2 Chronicles 30
1 And he sent Hezekiah to all Israel and Judah and also letters he wrote to Ephraim and Manasseh to come to [the] house of Yahweh in Jerusalem to observe a passover to Yahweh [the] God of Israel.
Envió también Ezequías por todo Israel y Judá, y escribió letras a Efraín y Manasés, que viniesen a Jerusalén a la Casa del SEÑOR, para celebrar la pascua al SEÑOR Dios de Israel.
2 And he had taken counsel the king and officials his and all the assembly in Jerusalem to observe the passover in the month second.
Y el rey tomó consejo con sus príncipes, y con toda la congregación en Jerusalén, para hacer la pascua en el mes segundo:
3 For not they had been able to observe it at the time that for the priests not they had consecrated themselves to [what] [was] sufficiency and the people not they had gathered to Jerusalem.
Porque entonces no la podían hacer, por cuanto no había plenitud de sacerdotes santificados, ni el pueblo estaba junto en Jerusalén.
4 And it was pleasing the thing in [the] eyes of the king and in [the] eyes of all the assembly.
Esto agradó al rey y a toda la multitud.
5 And they appointed a word to cause to pass a proclamation in all Israel from Beer Sheba and to Dan to come to observe a passover to Yahweh [the] God of Israel in Jerusalem for not to multitude they had done according to [what] is written.
Y determinaron de hacer pasar pregón por todo Israel, desde Beerseba hasta Dan, para que viniesen a hacer la pascua al SEÑOR Dios de Israel en Jerusalén; porque en mucho tiempo no la habían hecho como está escrito.
6 And they went the runners with letters from [the] hand of the king and officials his in all Israel and Judah and according to [the] command of the king saying O people of Israel return to Yahweh [the] God of Abraham Isaac and Israel so he may return to the escaped remnant which remains to you from [the] hand of [the] kings of Assyria.
Fueron, pues, correos con letras de la mano del rey y de sus príncipes por todo Israel y Judá, como el rey lo había mandado, y decían: Hijos de Israel, volveos al SEÑOR el Dios de Abraham, de Isaac, y de Israel, y él se volverá a las reliquias que os han quedado de la mano de los reyes de Asiria.
7 And may not you be like fathers your and like brothers your who they acted unfaithfully against Yahweh [the] God of ancestors their and he made them into a horror just as you [are] seeing.
No seáis como vuestros padres y como vuestros hermanos, que se rebelaron contra el SEÑOR Dios de sus padres, y él los entregó a desolación, como vosotros veis.
8 Now may not you harden neck your like fathers your give a hand to Yahweh and come to sanctuary his which he has consecrated for ever and serve Yahweh God your so may it turn back from you [the] burning of anger his.
Por tanto no endurezcáis vuestra cerviz como vuestros padres; dad la mano al SEÑOR, y venid a su santuario, el cual él ha santificado para siempre; y servid al SEÑOR vuestro Dios, y la ira de su furor se apartará de vosotros.
9 For when return you to Yahweh relatives your and children your to compassion before captors their and to return to the land this for [is] gracious and compassionate Yahweh God your and not he will turn aside face from you if you will turn back to him.
Porque si os volviereis al SEÑOR, vuestros hermanos y vuestros hijos hallarán misericordia delante de los que los tienen cautivos, y volverán a esta tierra; porque el SEÑOR vuestro Dios es clemente y misericordioso, y no volverá de vosotros su rostro, si vosotros os volviereis a él.
10 And they were the runners passing from city - to [the] city in [the] land of Ephraim and Manasseh and to Zebulun and people were laughing on them and mocking them.
Y así pasaban los correos de ciudad en ciudad por la tierra de Efraín y Manasés, hasta Zabulón; mas ellos se reían y burlaban de ellos.
11 Nevertheless men from Asher and Manasseh and from Zebulun they humbled themselves and they came to Jerusalem.
Con todo eso, algunos varones de Aser, de Manasés, y de Zabulón, se humillaron, y vinieron a Jerusalén.
12 Also on Judah it was [the] hand of God to give to them a heart one to do [the] command of the king and the officials by [the] word of Yahweh.
En Judá también fue la mano de Dios para darles un corazón para cumplir el mandado del rey y de los príncipes, conforme a la palabra del SEÑOR.
13 And they gathered Jerusalem a people numerous to observe [the] festival of the unleavened bread in the month second an assembly for multitude exceedingly.
Y se juntó en Jerusalén un pueblo grande para hacer la solemnidad de los panes sin levadura, en el mes segundo; una gran congregación.
14 And they arose and they removed the altars which [were] in Jerusalem and all the incense altars they removed and they threw [them] to [the] wadi of Kidron.
Y levantándose, quitaron los altares que había en Jerusalén; quitaron también todos los altares de incienso, y los echaron en el arroyo de Cedrón.
15 And they slaughtered the passover on [day] four-teen of the month second and the priests and the Levites they were ashamed and they consecrated themselves and they brought burnt offerings [the] house of Yahweh.
Entonces sacrificaron la pascua, a los catorce del mes segundo; y los sacerdotes y los levitas se santificaron con vergüenza, y trajeron los holocaustos a la Casa del SEÑOR.
16 And they stood at place their according to custom their according to [the] law of Moses [the] man of God the priests [were] sprinkling the blood from [the] hand of the Levites.
Y se pusieron en su orden conforme a su costumbre, conforme a la ley de Moisés varón de Dios; los sacerdotes esparcían la sangre que recibían de manos de los levitas.
17 For many among the assembly who not they had consecrated themselves and the Levites [were] over [the] slaughter of the passovers for every not clean to consecrate [them] to Yahweh.
Porque aún había muchos en la congregación que no estaban santificados, y por eso los levitas sacrificaban la pascua por todos los que no se habían limpiado para santificarse al SEÑOR.
18 For [the] greater part of the people many from Ephraim and Manasseh Issachar and Zebulun not they had purified themselves for they ate the passover with not according to [what] is written for he had prayed Hezekiah on them saying Yahweh good may he make atonement for.
Porque una gran multitud del pueblo de Efraín y Manasés, y de Isacar y Zabulón, no se habían purificado, y comieron la pascua no conforme a lo que está escrito. Mas Ezequías oró por ellos, diciendo: el SEÑOR, que es bueno, sea propicio a todo aquel que ha apercibido su corazón para buscar a Dios,
19 Every [one who] heart his he has directed to seek God - Yahweh [the] God of ancestors his and not according to [the] purification of the holy place.
al SEÑOR Dios de sus padres, aunque no esté purificado según la purificación del santuario.
20 And he listened Yahweh to Hezekiah and he healed the people.
Y oyó el SEÑOR a Ezequías, y sanó al pueblo.
21 And they observed [the] people of Israel who were found (in Jerusalem *L(abh)*) [the] festival of the unleavened bread seven days with joy great and [were] praising Yahweh a day - in a day the Levites and the priests with instruments of strength to Yahweh.
Así hicieron los hijos de Israel, que fueron presentes en Jerusalén, la solemnidad de los panes sin levadura por siete días con grande gozo; y alababan al SEÑOR todos los días los levitas y los sacerdotes, con instrumentos de fortaleza al SEÑOR.
22 And he spoke Hezekiah to [the] heart of all the Levites who were understanding understanding good to Yahweh and they ate the appointed feast [the] seven the days sacrificing sacrifices of peace offerings and giving thanks to Yahweh [the] God of ancestors their.
Y Ezequías habló al corazón de todos los levitas que tenían buena inteligencia para servir al SEÑOR. Y comieron los sacrificios de la fiesta por siete días, ofreciendo sacrificios pacíficos, y dando gracias al SEÑOR Dios de sus padres.
23 And they took counsel all the assembly to observe seven days another and they observed seven days joy.
Y toda la multitud determinó que celebrasen otros siete días; y celebraron otros siete días con alegría.
24 For Hezekiah [the] king of Judah he contributed for the assembly one thousand young bulls and seven thousand sheep. And the officials they contributed for the assembly young bulls one thousand and sheep ten thousand and they consecrated themselves priests to multitude.
Porque Ezequías rey de Judá había dado a la multitud mil toros y siete mil ovejas; y también los príncipes dieron al pueblo mil toros y diez mil ovejas; y muchos sacerdotes se santificaron.
25 And they rejoiced - all [the] assembly of Judah and the priests and the Levites and all the assembly which were coming from Israel and the sojourners who were coming from [the] land of Israel and who were dwelling in Judah.
Y toda la congregación de Judá se alegró, y los sacerdotes y levitas, y asimismo toda la multitud que había venido de Israel; y también los extranjeros que habían venido de la tierra de Israel, y los que habitaban en Judá.
26 And it was joy great in Jerusalem for since [the] days of Solomon [the] son of David [the] king of Israel not like this in Jerusalem.
Y se hicieron grandes alegrías en Jerusalén; porque desde los días de Salomón hijo de David rey de Israel, no hubo tal cosa en Jerusalén.
27 And they arose the priests the Levites and they blessed the people and it was listened to voice their and it came prayer their to [the] dwelling of holiness his to the heavens.
Y levantándose los sacerdotes levitas, bendijeron al pueblo; y la voz de ellos fue oída, y su oración llegó a la habitación de su santuario, al cielo.
