2 Chronicles 9
1 And [the] queen of Sheba she heard [the] report of Solomon and she came to put to [the] test Solomon by difficult matters in Jerusalem with a retinue numerous very and camels carrying spices and gold to abundance and stone[s] precious and she came to Solomon and she spoke with him all that it was with heart her.
Ko je kraljica iz Sabe slišala o Salomonovi slavi, je prišla v Jeruzalem, da Salomona preizkusi s težkimi vprašanji, z zelo veliko skupino in kamelami, ki so nosile dišave, zlata v obilju in dragocene kamne. Ko je prišla k Salomonu, se je z njim posvetovala o vsem, kar je bilo na njenem srcu.
2 And he told to her Solomon all words her and not it was concealed a word from Solomon which not he told to her.
Salomon ji je odgovoril [na] vsa njena vprašanja. Ničesar ni bilo skrito pred Salomonom, česar ji ne bi povedal.
3 And she saw [the] queen of Sheba [the] wisdom of Solomon and the house which he had built.
Ko je kraljica iz Sabe videla Salomonovo modrost in hišo, ki jo je zgradil,
4 And [the] food of table his and [the] seating of servants his and [the] standing of servants his and clothes their and cup-bearers his and clothes their and upper room his which he went up [the] house of Yahweh and not it was still in her breath.
hrano njegove mize, sedenje njegovih služabnikov, položaj njegovih služabnikov in njihovo obleko; tudi njegove dvorne točaje in njihovo obleko in njegov vzpon, s katerim je odšel gor v Gospodovo hišo, tam ni bilo več duha v njej.
5 And she said to the king [was] truth the word which I heard in own land my on words your and on wisdom your.
Kralju je rekla: » To je bilo resnično poročilo, ki sem ga slišala v svoji lastni deželi o tvojih dejanjih in o tvoji modrosti.
6 And not I believed words their until that I came and they saw eyes my and here! not it was told to me [the] half of [the] greatness of wisdom your you have added to the report which I heard.
Vendar nisem verjela njihovim besedam, dokler nisem prišla in so moje oči to videle. Glej, ni mi bilo povedano niti o eni polovici veličine tvoje modrosti, kajti presegaš slavo, ki sem jo slišala.
7 How blessed! [are] people your and how blessed! [are] servants your these who stand before you continually and [who] hear wisdom your.
Srečni so tvoji možje in srečni so ti tvoji služabniki, ki nenehno stojijo pred teboj in poslušajo tvojo modrost.
8 May he be Yahweh God your blessed who - he has delighted in you to put you on throne his to king for Yahweh God your because loves God your Israel to make stand it for ever and he has appointed you over them to king to do justice and righteousness.
Blagoslovljen bodi Gospod, tvoj Bog, ki se je razveseljeval v tebi, da te postavi na svoj prestol, da bi bil kralj za Gospoda, tvojega Boga. Ker je tvoj Bog ljubil Izrael, da jih utrdi na veke, te je zato postavil [za] kralja nad njimi, da izvajaš sodbo in pravico.«
9 And she gave to the king one hundred and twenty - talent[s] of gold and spices to abundance exceedingly and stone[s] precious and not it has been like the spice that which she gave [the] queen of Sheba to the king Solomon.
Kralju je izročila sto dvajset talentov zlata, veliko obilje dišav in dragocene kamne. Niti ni bilo tam nobenih takšnih dišav, kot jih je kraljica iz Sabe izročila kralju Salomonu.
10 And also [the] servants of (Huram *Q(K)*) and [the] servants of Solomon who they brought gold from Ophir they brought wood of algum and stone[s] precious.
Hurámovi služabniki in Salomonovi služabniki, ki so pripeljali zlato iz Ofírja, so pripeljali tudi sandalovino in dragocene kamne.
11 And he made the king [the] wood of the algum tracks for [the] house of Yahweh and for [the] house of the king and harps and lyres for the singers and not they had been seen like them before in [the] land of Judah.
Kralj je iz sandalovine naredil terase h Gospodovi hiši in h kraljevi palači in harfe ter plunke za pevce. Ničesar takšnega ni bilo prej videti v Judovi deželi.
12 And the king Solomon he gave to [the] queen of Sheba all desire her which she asked besides [that] which she had brought to the king and she turned and she went to own land her she and servants her.
Kralj Salomon je kraljici iz Sabe izročil vse njene želje, karkoli je prosila, poleg tega, kar je prinesla h kralju. Tako se je obrnila in odšla proč k svoji lastni deželi, ona in njeni služabniki.
13 And it was [the] weight of the gold which it came to Solomon in a year one six hundred and sixty and six talents of gold.
Torej teža zlata, ki je prišla k Salomonu v enem letu, je bila šeststo šestinšestdeset talentov zlata,
14 Apart from [the] men of the merchants and the traders [were] bringing and all [the] kings of Arabia and [the] governors of the land [were] bringing gold and silver to Solomon.
poleg tega, kar so prinašali krošnjarji in trgovci. Vsi kralji Arabije in voditelji dežele so Salomonu prinašali zlato in srebro.
15 And he made the king Solomon two hundred body shield[s] gold beaten six hundred gold beaten he put up on the body shield one.
Kralj Salomon je naredil dvesto okroglih ščitov iz kovanega zlata. Šeststo šeklov iz kovanega zlata je šlo k enemu okroglemu ščitu.
16 And three hundred shields gold beaten three hundred gold he put up on the shield one and he put them the king in [the] House of [the] Forest of Lebanon.
Tristo ščitov je naredil iz kovanega zlata. Tristo šeklov zlata je šlo za en ščit. Kralj jih je postavil v hiši libanonskega gozda.
17 And he made the king a throne of ivory great and he overlaid it gold pure.
Poleg tega je kralj naredil velik prestol iz slonovine in ga prevlekel s čistim zlatom.
18 And six steps [belonged] to the throne and a footstool in gold to the throne [were] attached and hands from this and from this [were] on [the] place of the sitting and two lions [were] standing beside the hands.
K prestolu je bilo šest stopnic, s pručko iz zlata, ki so bile pritrjene k prestolu in opori [za roke] na vsaki strani prostora za sedenje in dva leva, stoječa pri oporah [za roke].
19 And two [plus] ten lions [were] standing there on [the] six the steps from this and from this not it had been made thus for any kingdom.
Dvanajst levov je stalo tam na eni strani in na drugi, na šestih stopnicah. Ničesar podobnega ni bilo narejenega v nobenem kraljestvu.
20 And all [the] vessels of [the] drink of the king Solomon [were] gold and all [the] utensils of [the] House of [the] Forest of Lebanon [were] gold pure gold not silver [was] esteemed in [the] days of Solomon to anything.
Vse posode za pitje kralja Salomona so bile iz zlata in vse posode hiše libanonskega gozda so bile iz čistega zlata. Nobena ni bila iz srebra, le-to ni bilo nič cenjeno v Salomonovih dneh.
21 For ships of the king [were] going Tarshish with [the] servants of Huram one [time] to three years they came - ships of Tarshish carrying gold and silver ivori and monkeys and apes.
Kajti kraljeve ladje so odplule v Taršíš s Hurámovimi služabniki. Enkrat na vsaka tri leta so prišle ladje iz Taršíša, ki so pripeljale zlato, srebro, slonovino, opice in pave.
22 And he became great the king Solomon more than all [the] kings of the earth to wealth and wisdom.
Kralj Salomon je presegal vse zemeljske kralje v bogastvih in modrosti.
23 And all [the] kings of the earth [were] seeking [the] face of Solomon to hear wisdom his which he had put God in heart his.
Vsi kralji zemlje so iskali Salomonovo prisotnost, da slišijo njegovo modrost, ki jo je Bog položil v njegovo srce.
24 And they [were] bringing everyone gift his articles of silver and articles of gold and garments weaponry and spices horses and mules [the] matter of a year in a year.
Prinašali so mu vsak človek svoje darilo, posode iz srebra, posode iz zlata, oblačila, vprege, dišave, konje in mule, mero leto za letom.
25 And it belonged to Solomon four thousand stalls of horses and chariots and two [plus] ten thousand horsemen and he placed them in [the] cities of chariotry and with the king in Jerusalem.
Salomon je imel štiri tisoč boksov za konje in bojne vozove in dvanajst tisoč konjenikov, ki jih je namestil v mestih za bojne vozove in s kraljem v Jeruzalemu.
26 And he was ruling over all the kings from the river and to [the] land of [the] Philistines and to [the] border of Egypt.

27 And he made the king silver in Jerusalem like stones and cedars he made like the sycamores which [are] in the Shephelah for abundance.
Kralj je naredil srebra v Jeruzalemu kakor kamnov in cedrovih dreves je naredil [toliko] kakor egiptovskih smokev, ki jih je na nizkih ravnicah v obilju.
28 And [were] brought out horses from Egypt for Solomon and from all the lands.
K Salomonu so vodili konje iz Egipta in iz vseh dežel.
29 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Solomon former and latter ¿ not [are] they written on [the] words of Nathan the prophet and on [the] prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite and in [the] visions (Iddo *Q(K)*) the seer on Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat.
Torej preostala izmed Salomonovih dejanj, prva in zadnja, mar niso zapisana v knjigi preroka Natána in v prerokovanju Šilčana Ahíja in v videnjih vidca Idója zoper Nebátovega sina Jerobeáma?
30 And he reigned Solomon in Jerusalem over all Israel forty year[s].
Salomon je v Jeruzalemu nad Izraelom kraljeval štirideset let.
31 And he lay down Solomon with ancestors his and people buried him in [the] city of David father his and he became king Rehoboam son his in place of him.
Salomon je zaspal s svojimi očeti in je bil pokopan v mestu svojega očeta Davida in namesto njega je zakraljeval njegov sin Rehabám.
