2 Chronicles 12
1 And it was when established [the] kingdom of Rehoboam and according to strengthening his he forsook [the] law of Yahweh and all Israel with him.
Kiam fortikiĝis la regno de Reĥabeam kaj li fariĝis forta, li forlasis la instruon de la Eternulo, kaj kun li la tuta Izrael.
2 And it was in the year fifth of the king Rehoboam he came up Shishak [the] king of Egypt on Jerusalem for they had acted unfaithfully against Yahweh.
En la kvina jaro de la reĝo Reĥabeam iris Ŝiŝak, reĝo de Egiptujo, kontraŭ Jerusalemon (ĉar ili pekis kontraŭ la Eternulo)
3 With one thousand and two hundred chariot[s] and with sixty thousand horsemen and not number [belonged] to the people which they came with him from Egypt Libyans Sukkites and Cushites.
kun mil ducent ĉaroj kaj sesdek mil rajdistoj; sennombra estis la popolo, kiu venis kun li el Egiptujo: la Luboj, Sukioj, kaj Etiopoj.
4 And he captured [the] cities of fortifications which [belonged] to Judah and he came to Jerusalem.
Kaj li venkoprenis la fortikigitajn urbojn de Judujo kaj aliris ĝis Jerusalem.
5 And Shemaiah the prophet he came to Rehoboam and [the] leaders of Judah who they had gathered to Jerusalem because of Shishak and he said to them thus he says Yahweh you you have abandoned me and also I I have abandoned you in [the] hand of Shishak.
Tiam la profeto Ŝemaja venis al Reĥabeam, kaj al la estroj de Judujo, kiuj kolektiĝis en Jerusalem pro Ŝiŝak, kaj li diris al ili: Tiele diras la Eternulo: Vi forlasis Min, tial ankaŭ Mi forlasas vin en la manojn de Ŝiŝak.
6 And they humbled themselves [the] leaders of Israel and the king and they said [is] righteous - Yahweh.
Tiam humiliĝis la estroj de Izrael kaj la reĝo, kaj diris: Justa estas la Eternulo.
7 And when saw Yahweh that they had humbled themselves it came [the] word of Yahweh to Shemaiah - saying they have humbled themselves not I will destroy them and I will give to them like a little deliverance and not it will pour forth rage my on Jerusalem by [the] hand of Shishak.
Kiam la Eternulo vidis, ke ili humiliĝis, tiam aperis vorto de la Eternulo al Ŝemaja, dirante: Ili humiliĝis, tial Mi ne ekstermos ilin; Mi donos al ili iom da savo, kaj Mia kolero ne elverŝiĝos sur Jerusalemon per Ŝiŝak;
8 For they will become of him subjects so they may know service my and [the] service of [the] kingdoms of the lands.
tamen ili estos liaj subuloj, por ke ili eksciu, kio estas servado al Mi kaj servado al teraj regnoj.
9 And he came up Shishak [the] king of Egypt on Jerusalem and he took [the] treasures of [the] house of Yahweh and [the] treasures of [the] house of the king everything he took and he took [the] shields of gold which he had made Solomon.
Kaj Ŝiŝak, reĝo de Egiptujo, iris kontraŭ Jerusalemon, kaj li forprenis la trezorojn de la domo de la Eternulo kaj la trezorojn de la reĝa domo, ĉion li prenis; li prenis ankaŭ la orajn ŝildojn, kiujn faris Salomono.
10 And he made the king Rehoboam in place of them shields of bronze and he entrusted [them] on [the] hand of [the] commanders of the runners who guarded [the] entrance of [the] house of the king.
Kaj la reĝo Reĥabeam faris anstataŭ ili ŝildojn kuprajn, kaj transdonis ilin en la manojn de la estroj de korpogardistoj, kiuj gardadis la enirejon de la reĝa domo.
11 And it was as often as came the king [the] house of Yahweh they came the runners and they carried them and they returned them to [the] guardroom of the runners.
Kaj ĉiufoje, kiam la reĝo iris en la domon de la Eternulo, venis la korpogardistoj, portis ilin, kaj poste returne portis ilin en la ĉambron de la korpogardistoj.
12 And when he humbled himself it turned back from him [the] anger of Yahweh and not to destroy to complete destruction and also in Judah it was things good.
Kiam li humiliĝis, tiam deturniĝis de li la kolero de la Eternulo, kaj ne ĉio pereis; ĉar en Judujo estis ankoraŭ io bona.
13 And he strengthened himself the king Rehoboam in Jerusalem and he reigned for [was] a son of forty and one year[s] Rehoboam when became king he and seven-teen year[s] - he reigned in Jerusalem the city where he had chosen Yahweh to put name his there from all [the] tribes of Israel and [the] name of mother his [was] Naamah the Ammonite [woman].
La reĝo Reĥabeam fortikiĝis en Jerusalem, kaj li reĝis. La aĝon de kvardek unu jaroj havis Reĥabeam, kiam li fariĝis reĝo; kaj dek sep jarojn li reĝis en Jerusalem, la urbo, kiun elektis la Eternulo inter ĉiuj triboj de Izrael, por estigi tie Sian nomon. La nomo de lia patrino estis Naama, la Amonidino.
14 And he did evil for not he had directed heart his to seek Yahweh.
Li agis malbone, ĉar li ne alkutimigis sian koron al serĉado de la Eternulo.
15 And [the] matters of Rehoboam former and latter ¿ not [are] they written in [the] words of Shemaiah the prophet and Iddo the seer for genealogical enrollment and [the] wars of Rehoboam and Jeroboam [were] all the days.
La historio de Reĥabeam, la unua kaj la lasta, estas priskribita en la kronikoj de la profeto Ŝemaja kaj de la viziisto Ido, ĉe la genealogio. Kaj inter Reĥabeam kaj Jerobeam estis militoj dum ilia tuta vivo.
16 And he lay down Rehoboam with ancestors his and he was buried in [the] city of David and he became king Abijah son his in place of him.
Kaj Reĥabeam ekdormis kun siaj patroj, kaj oni enterigis lin en la urbo de David. Kaj anstataŭ li ekreĝis lia filo Abija.
