4 And he summoned Saul the people and he mustered them at Telaim two hundred thousand foot soldier[s] and ten thousand with man of Judah.

9 And he had compassion Saul and the people on Agag and on [the] best of the sheep and the cattle and the second and on the lambs and on all the good and not they were willing to totally destroy them and all the property despised and worthless it they totally destroyed.
10 And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Samuel saying.
Mgbe ahụ, okwu Onyenwe anyị rutere Samuel ntị,
11 I regret that I have made king Saul to king for he has turned back from after me and words my not he has carried out and it burned to Samuel and he cried out to Yahweh all the night.
“Ọ na-ewute m na m mere Sọl ka ọ bụrụ eze, nʼihi na o nupuru isi site nʼokwu m, jụ ime ihe m nyere ya nʼiwu.” O wutere Samuel nke ukwuu mgbe ọ nụrụ ihe Onyenwe anyị kwuru. Ya mere, o tikuru Onyenwe anyị mkpu akwa abalị ahụ niile.
12 And he rose early Samuel to meet Saul in the morning and it was told to Samuel saying he came Saul Carmel towards and there! [he was] setting up for himself a monument and he turned and he passed on and he went down Gilgal.

13 And he came Samuel to Saul and he said to him Saul [be] blessed you by Yahweh I have carried out [the] word of Yahweh.
Nʼikpeazụ, mgbe Samuel hụrụ ya, Sọl ji oke ọṅụ kelee Samuel sị, “Onye Onyenwe anyị gọziri agọzi ka ị bụ. Lee, emeela m ihe niile Onyenwe anyị kwuru!”
14 And he said Samuel and what? [is] [the] sound of the sheep this in ears my and [the] sound of the cattle which I [am] hearing.
Ma Samuel jụrụ ya sị, “Gịnị bụ ube atụrụ ndị a m na-anụ? Ebee ka ube igwe ehi ndị a si na-ada?”
15 And he said Saul from [the] Amalekite[s] people brought them that it had compassion the people on [the] best of the sheep and the cattle so as to sacrifice [them] to Yahweh God your and the rest we totally destroyed.
Sọl zara sị, “Ndị agha m si nʼetiti ndị Amalek chịta ụfọdụ nʼime atụrụ na ehi ndị mara mma nke ha chọrọ iji chụọrọ Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị aja. Ma anyị bibiri ihe ndị ọzọ fọdụrụnụ.”
16 And he said Samuel to Saul be quiet so let me tell to you [that] which he said Yahweh to me this night (and he said *Q(K)*) to him speak.
Mgbe ahụ Samuel gwara Sọl sị, “Ekwukwala ọzọ! Gee ntị nụrụ ihe Onyenwe anyị gwara m nʼabalị!” Sọl zara ya sị, “Kwuo, gịnị ka ọ gwara gị?”
17 And he said Samuel ¿ not though [were] small you in own eyes your [the] head of [the] tribes of Israel [are] you and he anointed you Yahweh to king over Israel.
Samuel gwara ya sị, “Ọ bụghị ezie nʼagbanyeghị na ị dịrịị ntakịrị nʼanya gị onwe gị, ma ị bụụrụ onyeisi ndị ebo Izrel niile? Onyenwe anyị tere gị mmanụ ibu eze ndị Izrel.
18 And he sent you Yahweh on a journey and he said go and you will totally destroy the sinners Amalek and you will wage war against it until destroy they them.
Onyenwe anyị ziri gị ijere ya ozi, gwa gị sị, ‘Gaa, laa ndị ajọ omume ahụ, bụ ndị Amalek nʼiyi; buso ha agha ruo mgbe ị kpochapụrụ ha niile.’
19 And why? not did you listen to [the] voice of Yahweh and did you rush? to the plunder and did you do? the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh.
Gịnị mere i geghị ntị nʼokwu Onyenwe anyị ime ihe o kwuru? Gịnị mere i ji chụrụ ihe nkwata gaa, si otu a mee ihe dị njọ nʼanya Onyenwe anyị?”
20 And he said Saul to Samuel that I listened to [the] voice of Yahweh and I went on the journey which he sent me Yahweh and I brought Agag [the] king of Amalek and Amalek I totally destroyed.
21 And it took the people from the plunder sheep and cattle [the] choicest of the object[s] for destruction to sacrifice [them] to Yahweh God your in Gilgal.
Ndị agha sitere nʼihe a kwatara nʼagha were ụfọdụ atụrụ na ehi, bụ ndị kachasị mma nʼetiti ihe ndị ahụ e debere iche maka ịla ha nʼiyi, iji ha chụọrọ Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị aja na Gilgal.”
22 And he said Samuel ¿ [does] delight [belong] to Yahweh in burnt offerings and sacrifices like listening to [the] voice of Yahweh here! to obey more than sacrifice [is] good to pay attention more than [the] fat of rams.
Ma Samuel sịrị, “Ihe na-atọ Onyenwe anyị ụtọ ọ bụ onyinye na aja nsure ọkụ dịka nrube isi nye ihe si nʼọnụ Onyenwe anyị pụta? Nrube isi dị mma karịa ịchụ aja ịṅa ntị dị mma karịa abụba ebule.
23 For [is the] sin of divination rebellion and [is] wickedness and teraphim presumption because you have rejected [the] word of Yahweh and he has rejected you from king.
24 And he said Saul to Samuel I have sinned for I have transgressed [the] mouth of Yahweh and words your for I feared the people and I listened to voice their.
Sọl zara Samuel sị ya, “Emehiela m. Nʼezie, enupula m isi na ndụmọdụ gị na nʼiwu Onyenwe anyị. Ọ bụ nʼihi na m tụrụ egwu ndị Izrel ka m ji mee ihe ha chọrọ.
25 And therefore forgive please sin my and return with me so I may bow down to Yahweh.
Biko, gbaghara m mmehie m ugbu a, bịakwa soro m ka m gaa fee Onyenwe anyị ofufe.”
26 And he said Samuel to Saul not I will return with you for you have rejected [the] word of Yahweh and he has rejected you Yahweh from being king over Israel.
27 And he turned round Samuel to go and he took hold on [the] skirt of robe his and it tore.
Mgbe Samuel tụgharịrị ka o si nʼebe ahụ pụọ, Sọl jidere ya nʼọnụ ọnụ uwe ya ime ka ọ lọghachi azụ, ma uwe ahụ dọwara.
28 And he said to him Samuel he has torn Yahweh [the] kingdom of Israel from with you this day and he will give it to neighbor your good more than you.
Mgbe ahụ, Samuel zara sị ya, “Taa Onyenwe anyị adọwapụla alaeze Izrel site nʼaka gị were ya nyefee otu nʼime ndị agbataobi gị, onye ka gị mma.
29 And also [the] eminence of Israel not he will deal falsely and not he will regret for not [is] a man he to regret.
Chineke, onye bụ Ebube Izrel, anaghị agha ụgha; ọ nakwaghị agbanwe obi ya, nʼihi na ọ bụghị mmadụ efu!”
30 And he said I have sinned now honor me please before [the] elders of people my and before Israel and return with me and I will bow down to Yahweh God your.
Ma Sọl malitekwara ịrịọ arịrịọ ọzọ sị, “Emehiela m. Ma, sọpụrụ m ugbu a nʼihu ndị okenye ndị m, na nʼihu ndị Izrel. Lọghachi soro m ka m gaa fee Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị ofufe.”
31 And he turned back Samuel after Saul and he bowed down Saul to Yahweh.
Ya mere, Samuel kwenyere soro Sọl laghachi, Sọl kpọkwara isiala nye Onyenwe anyị.
32 And he said Samuel bring near to me Agag [the] king of Amalek and he came to him Agag bonds and he said Agag truly it has departed [the] bitterness of death.
Mgbe ahụ, Samuel gwara ya okwu sị ya, “Kpọpụtara m Agag, eze ndị Amalek.” Agag ji ihu ọchị bịakwute ya, nʼihi na o chere sị, “Nʼezie oge ọnwụ agaala.”
33 And he said Samuel just as it has made childless women sword your so she will become childless from women mother your and he cut to pieces Samuel Agag before Yahweh in Gilgal.
Ma Samuel kwuru sị, “Dịka mma agha gị sị gbawa ndị inyom aka ụmụ otu a ka nne gị ga-esi bụrụ onye na-enweghị nwa nʼetiti ndị inyom.” Samuel gburu Agag nʼihu Onyenwe anyị na Gilgal.
34 And he went Samuel Ramah towards and Saul he went up to house his Gibeah of Saul.
35 And not he repeated Samuel to see Saul until [the] day of death his for he mourned Samuel concerning Saul and Yahweh he regretted that he had made king Saul over Israel.
Site nʼoge ahụ ruo mgbe Samuel nwụrụ, ọ hụkwaghị Sọl anya ọzọ. Ma o rugidere ụjụ nʼihi Sọl oge ndị a niile. O wutekwara Onyenwe anyị na o mere Sọl eze ndị Izrel.
