< 1 Timothy 4 >
1 But the Spirit expressly states that in later times will depart from some from the faith giving heed to spirits deceitful and to teachings of demons

2 in hypocrisy of speakers of lies, seared [in their] own conscience,
neikamayisigwa kuuteele. Nuumeli. Imasigo ao akukailwa.
3 forbidding to marry, [commanding] to abstain from foods that God created for reception with thanksgiving by the faithful and by [those] already knowing the truth.
Akumugilya kutena nukusingilya indya ni Tunda auiumbile itumilwe mung'wao kilumbi niahuee nawamelengile itai.
4 For every creature of God [is] good and no [thing is] to be rejected with thanksgiving being received;
Kunsoko kila ikintu Itunda nukiumbile kiza. Kulile iki nehuusingilya kilumbi kegombilwe kuhitwa.
5 it is sanctified for through [the] word of God and prayer.
Kunsoko kikogigwa kukiila lukani lang'wi Tunda nukunzila amalompi.
6 These things laying before the brothers good you will be a servant of Christ Jesus being nourished in the words of the faith and of the good teaching that you have closely followed;
Ang'wi ukumaika imakani aya ntongeela aalune, ukutula wemitumi numuza nuang'wa Yesu Kilisto. Kunsoko uginile kulukani lauhueli nukuumanyisigwa nuuza nuutyatile.
7 But profane and silly fables do refuse; do train rather yourself to godliness.
Kuite mahite imahuumo namilie aya niamaloilwa iasungu niakombi. Kuleka ite, wimanyise uewe nuuhueli.
8 For bodily exercise of a little is profit, but godliness for everything profitable is [the] promise holding of life of the present and which is coming.
Kundogoilyo uwigemi nuamuile unonee inino, inge uuhueli unonee kukila imakani ehi. Ikendegeela ilago kulikalo litugo ile nulikalo nuluzile.
9 Trustworthy [is] the saying and of full acceptance worthy.
Ulukani ulu lakuhuelwa hange lulu lugombwe ekulu.
10 Towards this for (also *k*) we toil and (strive, *N(K)O*) because we have hope on God [the] living, who is [the] Savior of all men especially of believers.
Kunsoko eye kuaga nukituma mulimo kugulu nukukila. Kunsoko kukete ugimya kung'wi Tunda numuupanga numuguni waantu ehi, kuite kuahueli.
11 do command these things and do teach.
Umatambule nukumamanyisa imakani aya.
12 no one your youth should despise, but a pattern do be for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love (in spirit *K*) in faith, in purity.
Umuntu wehi waleke kuumela uhumbe wako, Badalakwe, utule wiakuegwa niantu ehi niahueli, kuntambu, mulugendo, muulowa, muuhueli, nuwelu.
13 Until I come, do give heed to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation, to teaching,
Singa niniikiza, saga muusomi, nemuulangi, nukumanyisa.
14 Not do be negligent of the in you gift which was given to you through prophecy with [the] laying on of the hands of the elderhood.
Uleke kukimela ikipegwa nikikole mukati ako, naiupegilwe kukiile kidagu, kuekiiligwa imekono nianyampala.
15 These things do ponder, in them do be absorbed, so that your progress evident may be (in *k*) all.
Umakele imakani aya. Wikale mumo kukula kung'waako itule wigele kuantu ehi. Amba kukila mulugendo lako nukumanyisa.
16 do give heed to yourself and to the teaching; do continue in them; this for doing both yourself you will save and those hearing you.
Saga mumakani yaya. Indogoilyo akituma ite ukiguna uewe nawaniakutegeeye.
