2 Chronicles 26
1 And they took all [the] people of Judah Uzziah and he [was] a son of six-teen year[s] and they made king him in place of father his Amaziah.
Ningĩ andũ othe a Juda makĩoya Uzia, arĩ wa mĩaka ikũmi na ĩtandatũ, na makĩmũtua mũthamaki ithenya rĩa ithe Amazia.
2 He he built Elath and he restored it to Judah after lay down the king with ancestors his.
Nĩwe waakithirie Elothu rĩngĩ, na akĩrĩcookeria Juda thuutha wa Amazia kũhurũka hamwe na maithe make.
3 [was] a son of Six-teen year[s] Uzziah when became king he and fifty and two year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his ([was] Jecholiah *Q(K)*) from Jerusalem.
Uzia aarĩ wa mĩaka ikũmi na ĩtandatũ rĩrĩa aatuĩkire mũthamaki, nake agĩthamaka arĩ Jerusalemu mĩaka mĩrongo ĩtano na ĩĩrĩ. Nyina eetagwo Jekolia, na oimĩte Jerusalemu.
4 And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Amaziah father his.
Nake nĩekire maũndũ marĩa maarĩ magĩrĩru maitho-inĩ ma Jehova, o ta ũrĩa ithe Amazia eekĩte.
5 And he was to seek God in [the] days of Zechariah who was skilled in [the] seeing of God and in [the] days of seeking he Yahweh he made prosper him God.
Nĩarongooragia Ngai matukũ-inĩ ma Zekaria, ũrĩa wamũrutĩte gwĩtigĩra Ngai. Narĩo ihinda rĩrĩa rĩothe aarongoragia Jehova-rĩ, Ngai nĩamũheaga ũgaacĩru.
6 And he went out and he fought against the Philistines and he made a breach in [the] wall of Gath and [the] wall of Jabneh and [the] wall of Ashdod and he built cities in Ashdod and among the Philistines.
Uzia nĩathiire kũrũa na Afilisti, na akĩmomora thingo cia Gathu, na cia Jabine, na cia Ashidodi. Ningĩ agĩcooka agĩaka rĩngĩ matũũra marĩa maarĩ hakuhĩ na Ashidodi na kũndũ kũngĩ gatagatĩ-inĩ ka Afilisti.
7 And he helped him God on [the] Philistines and on (the Arabs *Q(k)*) who were dwelling in Gur Baal and the Meunites.
Ngai akĩmũteithia kũhũũrana na Afilisti na Arabu arĩa maatũũraga Guri-Baali na Ameuni.
8 And they paid the Ammonites tribute to Uzziah and it went name his till to [the] entrance of Egypt for he displayed strength to upwards.
Aamoni nĩmarehire igooti kũrĩ Uzia, nayo ngumo yake ĩkĩhunja o nginya mũhaka wa Misiri, nĩ ũndũ nĩagĩĩte na hinya mũno.
9 And he built Uzziah towers in Jerusalem at [the] gate of the corner and at [the] gate of the valley and at the buttress and he made strong them.
Uzia nĩaakire mĩthiringo mĩraihu na igũrũ kũu Jerusalemu hau Kĩhingo-inĩ gĩa Koine, na hau Kĩhingo-inĩ gĩa Gĩtuamba, na hau koine-inĩ ya rũthingo, na akĩmĩirigĩra na thingo cia hinya.
10 And he built towers in the wilderness and he dug wells many for livestock much it belonged to him and in the Shephelah and in the plain farmers and vinedressers in the mountains and in the orchards for loving [the] ground he was.
Ningĩ agĩaka mĩthiringo mĩraihu na igũrũ kũu werũ-inĩ na akĩenja ithima nyingĩ, nĩ ũndũ aarĩ na mahiũ maingĩ kũu mũhuro-inĩ wa irĩma, o na kũu werũ wa irĩma-inĩ. Aarĩ na andũ maarutaga wĩra mĩgũnda-inĩ yake ya irio na ya mĩthabibũ kũu irĩma-inĩ o na mĩgũnda-inĩ ĩrĩa mĩnoru, tondũ nĩendete ũrĩmi.
11 And it belonged to Uzziah an army doing battle [those who] go forth of war to troop[s] by [the] number of muster their by [the] hand of (Jeiel *Q(K)*) the scribe and Maaseiah the official on [the] hand of Hananiah one of [the] officials of the king.
Uzia aarĩ na mbũtũ ya ita ĩrĩa yarutĩtwo wega mũno, na yakoragwo ĩĩhaarĩirie gũthiĩ mbaara-inĩ, ĩgayanĩtio ikundi kũringana na mũigana wayo na kũringana na ũrĩa yacookanĩrĩirio nĩ Jeieli ũrĩa warĩ mwandĩki na Maaseia ũrĩa warĩ mũnene wao, matongoretio nĩ Hanania, ũmwe wa anene a nyũmba ya ũthamaki.
12 All [the] number of [the] heads of the fathers of mighty [men] of strength two thousand and six hundred.
Naguo mũigana wothe wa atongoria a nyũmba arĩa maarũgamagĩrĩra thigari warĩ 2,600.
13 And [was] on hand their an army of war three hundred thousand and seven thousand and five hundred doers of battle with power of strength to help the king on the enemy.
Wathani-inĩ wao haarĩ na mbũtũ ya ita ya andũ 307,500 arĩa maarutĩtwo ũhoro wa mbaara, mbũtũ ĩyo yarĩ na hinya na nĩyo yateithagia mũthamaki akĩrũa na thũ ciake.
14 And he prepared for them Uzziah for all the army shields and spears and helmets and body armor and bows and stones of slings.
Uzia nĩaheire mbũtũ ĩyo yake ya ita ngo, na matimũ, na ngũbia, na nguo cia igera, na mota na mahiga ma igũtha.
15 And he made - in Jerusalem war engines of invention of an inventor to be on the towers and on the corners to shoot with arrows and with stones large and it went out name his to from a distance for he made wonderful to be helped until for he was strong.
Kũu Jerusalemu-rĩ, andũ maarĩ oogĩ mũno magĩthondeka ikaari ciahũthagĩrwo mĩthiringo-inĩ na koine-inĩ cia ũgitĩri na njĩra ya gũikia mĩguĩ na gũikia mahiga manene. Ngumo yake ĩkĩhunja kũndũ kũraya nĩgũkorwo nĩateithirio mũno nginya akĩgĩa na hinya mũno.
16 And according to strengthening his it was haughty heart his until behaved corruptly and he acted unfaithfully against Yahweh God his and he went into [the] temple of Yahweh to make smoke on [the] altar of incense.
No thuutha wa Uzia kũgĩa na hinya-rĩ, gwĩtũũgĩria gwake gũkĩmũniina. Akĩaga gũtuĩka mwĩhokeku harĩ Jehova Ngai wake, na agĩtoonya hekarũ ya Jehova nĩguo acine ũbumba kĩgongona-inĩ kĩa ũbumba.
17 And he went after him Azariah the priest and [were] with him priests - of Yahweh eighty sons of strength.
Nake Azaria ũrĩa mũthĩnjĩri-Ngai hamwe na athĩnjĩri-Ngai omĩrĩru mĩrongo ĩnana a Jehova, makĩmuuma thuutha o nginya na kũu thĩinĩ.
18 And they took their stand on Uzziah the king and they said to him not [belongs] to you O Uzziah to make smoke to Yahweh for to the priests [the] descendants of Aaron who are consecrated to make smoke go out from the sanctuary for you have acted unfaithfully and not of you for honor from Yahweh God.
Nao makĩmũngʼethera mamũkaanie, makĩmwĩra atĩrĩ, “Gũtiagĩrĩire, wee Uzia, ũcinĩre Jehova ũbumba. Ũcio nĩ wĩra wa athĩnjĩri-Ngai arĩa marĩ a rũciaro rwa Harũni, arĩa maamũrĩtwo macinage ũbumba. Uma handũ haha haamũre nĩgũkorwo ndũrĩ mwĩhokeku, na Jehova Ngai ndangĩgũtĩĩa.”
19 And he was enraged Uzziah and [was] in hand his a censer to make smoke and when enraging he with the priests and skin disease it arose on forehead his before the priests in [the] house of Yahweh from on to [the] altar of incense.
Uzia, ũrĩa wanyiitĩte rũgĩo na guoko ehaarĩirie gũcina ũbumba, akĩrakara mũno. Na o hĩndĩ ĩyo aagũthũkagĩra athĩnjĩri-Ngai marĩ hau mbere ya kĩgongona kĩa ũbumba, hekarũ-inĩ ya Jehova, mũrimũ wa mangũ ũgĩtuthũka thiithi-inĩ wake.
20 And he turned to him Azariah [the] priest of the head and all the priests and there! he [was] leprous on forehead his and they hastened him from there and also he he hurried himself to go out for he had struck him Yahweh.
Na rĩrĩa Azaria, mũthĩnjĩri-Ngai ũrĩa mũnene na athĩnjĩri-Ngai acio angĩ othe maamũrorire-rĩ, makĩona atĩ aarĩ na mangũ thiithi; nĩ ũndũ ũcio makĩmuumia na nja na ihenya. O nake we mwene nĩaiguaga kwenda mũno kuuma nja, nĩ ũndũ Jehova nĩamũhũũrĩte na mũrimũ ũcio.
21 And he was Uzziah the king leprous - until [the] day of death his and he dwelt [the] house of (separateness *Q(k)*) leprous for he was cut off from [the] house of Yahweh and Jotham son his [was] over [the] house of the king judging [the] people of the land.
Mũthamaki Uzia aatũũrire arĩ na mangũ nginya rĩrĩa aakuire. Aatũũrire nyũmba arĩ wiki, arĩ na mangũ, na agirĩtio gũthiiaga hekarũ ya Jehova. Mũriũ Jothamu akĩrũgamĩrĩra nyũmba ya ũthamaki, na agaathaga andũ a bũrũri ũcio.
22 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Uzziah former and latter he has written Isaiah [the] son of Amoz the prophet.
Namo maũndũ marĩa mangĩ makoniĩ wathani wa Uzia-rĩ, kuuma kĩambĩrĩria nginya mũthia, nĩmandĩkĩtwo nĩ mũnabii Isaia mũrũ wa Amozu.
23 And he lay down Uzziah with ancestors his and people buried him with ancestors his in [the] field of grave which [belonged] to the kings for they said [was] leprous he and he became king Jotham son his in place of him.
Nake Uzia akĩhurũka hamwe na maithe make, na agĩthikwo hakuhĩ nao gĩthaka-inĩ kĩrĩa kĩarĩ gĩa gũthikanwo gĩa athamaki, nĩgũkorwo andũ moigire atĩrĩ, “Ararĩ na mangũ.” Nake mũriũ Jothamu agĩtuĩka mũthamaki ithenya rĩake.
