< 2 Chronicles 1 >
1 And he strengthened himself Solomon [the] son of David over kingdom his and Yahweh God his [was] with him and he made great him upwards.

2 And he spoke Solomon to all Israel to [the] commanders of the thousands and the hundreds and to the judges and to every leader of all Israel [the] heads of the fathers.

3 And they went Solomon and all the assembly with him to the high place which [was] at Gibeon for there it was [the] tent of meeting of God which he had made Moses [the] servant of Yahweh in the wilderness.

4 But [the] ark of God he had brought up David from Kiriath Jearim in where he had prepared for it David for he had pitched for it a tent in Jerusalem.
David loh Pathen thingkawng te Kiriathjearim loh amah te ham a saelh hmuen la a khuen. Te ham te David loh Jerusalem ah dap a tuk pah.
5 And [the] altar of bronze which he had made Bezalel [the] son of Uri [the] son of Hur he had put before [the] tabernacle of Yahweh and he sought it Solomon and the assembly.
Tedae Hur koca Uri capa Bezalel kah a saii rhohum hmueihtuk te tah BOEIPA kah dungtlungim hmai ah a khueh tih te te Solomon neh hlangping loh a dawt.
6 And he went up Solomon there to [the] altar of bronze before Yahweh which [was] to [the] tent of meeting and he offered up on it burnt offerings a thousand.
Te phoeiah Solomon te tingtunnah dap ah BOEIPA mikhmuh kah rhohum hmueihtuk taengla pahoi cet tih a soah hmueihhlutnah thawngkhat a nawn.
7 In the night that he appeared God to Solomon and he said to him ask what? will I give to you.
Tekah khoyin ah tah Pathen te Solomon taengah phoe tih anih te, “Mebang khaw bih lamtah nang te kam pae eh,” a ti nah.
8 And he said Solomon to God you you have done with David father my covenant loyalty great and you have made king me in place of him.
Te dongah Solomon loh Pathen taengah, “Namah loh a pa David taengah sitlohnah muep na tueng dongah kai he anih yueng la nan manghai sak.
9 Now O Yahweh God let it be established word your with David father my for you you have made king me over a people numerous like [the] dust of the earth.
BOEIPA Pathen aw, na ol he a pa David taengah cak saeh. Namah loh kai he diklai laipi, pilnam miping soah nan manghai sak coeng.
10 Now wisdom and knowledge give to me so let me go out before the people this so I may come for who? will he judge people your this great.
Kai he cueihnah neh cangnah m'pae mai laeh lamtah pilnam mikhmuh ah he ka kun ka ael, ka vuenva pawn eh. Na pilnam he yet he u long nim lai a tloek ve?” a ti.
11 And he said God - to Solomon because that it was this with heart your and not you have asked for wealth riches and honor and [the] life of [those who] hate you and also days many not you have asked for and you have asked for for yourself wisdom and knowledge that you will judge people my which I have made king you over it.

12 The wisdom and the knowledge [is] given to you and wealth and riches and honor I will give to you which - not it belonged thus to the kings who [were] before you and after you not it will be thus.
Cueihnah neh cangnah te nang taengah kam paek. Te phoeiah khuehtawn neh koeva neh thangpomnah khaw nang taengah kam paek ni. Te bang te nang hmai kah manghai rhoek taengah khaw om pawt tih nang hnukah khaw te bang te om mahpawh,” a ti nah.
13 And he went Solomon to the high place which [was] at Gibeon Jerusalem from to before [the] tent of meeting and he reigned over Israel.
Te phoeiah Solomon tah Gibeon kah hmuensang lamkah tingtunnah dap hmai lamloh Jerusalem la cet tih Israel te a manghai thil.
14 And he gathered Solomon chariot[s] and warhorses and it belonged to him one thousand and four hundred chariot[s] and two [plus] ten thousand warhorses and he placed them in [the] cities of chariotry and with the king in Jerusalem.

15 And he made the king silver and gold in Jerusalem like stones and cedars he made like the sycamores which [are] in the Shephelah for abundance.

16 And [the] export of the horses which [belonged] to Solomon [was] from Egypt and from Que [the] traders of the king from Que they took [them] for a price.
Solomon kah marhang rhoek te Egypt lamkah neh Kue lamloh a thawt pah. Kue lamkah te manghai kah thenpom a phu la a loh uh.
17 And they brought up and they brought out from Egypt a chariot for six hundred silver and a horse for fifty and one hundred and thus to all [the] kings of the Hittites and [the] kings of Aram by hand their they brought [them] out.
