< 1 Timothy 4 >
1 But the Spirit expressly states that in later times will depart from some from the faith giving heed to spirits deceitful and to teachings of demons
པཝིཏྲ ཨཱཏྨཱ སྤཥྚམ྄ ཨིདཾ ཝཱཀྱཾ ཝདཏི ཙརམཀཱལེ ཀཏིཔཡལོཀཱ ཝཧྣིནཱངྐིཏཏྭཱཏ྄
2 in hypocrisy of speakers of lies, seared [in their] own conscience,
ཀཋོརམནསཱཾ ཀཱཔཊྱཱད྄ ཨནྲྀཏཝཱདིནཱཾ ཝིཝཱཧནིཥེདྷཀཱནཱཾ བྷཀྵྱཝིཤེཥནིཥེདྷཀཱནཱཉྩ
3 forbidding to marry, [commanding] to abstain from foods that God created for reception with thanksgiving by the faithful and by [those] already knowing the truth.
བྷཱུཏསྭརཱུཔཱཎཱཾ ཤིཀྵཱཡཱཾ བྷྲམཀཱཏྨནཱཾ ཝཱཀྱེཥུ ཙ མནཱཾསི ནིཝེཤྱ དྷརྨྨཱད྄ བྷྲཾཤིཥྱནྟེ། ཏཱནི ཏུ བྷཀྵྱཱཎི ཝིཤྭཱསིནཱཾ སྭཱིཀྲྀཏསཏྱདྷརྨྨཱཎཱཉྩ དྷནྱཝཱདསཧིཏཱཡ བྷོགཱཡེཤྭརེཎ སསྲྀཛིརེ།
4 For every creature of God [is] good and no [thing is] to be rejected with thanksgiving being received;
ཡཏ ཨཱིཤྭརེཎ ཡདྱཏ྄ སྲྀཥྚཾ ཏཏ྄ སཪྻྭམ྄ ཨུཏྟམཾ ཡདི ཙ དྷནྱཝཱདེན བྷུཛྱཏེ ཏརྷི ཏསྱ ཀིམཔི ནཱགྲཱཧྱཾ བྷཝཏི,
5 it is sanctified for through [the] word of God and prayer.
ཡཏ ཨཱིཤྭརསྱ ཝཱཀྱེན པྲཱརྠནཡཱ ཙ ཏཏ྄ པཝིཏྲཱིབྷཝཏི།
6 These things laying before the brothers good you will be a servant of Christ Jesus being nourished in the words of the faith and of the good teaching that you have closely followed;
ཨེཏཱནི ཝཱཀྱཱནི ཡདི ཏྭཾ བྷྲཱཏྲྀན྄ ཛྙཱཔཡེསྟརྷི ཡཱིཤུཁྲཱིཥྚསྱོཏྟམ྄ཿ པརིཙཱརཀོ བྷཝིཥྱསི ཡོ ཝིཤྭཱསོ ཧིཏོཔདེཤཤྩ ཏྭཡཱ གྲྀཧཱིཏསྟདཱིཡཝཱཀྱཻརཱཔྱཱཡིཥྱསེ ཙ།
7 But profane and silly fables do refuse; do train rather yourself to godliness.
ཡཱནྱུཔཱཁྱཱནཱནི དུརྦྷཱཝཱནི ཝྲྀདྡྷཡོཥིཏཱམེཝ ཡོགྱཱནི ཙ ཏཱནི ཏྭཡཱ ཝིསྲྀཛྱནྟཱམ྄ ཨཱིཤྭརབྷཀྟཡེ ཡཏྣཿ ཀྲིཡཏཱཉྩ།
8 For bodily exercise of a little is profit, but godliness for everything profitable is [the] promise holding of life of the present and which is coming.
ཡཏཿ ཤཱརཱིརིཀོ ཡཏྣཿ སྭལྤཕལདོ བྷཝཏི ཀིནྟྭཱིཤྭརབྷཀྟིརཻཧིཀཔཱརཏྲིཀཛཱིཝནཡོཿ པྲཏིཛྙཱཡུཀྟཱ སཏཱི སཪྻྭཏྲ ཕལདཱ བྷཝཏི།
9 Trustworthy [is] the saying and of full acceptance worthy.
ཝཱཀྱམེཏད྄ ཝིཤྭསནཱིཡཾ སཪྻྭཻ རྒྲཧཎཱིཡཉྩ ཝཡཉྩ ཏདརྠམེཝ ཤྲཱམྱཱམོ ནིནྡཱཾ བྷུཾཛྨཧེ ཙ།
10 Towards this for (also *k*) we toil and (strive, *N(K)O*) because we have hope on God [the] living, who is [the] Savior of all men especially of believers.
ཡཏོ ཧེཏོཿ སཪྻྭམཱནཝཱནཱཾ ཝིཤེཥཏོ ཝིཤྭཱསིནཱཾ ཏྲཱཏཱ ཡོ྅མར ཨཱིཤྭརསྟསྨིན྄ ཝཡཾ ཝིཤྭསཱམཿ།
11 do command these things and do teach.
ཏྭམ྄ ཨེཏཱནི ཝཱཀྱཱནི པྲཙཱརཡ སམུཔདིཤ ཙ།
12 no one your youth should despise, but a pattern do be for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love (in spirit *K*) in faith, in purity.
ཨལྤཝཡཥྐཏྭཱཏ྄ ཀེནཱཔྱཝཛྙེཡོ ན བྷཝ ཀིནྟྭཱལཱཔེནཱཙརཎེན པྲེམྣཱ སདཱཏྨཏྭེན ཝིཤྭཱསེན ཤུཙིཏྭེན ཙ ཝིཤྭཱསིནཱམ྄ ཨཱདརྴོ བྷཝ།
13 Until I come, do give heed to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation, to teaching,
ཡཱཝནྣཱཧམ྄ ཨཱགམིཥྱཱམི ཏཱཝཏ྄ ཏྭ པཱཋེ ཙེཏཡནེ ཨུཔདེཤེ ཙ མནོ ནིདྷཏྶྭ།
14 Not do be negligent of the in you gift which was given to you through prophecy with [the] laying on of the hands of the elderhood.
པྲཱཙཱིནགཎཧསྟཱརྤཎསཧིཏེན བྷཝིཥྱདྭཱཀྱེན ཡདྡཱནཾ ཏུབྷྱཾ ཝིཤྲཱཎིཏཾ ཏཝཱནྟཿསྠེ ཏསྨིན྄ དཱནེ ཤིཐིལམནཱ མཱ བྷཝ།
15 These things do ponder, in them do be absorbed, so that your progress evident may be (in *k*) all.
ཨེཏེཥུ མནོ ནིཝེཤཡ, ཨེཏེཥུ ཝརྟྟསྭ, ཨིཏྠཉྩ སཪྻྭཝིཥཡེ ཏཝ གུཎཝྲྀདྡྷིཿ པྲཀཱཤཏཱཾ།
16 do give heed to yourself and to the teaching; do continue in them; this for doing both yourself you will save and those hearing you.
སྭསྨིན྄ ཨུཔདེཤེ ཙ སཱཝདྷཱནོ བྷཱུཏྭཱཝཏིཥྛསྭ ཏཏ྄ ཀྲྀཏྭཱ ཏྭཡཱཏྨཔརིཏྲཱཎཾ ཤྲོཏྲྀཎཱཉྩ པརིཏྲཱཎཾ སཱདྷཡིཥྱཏེ།
