2 Chronicles 33
1 [was] a son of Two [plus] ten year[s] Manasseh when became king he and fifty and five year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem.
Tizenkét esztendős vala Manasse, mikor uralkodni kezdett volt, és ötvenöt esztendeig uralkodott Jeruzsálemben.
2 And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to [the] abominations of the nations which he dispossessed Yahweh from before [the] people of Israel.
És gonoszul cselekedék az Úr szemei előtt a pogányok útálatosságai szerint, a kiket az Úr az Izráel fiai elől kiűzött vala.
3 And he returned and he built the high places which he had pulled down Hezekiah father his and he set up altars to the Baals and he made Asherah poles and he bowed down to all [the] host of the heavens and he served them.
Mert a magaslatokat ismét megépíté, a melyeket Ezékiás az ő atyja azelőtt elrontott vala, és oltárokat emele Baálnak, Aserákat is plántála, és tisztelé az ég minden seregeit, és szolgála azoknak.
4 And he built altars in [the] house of Yahweh which he had said Yahweh in Jerusalem it will be name my for ever.
Sőt az Úr házában is építe oltárokat, a melyről az Úr azt mondotta volt: Jeruzsálemben lészen az én nevem örökké.
5 And he built altars to all [the] host of the heavens in [the] two [the] courtyards of [the] house of Yahweh.
És építe oltárokat az ég minden seregeinek, az Úr házának mindkét pitvariban.
6 And he he made pass sons his in the fire in [the] valley of Ben Hinnom and he practiced soothsaying and he practiced divination and he practiced sorcery and he dealt with necromancer and soothsayer he increased to do the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh to provoke to anger him.
És fiait átvitte a tűzön a Hinnom fiának völgyében; és az időnek forgására ügyelt, jövendőmondásokat, varázslásokat és szemfényvesztéseket űzött, ördöngösöket és jövendőmondókat szerzett, és sok gonoszságot cselekedett az Úr szemei előtt, hogy őt haragra indítaná.
7 And he put [the] idol of sculpture which he had made in [the] house of God which he had said God to David and to Solomon son his in the house this and in Jerusalem which I have chosen from all [the] tribes of Israel I will put name my for ever.
A faragott bálványt, a melyet csináltatott vala, az Úr házában állítá fel, a melyről azt mondá az Isten Dávidnak, és az ő fiának, Salamonnak: E házban és Jeruzsálemben, a melyet választottam az Izráel minden nemzetségei közül, helyheztetem az én nevemet mindörökké;
8 And not I will repeat to remove [the] foot of Israel from on the ground which I appointed for ancestors your only - if they will take care to observe all that I commanded them to all the law and the statutes and the judgments by [the] hand of Moses.
És nem űzöm ki az Izráelt e földről, melyet adtam volt a ti atyáitoknak; de csak úgy, ha ők is mind megtartándják, a melyeket nékik Mózes által parancsoltam, minden törvényt, rendeléseket és ítéleteket;
9 And he misled Manasseh Judah and [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem to do evil more than the nations which he had destroyed Yahweh from before [the] people of Israel.
De Manasse elcsábítá Júdát és Jeruzsálem lakóit, hogy még gonoszabbul cselekedjenek, mint a pogányok, a kiket az Úr kigyomlált volt az Izráel fiai elől.
10 And he spoke Yahweh to Manasseh and to people his and not they paid attention.
És noha megszólította az Úr Manassét és az ő népét; de nem figyelmezének reá.
11 And he brought Yahweh on them [the] commanders of the army which [belonged] to [the] king of Assyria and they captured Manasseh with hooks and they bound him with bronze fetters and they brought him Babylon towards.
Reájok hozá azért az Úr az Assiriabeli király seregének vezéreit, a kik Manassét megfogták és vasba vervén megkötözék őt két lánczczal, és Babilóniába vivék.
12 And just as harassed him he entreated [the] face of Yahweh God his and he humbled himself exceedingly from to before [the] God of ancestors his.
Mikor pedig nagy nyomorúságban volna, fohászkodék az Úrhoz az ő Istenéhez, és teljesen megalázta magát az ő atyáinak Istene előtt.
13 And he prayed to him and he was entreated by him and he heard supplication his and he brought back him Jerusalem to kingdom his and he knew Manasseh that Yahweh he [was] God.
És könyörögvén hozzá megkegyelmeze néki, és meghallgatván könyörgését, visszahozá őt Jeruzsálembe, az ő országába. Akkor ismeré meg Manasse, hogy az Úr az igaz Isten.
14 And after thus he rebuilt [the] wall outer - of [the] city of David west-ward of Gihon in the wadi and to go in [the] gate of the fish and he went around the Ophel and he made high it very and he put commanders of [the] army in all the cities fortified in Judah.
Ezek után a Dávid városának külső kőfalát felépíté Gihontól napnyugat felé a völgyben, a halkapu bemeneteléig; Ofelt is körülvéteté magas kerítéssel, és Júdának minden megerősített városaiba seregvezéreket helyeze.
15 And he removed [the] gods of foreignness and the image from [the] house of Yahweh and all the altars which he had built on [the] mountain of [the] house of Yahweh and in Jerusalem and he threw [them] [the] outside towards of the city.
És eltávolítá az idegen isteneket és a bálványt az Úr házából, és minden oltárt, a melyet az Úr házának hegyén és Jeruzsálemben emeltetett, kihányatá azokat a városon kivül.
16 (And he rebuilt *Q(K)*) [the] altar of Yahweh and he sacrificed on it sacrifices of peace offering and thanksgiving and he said to Judah to serve Yahweh [the] God of Israel.
És megépíté az Úr oltárát, és áldozék rajta hálaadó és dicsőítő áldozatokkal, és megparancsolá Júdának, hogy szolgáljanak az Úrnak, Izráel Istenének.
17 But still the people [were] sacrificing at the high places only to Yahweh God their.
Mindazáltal még akkor a nép áldozik vala a magaslatokon; de csak az Úrnak, az ő Istenének.
18 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Manasseh and prayer his to God his and [the] words of the seers who spoke to him in [the] name of Yahweh [the] God of Israel there they [are] on [the] matters of [the] kings of Israel.
Manassénak pedig többi dolgai, Istenéhez való könyörgése, a próféták intése, a kik az Úrnak, Izráel Istenének nevében szólának néki, ímé meg vannak írva az Izráel királyainak dolgai között.
19 And prayer his and being entreated by him and all sin his and unfaithfulness his and the places which he built at them high places and he set up the Asherah poles and the idols before he humbled himself there they [are] written on [the] words of Hozai.
Az ő könyörgése pedig, és hogy az Isten mint kegyelmezett volt meg néki, s az ő minden bűne és vétke; és a helyek, a melyeken magaslatokat épített volt, s Aserákat és bálványokat állított fel, minekelőtte megalázta volna magát: ímé meg vannak írva a Hózai beszédei között.
20 And he lay down Manasseh with ancestors his and people buried him house his and he became king Amon son his in place of him.
És meghala Manasse az ő atyáival, és eltemeték őt az ő házában; és uralkodék Amon, az ő fia helyette.
21 [was] a son of Twenty and two year[s] Amon when became king he and two years he reigned in Jerusalem.
Huszonkét esztendős vala Amon, mikor uralkodni kezdett, és két esztendeig uralkodék Jeruzsálemben.
22 And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh just as he had done Manasseh father his and to all the idols which he had made Manasseh father his he sacrificed Amon and he served them.
És gonoszul cselekedék az Úr szemei előtt, miként az ő atyja Manasse cselekedett volt, mert áldozék Amon mindama bálványoknak, a melyeket az ő atyja Manasse csináltatott, és azoknak szolgál vala.
23 And not he humbled himself from to before Yahweh as had humbled himself Manasseh father his for he Amon he increased guilt.
Meg sem alázá magát az Úr előtt, mint az ő atyja Manasse megalázta magát; hanem még sokasítá Amon a bűnt.
24 And they conspired on him servants his and they killed him in own house his.
Pártot ütének pedig az ő szolgái ő ellene, és őt saját házában megölék.
25 And they struck down [the] people of the land all those [who] had conspired on the king Amon and they made king [the] people of the land Josiah son his in place of him.
A föld népe pedig levágá mindazokat, a kik Amon király ellen pártot ütének, és királylyá tevé a föld népe Jósiást az ő fiát helyette.
