2 Chronicles 33
1 [was] a son of Two [plus] ten year[s] Manasseh when became king he and fifty and five year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem.
Manase alikuwa na umri wa miaka kumi na miwili alipoanza kutawala, naye akatawala huko Yerusalemu miaka hamsini na mitano.
2 And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to [the] abominations of the nations which he dispossessed Yahweh from before [the] people of Israel.
Akafanya maovu machoni pa Bwana, akafuata desturi za machukizo za mataifa ambayo Bwana aliyafukuza mbele ya Waisraeli.
3 And he returned and he built the high places which he had pulled down Hezekiah father his and he set up altars to the Baals and he made Asherah poles and he bowed down to all [the] host of the heavens and he served them.
Akajenga upya mahali pa juu pa kuabudia miungu ambapo Hezekia baba yake, alikuwa amepabomoa, pia akasimamisha madhabahu za Mabaali na nguzo za Maashera. Akalisujudia jeshi lote la angani na kuliabudu.
4 And he built altars in [the] house of Yahweh which he had said Yahweh in Jerusalem it will be name my for ever.
Akajenga madhabahu katika Hekalu la Bwana ambamo Bwana alikuwa amesema, “Jina langu litadumu Yerusalemu milele.”
5 And he built altars to all [the] host of the heavens in [the] two [the] courtyards of [the] house of Yahweh.
Katika nyua zote mbili za Hekalu la Bwana akajenga madhabahu kwa ajili ya jeshi lote la angani.
6 And he he made pass sons his in the fire in [the] valley of Ben Hinnom and he practiced soothsaying and he practiced divination and he practiced sorcery and he dealt with necromancer and soothsayer he increased to do the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh to provoke to anger him.
Akawatoa wanawe kuwa kafara kwa kuwapitisha katika moto katika Bonde la Ben-Hinomu, akafanya ulozi, uaguzi na uchawi, akataka ushauri kwa wenye pepo wa utambuzi na wenye kuwasiliana na mizimu. Akafanya maovu mengi machoni pa Bwana, akaichochea hasira yake.
7 And he put [the] idol of sculpture which he had made in [the] house of God which he had said God to David and to Solomon son his in the house this and in Jerusalem which I have chosen from all [the] tribes of Israel I will put name my for ever.
Akachukua ile sanamu aliyoichonga na kuiweka katika Hekalu la Mungu ambalo Mungu alikuwa amemwambia Daudi na mwanawe Solomoni, “Katika Hekalu hili na katika Yerusalemu niliouchagua kutoka kabila zote za Israeli, nitaliweka Jina langu milele.
8 And not I will repeat to remove [the] foot of Israel from on the ground which I appointed for ancestors your only - if they will take care to observe all that I commanded them to all the law and the statutes and the judgments by [the] hand of Moses.
Sitaifanya tena miguu ya Waisraeli iondoke tena katika nchi niliyowapa baba zenu, ikiwa watakuwa waangalifu kufanya kila kitu nilichowaamuru kuhusu sheria zote, maagizo na amri zilizotolewa kwa mkono wa Mose.”
9 And he misled Manasseh Judah and [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem to do evil more than the nations which he had destroyed Yahweh from before [the] people of Israel.
Lakini Manase akawaongoza Yuda na watu wa Yerusalemu katika upotovu, kiasi kwamba walifanya maovu mengi kuliko mataifa ambayo Bwana aliwaangamiza mbele ya Waisraeli.
10 And he spoke Yahweh to Manasseh and to people his and not they paid attention.
Bwana akasema na Manase pamoja na watu wake, lakini hawakumjali.
11 And he brought Yahweh on them [the] commanders of the army which [belonged] to [the] king of Assyria and they captured Manasseh with hooks and they bound him with bronze fetters and they brought him Babylon towards.
Hivyo Bwana akaleta juu yao majemadari wa jeshi la mfalme wa Ashuru, ambao walimchukua Manase kwenda kifungoni, wakaweka ndoana katika pua yake, wakamfunga kwa pingu za shaba na kumpeleka Babeli.
12 And just as harassed him he entreated [the] face of Yahweh God his and he humbled himself exceedingly from to before [the] God of ancestors his.
Katika dhiki yake akamsihi Bwana Mungu wake na kujinyenyekeza sana mbele za Mungu wa baba zake.
13 And he prayed to him and he was entreated by him and he heard supplication his and he brought back him Jerusalem to kingdom his and he knew Manasseh that Yahweh he [was] God.
Naye alipomwomba, Bwana akaguswa na kule kusihi kwake na akasikiliza kilio chake, kwa hiyo akamrudisha Yerusalemu na kwenye ufalme wake. Ndipo Manase akatambua kwamba Bwana ndiye Mungu.
14 And after thus he rebuilt [the] wall outer - of [the] city of David west-ward of Gihon in the wadi and to go in [the] gate of the fish and he went around the Ophel and he made high it very and he put commanders of [the] army in all the cities fortified in Judah.
Baadaye akajenga ukuta wa nje wa Mji wa Daudi, magharibi mwa chemchemi ya Gihoni katika bonde, hadi kufikia ingilio la Lango la Samaki na akakizunguka kilima cha Ofeli, pia akaufanya kuwa mrefu zaidi. Akawaweka majemadari katika miji yote ya Yuda iliyokuwa imejengewa ngome.
15 And he removed [the] gods of foreignness and the image from [the] house of Yahweh and all the altars which he had built on [the] mountain of [the] house of Yahweh and in Jerusalem and he threw [them] [the] outside towards of the city.
Akaondolea mbali miungu ya kigeni na kuondoa sanamu kutoka Hekalu la Bwana pamoja na madhabahu zote alizozijenga katika kile kilima kilichojengwa Hekalu na katika Yerusalemu, akazitupa nje ya mji.
16 (And he rebuilt *Q(K)*) [the] altar of Yahweh and he sacrificed on it sacrifices of peace offering and thanksgiving and he said to Judah to serve Yahweh [the] God of Israel.
Kisha akarudisha madhabahu ya Bwana na kutolea juu yake dhabihu za sadaka za amani pamoja na sadaka za shukrani, naye akawaamuru Yuda wamtumikie Bwana, Mungu wa Israeli.
17 But still the people [were] sacrificing at the high places only to Yahweh God their.
Lakini hata hivyo watu wakaendelea kutoa dhabihu mahali pa juu pa kuabudia miungu, lakini wakimtolea Bwana Mungu wao peke yake.
18 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Manasseh and prayer his to God his and [the] words of the seers who spoke to him in [the] name of Yahweh [the] God of Israel there they [are] on [the] matters of [the] kings of Israel.
Matukio mengine ya utawala wa Manase, maombi yake kwa Mungu wake na maneno aliyoambiwa na waonaji walionena naye kwa jina la Bwana, Mungu wa Israeli, yameandikwa katika kitabu cha kumbukumbu za wafalme wa Israeli.
19 And prayer his and being entreated by him and all sin his and unfaithfulness his and the places which he built at them high places and he set up the Asherah poles and the idols before he humbled himself there they [are] written on [the] words of Hozai.
Maombi yake, pamoja na jinsi Mungu alivyoguswa na kusihi kwake, pia dhambi zake zote na kukosa kwake uaminifu pamoja na sehemu alizojenga mahali pa juu pa kuabudia miungu, kule kusimamisha nguzo za Ashera na sanamu kabla ya kujinyenyekeza kwake, yote yameandikwa katika kumbukumbu za waonaji.
20 And he lay down Manasseh with ancestors his and people buried him house his and he became king Amon son his in place of him.
Manase akalala pamoja na baba zake akazikwa katika jumba lake la kifalme. Naye Amoni mwanawe akawa mfalme baada yake.
21 [was] a son of Twenty and two year[s] Amon when became king he and two years he reigned in Jerusalem.
Amoni alikuwa na miaka ishirini na miwili, alipoanza kutawala, naye akatawala huko Yerusalemu kwa miaka miwili.
22 And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh just as he had done Manasseh father his and to all the idols which he had made Manasseh father his he sacrificed Amon and he served them.
Akatenda maovu machoni mwa Bwana, kama baba yake Manase alivyofanya. Amoni akaabudu na kutoa dhabihu kwa sanamu zote alizokuwa ametengeneza Manase.
23 And not he humbled himself from to before Yahweh as had humbled himself Manasseh father his for he Amon he increased guilt.
Lakini tofauti na Manase baba yake, hakujinyenyekeza mbele za Bwana, badala yake Amoni aliongeza hatia zaidi na zaidi.
24 And they conspired on him servants his and they killed him in own house his.
Watumishi wa Amoni wakafanya fitina juu yake, nao wakamuulia kwake nyumbani.
25 And they struck down [the] people of the land all those [who] had conspired on the king Amon and they made king [the] people of the land Josiah son his in place of him.
Kisha watu wa nchi wakawaua wale wote waliokuwa wamefanya hila dhidi ya Mfalme Amoni. Wakamfanya Yosia mwanawe kuwa mfalme mahali pake.
