangwa Jehu chụchasịrị aja nsure ọkụ, ọ pụrụ gwa ndị agha ya, na ndịisi ha okwu sị, “Baanụ nʼime ụlọ gbuo ndị niile nọ nʼebe ahụ. Unu ekwela ka otu onye nʼime ha gbapụ.” Ha jiri mma agha gbuo ndị ahụ nọ nʼime ụlọ Baal, tụpụta ozu ha nʼezi. Emesịa, ndị agha Jehu banyere nʼime ime ụlọ ebe ịchụ aja Baal,
26 And they brought out [the] sacred pillars of [the] house of Baal and they burned it.
ha bupụtara ogidi nsọ e ji efe Baal, kpọọ ha ọkụ.
27 And they pulled down [the] sacred pillar of Baal and they pulled down [the] house of Baal and they made it (outhouses *Q(K)*) until this day.
Ha kwaturu ogidi nsọ Baal, kwatukwaa ụlọ ịchụ aja ya. Ya mere e megharịrị ya ka ọ bụrụ ebe ọha mmadụ na-aga ogwe ruo taa.
28 And he destroyed Jehu Baal from Israel.
Jehu kpochapụrụ ofufe Baal nʼala Izrel niile.
29 Only [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel not he turned aside Jehu from after them [the] calves of gold which [were] Beth-el and which [were] in Dan.
Ma otu ọ dị, o siteghị na mmehie Jeroboam nwa Nebat wezuga onwe ya. Mmehie nke Jeroboam mere ka Izrel mehie, ya bụ, mmehie nke ife arụsị ụmụ ehi e ji ọlaedo kpụọ, dị na Betel na Dan.
30 And he said Yahweh to Jehu because that you have done well by doing the right in view my according to all that [was] in heart my you have done to [the] house of Ahab descendants of [the] fourth [generation] they will sit of you on [the] throne of Israel.
Onyenwe anyị gwara Jehu sị, “Nʼihi na i mere nke ọma mezuo ihe niile ziri ezi nʼanya m, nʼebe ezinaụlọ Ehab nọ, nʼusoro ihe niile dị nʼuche m ime, ụmụ ụmụ gị ga-anọkwasị nʼocheeze Izrel, ruo nʼọgbọ nke anọ ha.”
31 And Jehu not he took care to walk in [the] law of Yahweh [the] God of Israel with all heart his not he turned aside from on [the] sins of Jeroboam which he caused to sin Israel.
Ma Jehu akpachapụghị anya iji obi ya niile debe iwu Onyenwe anyị, Chineke Izrel. O siteghị na mmehie Jeroboam wezuga onwe ya, bụ mmehie ahụ o mere ka Izrel mee.
32 In the days those he began Yahweh to cut off in Israel and he struck down them Hazael in all [the] territory of Israel.
Nʼoge ahụ, Onyenwe anyị malitere ime ka ndị Izrel bido ịdị nta. Hazael eze Aram, buru agha merie ọtụtụ akụkụ Izrel,
33 From the Jordan [the] rising of the sun all [the] land of Gilead the Gadite[s] and the Reubenite[s] and the Manassite[s] from Aroer which [is] at [the] wadi of Arnon and Gilead and Bashan.
nke dị nʼọwụwa anyanwụ osimiri Jọdan, na ala niile nke Gilead (nʼoke ala ndị Gad, na nke ndị Ruben, na Manase), site nʼAroea nke dị nʼakụkụ ndagwurugwu Anọn, ruo Gilead na Bashan.
34 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Jehu and all that he did and all might his ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
Akụkọ gbasara ọchịchị eze Jehu, na ihe niile o mere, na ịkpa ike ya niile, e deghị ha nʼakwụkwọ akụkọ ndị eze Izrel?
35 And he lay down Jehu with ancestors his and people buried him in Samaria and he became king Jehoahaz son his in place of him.
Jehu sooro ndị nna nna ya ha dina nʼọnwụ, e lie ya na Sameria. Nwa ya bụ Jehoahaz nọchiri anya ya dịka eze.
36 And the days which he reigned Jehu over Israel [were] twenty and eight year[s] in Samaria.
Ma ụbọchị niile Jehu bụ eze Izrel nʼime Sameria dị iri afọ abụọ na asatọ.
