1 Samuel 3
1 And the lad Samuel [was] serving Yahweh before Eli and [the] word of Yahweh it was rare in the days those not vision [was] spread out.
Y el joven Samuel ministraba al SEÑOR delante de Elí; y la palabra del SEÑOR era de estima en aquellos días; no había visión manifiesta.
2 And it was on the day that and Eli [was] lying in place his (and eyes his *Q(K)*) they began dim not he was able to see.
Y aconteció un día, que estando Elí acostado en su aposento, cuando sus ojos comenzaban a oscurecerse, que no podía ver,
3 And [the] lamp of God not yet it was extinguished and Samuel [was] lying in [the] temple of Yahweh where [was] there [the] ark of God.
y antes que la lámpara de Dios fuese apagada, Samuel estaba durmiendo en el templo del SEÑOR, donde el arca de Dios estaba;
4 And he called Yahweh to Samuel and he said here [am] I.
y el SEÑOR llamó a Samuel; y él respondió: Heme aquí.
5 And he ran to Eli and he said here [am] I for you summoned me and he said not I summoned return lie down and he went and he lay down.
Y corriendo luego a Elí, dijo: Heme aquí; ¿para qué me llamaste? Y Elí le dijo: Yo no he llamado; vuélvete a acostar. Y él se volvió, y se acostó.
6 And he repeated Yahweh to call again Samuel and he rose Samuel and he went to Eli and he said here [am] I for you summoned me and he said not I summoned O son my return lie down.
Y el SEÑOR volvió a llamar otra vez a Samuel. Y levantándose Samuel vino a Elí, y dijo: Heme aquí; ¿para qué me has llamado? Y él dijo: Hijo mío, yo no he llamado; vuelve, y acuéstate.
7 And Samuel not yet he knew Yahweh and not yet it was revealed to him [the] word of Yahweh.
Mas Samuel aún no conocía al SEÑOR, ni le había sido revelada la palabra del SEÑOR.
8 And he repeated Yahweh to call Samuel at the third [time] and he rose and he went to Eli and he said here [am] I for you summoned me and he understood Eli that Yahweh [was] summoning the lad.
El SEÑOR, pues, llamó la tercera vez a Samuel. Y él levantándose vino a Elí, y dijo: Heme aquí; ¿para qué me has llamado? Entonces Elí entendió que el SEÑOR llamaba al joven.
9 And he said Eli to Samuel go lie down and it will be that [if] he will call to you and you will say speak O Yahweh for [is] listening servant your and he went Samuel and he lay down in place his.
Y dijo Elí a Samuel: Ve, y acuéstate; y si te llamare, dirás: Habla, SEÑOR, que tu siervo oye. Así se fue Samuel, y se acostó en su lugar.
10 And he came Yahweh and he stood and he called as time on time O Samuel - O Samuel and he said Samuel speak for [is] listening servant your.
Y vino el SEÑOR, y se paró, y llamó como las otras veces: ¡Samuel, Samuel! Entonces Samuel dijo: Habla, que tu siervo oye.
11 And he said Yahweh to Samuel here! I [am] about to do a thing in Israel which every [one who] hears it they will tingle [the] two ears his.
Y el SEÑOR dijo a Samuel: He aquí haré yo una cosa en Israel, que a quien la oyere, le retiñirán ambos oídos.
12 On the day that I will carry out against Eli all that I have spoken against house his beginning and ending.
Aquel día yo despertaré contra Elí todas las cosas que he dicho sobre su casa. Cuando comenzaré, también acabaré.
13 And I tell to him that [am] about to judge I house his until perpetuity for [the] iniquity which he knew that [were] bringing a curse to themselves sons his and not he rebuked them.
Y le mostraré que yo juzgaré su casa para siempre, por la iniquidad que él sabe; porque sus hijos se han envilecido, y él no los ha estorbado.
14 And therefore I swear to [the] house of Eli if it will be atoned for [the] iniquity of [the] house of Eli by sacrifice and by an offering until perpetuity.
Y por tanto yo he jurado a la casa de Elí, que la iniquidad de la casa de Elí no será expiada jamás, ni con sacrificios ni con presentes.
15 And he lay Samuel until the morning and he opened [the] doors of [the] house of Yahweh and Samuel he was afraid from telling the vision to Eli.
Y Samuel estuvo acostado hasta la mañana, y abrió las puertas de la casa del SEÑOR. Y Samuel temía descubrir la visión a Elí.
16 And he called Eli Samuel and he said O Samuel son my and he said here [am] I.
Llamando, pues, Elí a Samuel, le dijo: Hijo mío, Samuel. Y él respondió: Heme aquí.
17 And he said what? [was] the word which he spoke to you may not please you hide [it] from me thus may he do to you God and thus may he add if you will hide from me a word from all the word which he spoke to you.
Y dijo: ¿Qué es la palabra que te habló el SEÑOR? Te ruego que no me la encubras. Así te haga Dios y así te añada, si me encubrieres palabra de todo lo que habló contigo.
18 And he told to him Samuel all the words and not he hid [them] from him and he said [is] Yahweh he the good (in eyes his *Q(K)*) let him do.
Y Samuel se lo manifestó todo, sin encubrirle nada. Entonces él dijo: El SEÑOR es; haga lo que bien le pareciere.
19 And he grew up Samuel and Yahweh he was with him and not he made fall any of all words his [the] ground towards.
Y Samuel creció, y el SEÑOR fue con él, y no dejó caer a tierra ninguna de sus palabras.
20 And it knew all Israel from Dan and to Beer Sheba that [was being] established Samuel to a prophet of Yahweh.
Y conoció todo Israel desde Dan hasta Beerseba, que Samuel era fiel profeta del SEÑOR.
21 And he repeated Yahweh to appear at Shiloh for he revealed himself Yahweh to Samuel at Shiloh by [the] word of Yahweh.
Así volvió el SEÑOR a aparecer en Silo; porque el SEÑOR se manifestó a Samuel en Silo con palabra del SEÑOR.
