2 Chronicles 4
1 And he made an altar of bronze [was] twenty cubit[s] length its and [was] twenty cubit[s] breadth its and [was] ten cubits height its.
Og han gjorde eit altar av kopar, tjuge alner langt, tjuge alner breidt og ti alner høgt.
2 And he made the sea cast ten by the cubit from lip its to lip its round - all around and five by the cubit height its and a measuring-line thirty by the cubit it went round it all around.
Og han gjorde havet i støypt arbeid; det var ti alner frå den eine kanten til den andre, rundt alt ikring, fem alner høgt, og ei mælesnor på tretti alner gjekk ikring det.
3 And [the] likeness of oxen [was] under it all around - all around going round it ten by the cubit surrounding the sea all around [were] two rows the cattle cast in casting its.
Under kanten var det sett bilæte av uksar rundt ikring det; det var ti på kvar aln, det var tvo rader av deim rundt heile havet, og dei var støypte saman med det.
4 [it was] standing On two [plus] ten cattle three [were] turning - north-ward and three [were] turning - west-ward and three - [were] turning south-ward and three [were] turning east-ward and the sea [was] on them from to above and all hindquarters their [were] inside towards.
Det stod på tolv uksar; av deim snudde tri mot nord, tri mot vest, tri mot sud, og tri mot aust, soleis at havet var ovanpå deim, og dei snudde bakkropparne innetter.
5 And thickness its [was] a hand breadth and lip its [was] like [the] work of [the] lip of a cup [the] blossom of a lily holding baths three thousand it contained.
Det var ei handbreidd tjukt, og kanten var som på eit staup og laga som ein liljeblom. Det tok tri tusund anker.
6 And he made lavers ten and he put five from [the] south and five from [the] left to wash in them [the] work of the burnt offering people rinsed in them and the sea to wash [was] for the priests in it.
Framleides gjorde han ti tvåttebaljor, og av deim sette han fem på høgre og fem på vinstre sida; i deim skylde dei det som høyrde til brennofferi, men havet bruka prestarne til tvætte.
7 And he made [the] lampstands of gold ten according to ordinance their and he put [them] in the temple five from [the] south and five from [the] north.
Og han gjorde ti ljosestakar av gull i samhøve med det som var fyreskrive, og sette deim i tempelbygnaden, fem på høgre og fem på vinstre sida.
8 And he made tables ten and he placed [them] in the temple five from [the] south and five from [the] north and he made bowls of gold one hundred.
Og han gjorde ti bord, som han sette i templet, fem på høgre og fem på vinstre sida. Han gjorde og hundrad skåler av gull.
9 And he made [the] court of the priests and the precinct great and doors for the precinct and doors their he overlaid bronze.
Framleides gjorde han prestetunet og den store garden og dører til garden, og dørerne klædde han med kopar.
10 And the sea he put from [the] side of south east-ward from in front of [the] south.
Havet sette han upp på høgre sida mot sudaust.
11 And he made Huram the pots and the shovels and the bowls. And he finished (Huram *Q(K)*) to do the work which he did for the king Solomon on [the] house of God.
Huram gjorde oskefati og skuflerne og skålerne, og han fullførde det arbeidet som han gjerde for kong Salomo i Guds hus:
12 Pillars two and the bowls and the capitals on [the] top of the pillars two and the networks two to cover [the] two [the] bowls of the capitals which [were] on [the] top of the pillars.
tvo sulor med dei tvo kulorne og hovudi ovanpå deim, dei tvo neti til å klæda dei tvo kulerunde hovudi på sulorne,
13 And the pomegranates four hundred for [the] two the networks two rows pomegranates for the network one to cover [the] two [the] bowls of the capitals which [were] on [the] face of the pillars.
dei fire hundrad granatepli til dei tvo neti, tvo rader med granateple for kvart net til å klæda dei kulerunde hovudi på sulorne,
14 And the stands he made and the lavers he made on the stands.
og fotstykki gjorde han, og baljorne gjorde han på fotstykki,
15 The sea one and the cattle two [plus] ten under it.
havet, eitt stykke, med dei tolv uksarne under.
16 And the pots and the shovels and the forks and all articles their he made Huram Abi for the king Solomon for [the] house of Yahweh bronze polished.
Oskefati, skuflerne og gaflarne og alt det som høyrde til, gjorde Huram, far hans, til Herrens hus, for kong Salomo, dei var av blank kopar.
17 In [the] valley of the Jordan he cast them the king in [the] thickness of the ground between Succoth and between Zeredah.
Kongen støypte deim nedi Jordan-kverven, i støypeformar av jord millom Sukkot og Seredata.
18 And he made Solomon all the articles these to abundance exceedingly that not it was ascertained [the] weight of the bronze.
Alle desse tingi let Salomo gjera i stor mengd, for det vart ikkje røkt etter kva koparen vog.
19 And he made Solomon all the articles which [were] [the] house of God and [the] altar of gold and the tables and on them [the] bread of the presence.
Framleides gjorde Salomo alle dei tingi som skulde vera i Guds hus: gullaltaret, bordi som skodebrødi var på,
20 And the lampstands and lamps their to burn they according to the ordinance before the innermost room gold pure gold.
ljosestakarne med lamporne, som skulde kveikjast på fyreskriven måte, framfyre koren, av skirt gull,
21 And the blossom and the lamps and the tongs gold it [was] perfection of gold.
med blomarne og lamporne og ljossakserne av gull, og det av det aller beste gullet,
22 And the snuffers and the bowls and the pans and the fire-pans gold pure gold and [the] entrance of the house doors its inner to [the] holy place of the holy places and [the] doors of the house of the temple gold.
knivarne og skålarne og kannorne og glodpannorne av skirt gull, og med umsyn til inngangarne til huset, so var dei indre dørerne til det høgheilage romet, og dørerne i huset, som førde til tempelsalen, av gull.
