2 Chronicles 5

1 And it was complete all the work which he had done Solomon for [the] house of Yahweh. And he brought Solomon [the] holy things of - David father his and the silver and the gold and all the articles he put in [the] treasuries of [the] house of God.

۱ پس تمامی کاری که سلیمان به جهت خانه خداوند کرد تمام شد، و سلیمان موقوفات پدرش داود را داخل ساخت، و نقره و طلا و سایرآلات آنها را در خزاین خانه خدا گذاشت.

2 Then he called together Solomon [the] elders of Israel and all [the] chiefs of the tribes [the] leaders of the fathers of [the] people of Israel to Jerusalem to bring up [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh from [the] city of David it [is] Zion.

۲ آنگاه سلیمان مشایخ اسرائیل و جمیع روسای اسباط و سروران آبای بنی‌اسرائیل را دراورشلیم جمع کرد تا تابوت عهد خداوند را ازشهر داود که صهیون باشد، برآورند.

3 And they assembled to the king every person of Israel at the festival it [was] the month seventh.

۳ و جمیع مردان اسرائیل در عید ماه هفتم نزد پادشاه جمع شدند.

4 And they came all [the] elders of Israel and they lifted the Levites the ark.

۴ پس جمیع مشایخ اسرائیل آمدند ولاویان تابوت را برداشتند.

5 And they brought up the ark and [the] tent of meeting and all [the] articles of holiness which [were] in the tent they brought up them the priests the Levites.

۵ و تابوت و خیمه اجتماع و همه آلات مقدس را که در خیمه بودبرآوردند، و لاویان کهنه آنها را برداشتند.

6 And the king Solomon and all [the] congregation of Israel who were gathered with him before the ark [were] sacrificing sheep and cattle which not they were counted and not they were numbered from multitude.

۶ وسلیمان پادشاه و تمامی جماعت اسرائیل که نزدوی جمع شده بودند پیش تابوت ایستادند، وآنقدر گوسفند و گاو ذبح کردند که به شماره وحساب نمی آمد.

7 And they brought the priests [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh to place its to [the] innermost room of the house to [the] holy place of the holy places to under [the] wings of the cherubim.

۷ و کاهنان تابوت عهد خداوندرا به مکانش در محراب خانه، یعنی درقدس‌الاقداس زیر بالهای کروبیان درآوردند.

8 And they were the cherubim spreading out wings over [the] place of the ark and they covered the cherubim over the ark and over poles its from to above.

۸ وکروبیان بالهای خود را بر مکان تابوت پهن می‌کردند و کروبیان تابوت و عصاهایش را از بالامی پوشانیدند.

9 And they were long the poles and they were visible [the] heads of the poles from the ark on [the] face of the innermost room and not they were visible the outside towards and it was there until the day this.

۹ و عصاها اینقدر دراز بود که سرهای عصاها از تابوت پیش محراب دیده می شد، اما از بیرون دیده نمی شد، و تا امروز درآنجا است.

10 There not [was] in the ark only [the] two the tablets which he put Moses at Horeb where he made Yahweh with [the] people of Israel when came out they from Egypt.

۱۰ و در تابوت چیزی نبود سوای آن دو لوح که موسی در حوریب در آن گذاشت وقتی که خداوند با بنی‌اسرائیل در حین بیرون آمدن ایشان از مصر عهد بست.

11 And it was when came out the priests from the holy place for all the priests who were found they had consecrated themselves not to keep to divisions.

۱۱ و واقع شد که چون کاهنان از قدس بیرون آمدند (زیرا همه کاهنانی که حاضر بودند بدون ملاحظه نوبتهای خود خویشتن را تقدیس کردند.

12 And the Levites the singers all of them Asaph Heman Jeduthun and sons their and relatives their [were] fully clothed fine linen with cymbals and with lyres and harps [were] standing east of the altar and [were] with them priests of one hundred and twenty ([who were] blowing a trumpet *Q(k)*) on trumpets.

۱۲ و جمیع لاویانی که مغنی بودند یعنی آساف وهیمان و یدوتون و پسران و برادران ایشان به کتان نازک ملبس شده، با سنجها و بربطها و عودها به طرف مشرق مذبح ایستاده بودند، و با ایشان صدو بیست کاهن بودند که کرنا می‌نواختند).

13 And it belonged as one (to the trumpeters *Q(k)*) and to the singers to make heard a voice one to praise and to give thanks to Yahweh and just as lifted up a voice with trumpets and with [the] cymbals and with [the] instruments of song and when praised Yahweh for [he is] good for [is] for ever covenant loyalty his and the house it was full a cloud [the] house of Yahweh.

۱۳ پس واقع شد که چون کرنانوازان و مغنیان مثل یک نفربه یک آواز در حمد و تسبیح خداوند به صداآمدند، و چون با کرناها و سنجها و سایر آلات موسیقی به آواز بلند خواندند و خداوند را حمدگفتند که او نیکو است زیرا که رحمت او تاابدالاباد است، آنگاه خانه یعنی خانه خداوند ازابر پر شد.

14 And not they were able the priests to stand to serve because of the cloud for it filled [the] glory of Yahweh [the] house of God.

۱۴ و کاهنان به‌سبب ابر نتوانستند برای خدمت بایستند زیرا که جلال یهوه خانه خدا راپر کرده بود.
