1 And he said Solomon to build a house for [the] name of Yahweh and a house for royalty his.
Solomon loe Angraeng ih ahmin hanah im hoi siangpahrang ohhaih im to sak atim.
2 And he counted Solomon seventy thousand man burden-bearer[s] and eighty thousand man stone-cutter[s] in the hill country and overseers over them three thousand and six hundred.
Solomon mah toksah kami sing sarih, mae nuiah thing pakhruh kami sing tazet, toksah kami khenzawnkung sing thum, cumvai tarukto suek.
3 And he sent Solomon to Huram [the] king of Tyre saying just as you dealt with David father my and you sent to him cedars to build for him a house to dwell in it.
Solomon mah Tura siangpahrang Huram khaeah, Nang loe kam pa David mah siangpahrang im sak hanah sidar thing na paek baktih toengah, kai han doeh na paek toeng ah, tiah lokpat.
4 Here! I [am] about to build a house for [the] name of - Yahweh God my to consecrate [it] to him to make smoke before him incense of perfume and [the] row of continuity and burnt offerings for the morning and for the evening for the sabbaths and for the new moons and for [the] appointed times of Yahweh God our for ever this [is] on Israel.
Khenah, Israel kaminawk mah dungzan ah sak ih baktih toengah, Sithaw hmaa ah hmuihoih thlaek moe, kaciim takaw tathlangh hanah, Sabbath ni hoi khrah kangtha ninawk ah, kaicae ih Angraeng Sithaw ni kruek ah, aduem akhawn, zae angbawnhaih paek hanah, ka Angraeng Sithaw ih ahmin hanah im to ka sak.
5 And the house which I [am] about to build [will be] great for [is] great God our more than all the gods.
Kaicae ih Sithaw loe kalah sithawnawk pongah len baktih toengah, ka sak han ih im doeh paroeai len tih.
6 And who? will he retain strength to build for him a house for the heavens and [the] heavens of the heavens not they will contain him and who? [am] I that I will build for him a house that except to make smoke before him.
Toe mi mah maw anih han im to sah pae thai tih, kasang koek vannawk ih van mataeng doeh anih oh haih hanah acaeh ai! A hmaa ah angbawnhaih hmuen tathlang khue ai ah loe, kai loe kawbaktih kami ah maw ka oh moe, anih han im ka sah pae thai tih?
7 And therefore send to me a man skillful to work in gold and in silver and in bronze and in iron and in purple and crimson and violet and [one who] knows to engrave engravings with the skillful [people] who [are] with me in Judah and in Jerusalem whom he appointed David father my.
To pongah sui, sumkanglung, sumkamling sah kop kami, kahni kamling hup, kathim hoi kam-iing sah kop kaminawk, kam pa David mah Jerusalem hoi Judah vangpuinawk ah suek ih, kai khae kaom hmuenmae sah kop kaminawk hoi nawnto toksak hanah, to baktih hmuen sah kop kami to na patoeh ah.
8 And send to me wood of cedar fir and algum from Lebanon for I I know that servants your [are] knowing to cut [the] wood of Lebanon and there! servants my [will be] with servants your.
Sidar thing, hmaica thing hoi algum thing doeh Lebanon ah pakhruh ah loe, na pat ah; na tamnanawk loe Lebanon ih thing pakruh kop kami ah oh o, tiah ka thaih; ka tamnanawk loe na tamnanawk hoi nawnto toksah o tih.
9 And to prepare for me wood to abundance for the house which I [am] about to build [will be] great and act wonderfully.
Ka sak han ih im loe paroeai len ueloe, dawnrai koi im ah om tih, to pongah thing paroeai kang toeng.
10 And here! to the wood-cutters - to [the] cutters of - the wood I give wheat - wounds to servants your cors twenty thousand and barley cors twenty thousand and wine baths twenty thousand and oil baths twenty thousand.
Khenah, thing pakhruh na tamnanawk hanah cangni kor sing hnetto, barli cangni kor sing hnetto, misurtui bath sing hnetto hoi olive situi bath sing hnetto ka paek han, tiah a naa.
11 And he said Huram [the] king of Tyre in a document and he sent to Solomon because loves Yahweh people his he has made you over them king.
Tura siangpahrang Huram mah, Solomon khaeah, Angraeng mah angmah ih kaminawk to palung pongah, nang to nihcae ih siangpahrang ah ang suek boeh, tiah a naa.
12 And he said Huram [be] blessed Yahweh [the] God of Israel who he has made the heavens and the earth who he has given to David the king a son wise [who] knows insight and understanding who he will build a house for Yahweh and a house for royalty his.
Huram mah, Long hoi van sahkung, Israel Angraeng Sithaw loe pakoehhaih om nasoe, anih mah, Angraeng hanah im to sak moe, siangpahrang im sak hanah, David khaeah palungha capa to paek boeh, anih hanah panoekhaih hoi khopoek thaihaih doeh a paek, tiah ca palaem pae.
13 And now I send a man wise [who] knows understanding Huram Abi.
Hmuenmae sakhaih bangah paroeai kop, Huram-Abi to nang khaeah kang patoeh,
14 A son of a woman one of [the] daughters of Dan and father his [was] a man Tyrian [who] knows to work in gold and in silver in bronze in iron in stone and in wood in purple in violet and in fine linen and in crimson and to engrave every engraving and to design any design which it will be given to him with skilled [people] your and [the] skillful [people] of lord my David father your.
anih ih amno loe Dan nongpata ah oh moe, ampa loe Tura kami ah oh; anih loe sui hoi sumkanglung, sumkamling, sum, thlung hoi thing tok sah thaih kami, kahni kamling hup, kathim, kam-iing hoi puu kahni sah kop kami ah oh: hmuenmae congca krang soihaih kop kami ah oh, kawbaktih hmuen doeh a sak thai boih. Anih loe sak han koi tok to na tamnanawk, ka angraeng nam pa David ih tamnanawk hoi nawnto toksah tih.
15 And therefore the wheat and the barley the oil and the wine which he has said lord my let him send to servants his.
To pongah vaihiah ka angraeng nangmah na thuih ih lok baktih toengah, na tamnanawk hanah cangni, barli cangni, olive situi hoi misurtui to pat paeh.
16 And we we will cut wood from Lebanon according to all need your and we will bring them to you rafts on [the] sea Joppa and you you will take up them Jerusalem.
Lebanon ih thing to nang toeng zetto ka pakhruk o han; qophong ah ka sak o moe, tuipui lam hoiah Joppa khoek to kang thak o han; to ahmuen hoiah Jerusalem ah na phaw tih hmang, tiah a naa.
17 And he counted Solomon all the people the sojourners who [were] in [the] land of Israel after the census which he had counted them David father his and they were found one hundred and fifty thousand and three thousand and six hundred.

18 And he appointed of them seventy thousand burden-bearer[s] and eighty thousand stone-cutter[s] in the hill country and three thousand and six hundred overseers to compel to labor the people.
Hmuenmae phawh hanah kami sing sarihto kawk moe, mae nui ih thing to pakhruk hanah kami sing tazetto a suek; toksah kaminawk khenzawnkung ah kami sang thum, cumvai tarukto a suek.
