1 Samuel 14
1 And it was the day and he said Jonathan [the] son of Saul to the young man [the] bearer of armor his come! so let us pass over to [the] garrison of [the] Philistines which [is] from [the] other side of this and to father his not he told.
Usa ka adlaw niana, miingon si Jonatan nga anak nga lalaki ni Saul ngadto sa batan-ong tigdala sa iyang hinagiban, “Dali, mangadto kita sa kuta sa mga Filistahanon nga anaa sa pikas bahin.” Apan wala niya sultihi ang iyang amahan.
2 And Saul [was] remaining at [the] edge of Gibeah under pomegranate tree which [is] in Migron and the people which [was] with him [was] about six hundred man.
Nagpuyo si Saul ibabaw sa sibsibanan sa Gabaon ilalom sa kahoy nga granada nga anaa sa Migron. Adunay mga 600 ka mga tawo ang uban kaniya,
3 And Ahijah [the] son of Ahitub [the] brother of Ichabod - [the] son of Phinehas [the] son of Eli [the] priest of - Yahweh in Shiloh [was] bearing an ephod and the people not it knew that he had gone Jonathan.
lakip na si Ahijah ang anak nga lalaki ni Ahitub (nga igsoong lalaki ni Icabod) ang anak nga lalaki ni Pinehas ang anak nga lalaki ni Eli, nga mao ang pari ni Yahweh didto sa Silo, nga nagsul-ob sa ephod. Wala masayod ang katawhan nga milakaw si Jonatan.
4 And [were] between the passes which he sought Jonathan to pass over to [the] garrison of [the] Philistines [the] tooth of the rock from the other side from this and [the] tooth of the rock from the other side from this and [the] name of the one [was] Bozez and [the] name of the one [was] Seneh.
Sa matag-kilid nga bahin sa agianan nga gustong adtoan ni Jonatan aron makaabot sa kampo sa mga Filistihanon, adunay usa ka batoon nga pangpang sa pikas ug sa laing bahin usab ang usa ka batoon nga pangpang. Ang ngalan sa usa nga batoon nga pangpang mao ang Boses ug ang laing batoong pangpang gitawag ug Sene.
5 The tooth the one a pillar [was] from [the] north opposite to Micmash and the one [tooth] [was] from [the] south opposite to Geba.
Ang usa ka batoon nga pangpang nagbarog dapit sa amihanan atubangan sa Mikmas, ug ang lain sa habagatan atubangan sa Gabaa.
6 And he said Jonathan to the young man - [the] bearer of armor his come! so let us pass over to [the] garrison of the uncircumcised [men] these perhaps he will act Yahweh for us for not [belongs] to Yahweh a limitation to save by many or by few.
Miingon si Jonatan sa batan-ong tigdala sa iyang hinagiban, “Dali, adtoon ta ang kampo niining mga walay tuli nga katawhan. Tingali ug mamuhat si Yahweh alang kanato, kay wala gayoy makapugong kang Yahweh sa pagluwas sa kadaghanan o sa diyutay lamang nga mga tawo.”
7 And he said to him [the] bearer of armor his do all that [is] in heart your turn aside for yourself here I [am] with you according to heart your.
Mitubag ang batan-ong tigdala sa iyang hinagiban, “Buhata ang tanan nga anaa sa imong kasingkasing. Padayon, kay tan-awa, magauban ako kanimo, sa pagtuman sa tanan mong mga sugo.”
8 And he said Jonathan here! we [are] about to pass over to the men and we will reveal ourselves to them.
Unya miingon si Jonatan, “Moagi kita sa mga tawo ug magpakita kita ngadto kanila.
9 If thus they will say to us be still until reach we you and we will remain in place our and not we will go up to them.
Kung moingon sila kanato 'Pabilin usa diha hangtod nga makaanha kami kaninyo'—nan magpabilin lamang kita sa atong nahimutanangan ug dili moadto kanila.
10 And if thus they will say come up to us and we will go up for he has given them Yahweh in hand our and this for us [will be] the sign.
Apan kung motubag sila, 'Duol kamo kanamo,' nan moadto kita; tungod kay gitugyan sila ni Yahweh sa atong mga kamot. Mao kini ang atong ilhanan.”
11 And they revealed themselves [the] two of them to [the] garrison of [the] Philistines and they said [the] Philistines here! Hebrews [are] coming out from the holes where they have hidden themselves there.
Busa nagpakita silang duha sa ilang kaugalingon sa kampo sa mga Filistihanon. Miingon ang mga Filistihanon, “Tan-awa, nanggawas na sa mga lungag ang mga Hebreohanon kung asa sila nagtago.”
12 And they answered [the] men of the garrison Jonathan - and [the] bearer of armor his and they said come up to us so let us make known to you something. And he said Jonathan to [the] bearer of armor his come up after me for he has given them Yahweh in [the] hand of Israel.
Unya gitawag si Jonatan sa mga tawo nga anaa sa kampo ug ang batan-on nga tigdala sa iyang hinagiban, ug miingon, “Saka kamo nganhi kanamo, ug may ipakita kami kaninyo.” Miingon si Jonatan sa tigdala sa iyang hinagiban, “Sunod kanako, tungod kay gitugyan sila ni Yahweh sa kamot sa Israel.”
13 And he went up Jonathan on hands his and on feet his and [the] bearer of armor his [was] behind him and they fell before Jonathan and [the] bearer of armor his [was] killing behind him.
Misaka si Jonatan gamit ang iyang mga kamot ug mga tiil, ug misunod ang tigdala sa iyang hinagiban. Gipangpatay ni Jonatan ang mga Filistihanon ug ang tigdala sa iyang hinagiban mipatay sa pipila kanila nga nagsunod kaniya.
14 And it was the slaughter first which he struck down Jonathan and [the] bearer of armor his about twenty man about in half of a furrow an acre of a field.
Kana ang unang pagsulong nga gibuhat ni Jonatan ug sa tigdala sa iyang hinagiban, mikabat sa 20 ka tawo ang napatay niadtong dapita nga katunga sa usa ka ektarya.
15 And it was trembling in the camp in the field and among all the people the garrison and the destroyer they trembled also they and it quaked the earth and it became a trembling of God.
Adunay kaguliyang sulod sa kampo, sa kapatagan, ug taliwala sa katawhan. Bisan ang kasundalohan sa kampo ug ang mga nagkabayo nagngalisang. Naglinog, ug adunay dakong kaguliyang nga nahitabo.
16 And they saw the watchmen of Saul at Gibeah of Benjamin and there! the multitude it melted away and it went and here.
Unya sa pagtan-aw sa mga magbalantay ni Saul nga anaa sa Gabaon sa Benjamin; nagkatibulaag ang pundok sa kasundalohan sa mga Filistihanon, ug nagpanganhi sila ug nagpangadto.
17 And he said Saul to the people which [was] with him muster please and see who? has he gone from with us and they mustered and there! there not [were] Jonathan and [the] bearer of armor his.
Unya miingon si Saul sa katawhan nga atua uban kaniya, “Ihapa ug susiha kung kinsa ang nawala gikan kanato.” Sa pag-ihap nila, wala didto si Jonatan ug ang tigdala sa iyang hinagiban.
18 And he said Saul to Ahijah bring near! [the] ark of God for it was [the] ark of God on the day that and [the] people of Israel.
Miingon si Saul kang Ahija, “Dad-a dinhi ang arka sa Dios,” kay niadtong taknaa anaa man kini sa katawhan sa Israel.
19 And it was until he spoke Saul to the priest and the tumult which [was] in [the] camp of [the] Philistines and it went continuously and great. And he said Saul to the priest withdraw hand your.
Samtang nakigsulti si Saul sa pari, ang kasamok sa kampo sa mga Filistihanon nagpadayon ug nagkadako. Unya giingnan ni Saul ang pari, “Buhii nalang kana.”
20 And he was called together Saul and all the people which [was] with him and they went to the battle and there! it was [the] sword of each man in neighbor his panic [was] great very.
Si Saul ug ang tibuok katawhan nga uban kaniya nagtigom ug miasdang ngadto sa panggubatan. Ang espada sa matag Filistihanon nakigbatok sa iyang kaubanan nga lomulupyo, ug adunay hilabihang pagkalibog.
21 And the Hebrews they [who] were [belonging] to the Philistines as yesterday three days ago who they had gone up with them in the camp all around and also they to be with Israel which [was] with Saul and Jonathan.
Karon, kadtong mga Hebreohanon nga uban kaniadto sa mga Filistihanon, ug nagpuyo uban kanila sa kampo, nakig-abin sila sa mga Israelita nga uban ni Saul ug ni Jonatan.
22 And every person of Israel who had hidden themselves in [the] hill country of Ephraim they heard that they had fled [the] Philistines and they pursued closely also they after them in the battle.
Sa pagkadungog sa tibuok katawhan nga nagtago sa kabungtoran duol sa Efraim nga nanagan ang mga Filistihanon, bisan sila migukod usab kanila diha sa gubat.
23 And he delivered Yahweh on the day that Israel and the battle it passed beyond Beth Aven.
Busa giluwas ni Yahweh ang Israel niadtong adlawa, ug ang gubat milapas pa ngadto sa Bet-aven.
24 And [the] man of Israel he was hard pressed on the day that and he had put under oath Saul the people saying [be] cursed the person who he will eat food until the evening and I will avenge myself from enemies my and not it tasted all the people food.
Nianang adlawa nangaguol ang katawhan sa Israel tungod kay nanumpa man si Saul sa katawhan ug miingon, “Matinunglo ang tawong mokaon sa bisan unsang kalan-on hangtod sa kagabhion ug ako magapanimalos sa akong mga kaaway.” Busa walay bisan usa sa ka mga sundalo ang mitilaw ug pagkaon.
25 And all the land they went in the forest and it was honey on [the] surface of the field.
Unya misulod ang tibuok katawhan sa lasang ug adunay dugos didto sa yuta.
26 And it came the people into the forest and there! a flowing of honey and there not [was one who] reached hand his to mouth his for it feared the people the oath.
Sa dihang nakasulod na ang katawhan sa lasang, midagayday ang dugos, apan walay si bisan kinsa nga nagbutang sa iyang kamot sa iyang baba kay ang katawhan nahadlok man sa panumpa.
27 And Jonathan not he had heard when made to swear an oath father his the people and he stretched out [the] end of the staff which [was] in hand his and he dipped it in [the] honeycomb of the honey and he brought back hand his to mouth his (and they brightened *Q(K)*) eyes his.
Apan si Jonatan wala makadungog sa pagpanumpa sa iyang amahan alang sa katawhan. Gituy-od niya ang tumoy sa sungkod nga anaa sa iyang kamot ug gituslob kini sa dugos. Gibutang niya ang iyang kamot ngadto sa iyang baba, ug mihayag ang iyang panan-aw.
28 And he answered a person from the people and he said certainly he made to swear an oath father your the people saying [be] cursed the person who he will eat food this day and it was weary the people.
Unya ang usa sa mga tawo, miingon, “Ang imong amahan hugtanon nga nanumpa sa katawhan, pinaagi sa pagsulti, 'Matinunglo ang tawo nga mokaon sa kalan-on niining adlawa,' bisan pa man kung naluya na ang katawhan tungod sa kagutom.”
29 And he said Jonathan he has troubled father my the land see please that they brightened eyes my for I tasted a little of honey this.
Unya miingon si Jonatan, “Ang akong amahan nagpasamok sa yuta. Tan-awa kung giunsa paghayag sa akong panan-aw tungod kay nakatilaw ako ug diyutay niining dugosa.
30 Indeed? for certainly [if] it had eaten this day the people any of [the] plunder of enemies its which it found for now not it has been great defeat among the Philistines.
Unsa pa kaha kung gitugotan ang katawhan sa pagkaon karong adlawa sa inilog gikan sa ilang mga kaaaway nga ilang nakaplagan? Tungod kiini gamay ra ang ilang napatay nga mga Filistihanon.”
31 And they defeated on the day that the Philistines from Micmash Aijalon towards and it was weary the people exceedingly.
Gisulong nila ang mga Filistihanon nianang adlawa gikan sa Mikmas hangtod sa Aijalon. Gipangkapoy gayod ang katawhan.
32 (And it rushed *Q(K)*) the people to (the plunder *Q(K)*) and they took sheep and cattle and [the] young of cattle and they slaughtered [them] [the] ground towards and it ate [them] the people with the blood.
Nag-inilogay ang katawhan sa inilog ug nanguha sa mga karnero, mga torong baka ug sa mga nating baka, ug gipang-ihaw nila kini sa yuta. Unya nangaon niini ang katawhan lakip ang dugo.
33 And people told to Saul saying there! the people [are] sinning to Yahweh by eating with the blood and he said you have acted treacherously roll to me this day a stone great.
Unya gisultihan nila si Saul, “Tan-awa, nagpakasala ang katawhan batok kang Yahweh pinaagi sa pagkaon lakip ang dugo.” Miingon si Saul, “Nagmaluibon kamo. Karon, ipaligid ang dakong bato dinhi kanako.”
34 And he said Saul be scattered among the people and you will say to them bring near to me each one ox his and each one sheep his and you will slaughter [it] in this [place] and you will eat [it] and not you will sin to Yahweh by eating with the blood and they brought near all the people each one ox his in hand his this night and they slaughtered [it] there.
Miingon si Saul, “Adto kamo sa katawhan, ug sultihi sila, 'Padad-a ang tagsatagsa ka tawo sa iyang torong baka ug sa iyang karnero, ihawa kini dinhi, ug kan-a. Ayaw kamo pagpakasala batok kang Yahweh pinaagi sa pagkaon lakip ang dugo.'” Busa nagdala ang matag usa ka tawo sa iyang kaugalingong torong baka niadtong gabhiona ug giihaw kini didto.
35 And he built Saul an altar to Yahweh it he began to build an altar to Yahweh.
Nagtukod si Saul ug halaran alang kang Yahweh nga mao ang unang halaran nga gibuhat ni Saul alang kang Yahweh.
36 And he said Saul let us go down after [the] Philistines - night and let us plunder them - until [the] light of the morning and not we will leave among them anyone and people said all the good in view your do. And he said the priest let us draw near here to God.
Unya miingon si Saul, “Gukdon ta ang mga Filistihanon sa kagabhion ug ilogan sila hangtod sa kabuntagon; dili kita magbilin bisan usa ka buhi.” Mitubag sila, “Buhata ang gituohan mong maayo.” Apan miingon ang pari, “Moduol una kita sa Dios dinhi.”
37 And he enquired Saul by God ¿ will I go down after [the] Philistines ¿ will you give them in [the] hand of Israel and not he answered him on the day that.
Nangutana si Saul sa Dios, “Angay ko bang gukdon ang mga Filistihanon? Itugyan mo ba sila sa kamot sa Israel?” Apan wala mitubag ang Dios kaniya nianang adlawa.
38 And he said Saul draw near here O all [the] corners of the people and know and see how? has it happened the sin this this day.
Unya miingon si Saul, “Paduol kamo dinhi, kamong tanan nga pangulo sa katawhan; sayra ug susiha kung giunsa pagkahitabo kining sala karong adlawa.
39 For [by] [the] life of Yahweh who delivers Israel for except there it [is] in Jonathan son my for certainly he will die and not [was] answering him any of all the people.
Kay, ingon nga buhi si Yahweh, nga nagluwas sa Israel, bisan pa kung si Jonatan kini nga akong anak nga lalaki, sigurado gayod nga mamatay siya.” Apan walay si bisan kinsa taliwala sa kalalakihan ang mitubag kaniya.
40 And he said to all Israel you you will be to a side one and I and Jonathan son my we will be to a side one and they said the people to Saul the good in view your do.
Unya miingon siya sa tibuok Israel, “Kinahanglan mobarog kamo didto sa pikas bahin, ug sa atbang ako ug si Jonatan ang akong anak nga lalaki. Miingon ang katawhan kang Saul, “Buhata ang gituohan mong maayo alang kanimo.”
41 And he said Saul to Yahweh [the] God of Israel (why? not you did answer servant your the day if there in me or in Jonathan son my the iniquity this Yahweh [the] God [of] Israel give! Urim and if is it the iniquity this in people your [of] Israel *X*) give! Thummim and he was taken by lot Jonathan and Saul and the people they went out.
Busa miingon si Saul kang Yahweh, ang Dios sa Israel, “Ipadayag ang Thummim.” Napilian sa pagripa si Jonatan ug si Saul, apan wala mapilii ang katawhan.
42 And he said Saul make fall between me and between Jonathan son my and he was taken by lot Jonathan.
Unya miingon si Saul, “Pagripa taliwala kanako ug sa akong anak nga lalaki nga si Jonatan.” Unya ang napili mao si Jonatan.
43 And he said Saul to Jonathan tell! to me what? have you done and he told to him Jonathan and he said certainly I tasted with [the] end of the staff which [was] in hand my a little of honey here I I will die.
Unya miingon si Saul kang Jonatan, “Sultihi ako kung unsa ang imong nabuhat.” Miingon si Jonatan kaniya, “Mitilaw ako sa diyutay nga dugos pinaagi sa tumoy sa akong sungkod nga diha sa akong kamot. Ania ako; mamatay gayod ako.”
44 And he said Saul thus may he do God and thus may he add for certainly you will die O Jonathan.
Miingon si Saul, “Ang Dios ang magabuhat niana ug labaw na usab kanako, kung dili ka mamatay, Jonatan.”
45 And it said the people to Saul ¿ Jonathan - will he die who he has done the deliverance great this in Israel far be it [by] [the] life of Yahweh if it will fall one of [the] hair[s] of head his [the] ground towards for with God he has acted the day this and they redeemed the people Jonathan and not he died.
Unya miingon ang katawhan kang Saul, “Angay bang mamatay si Jonatan, nga naghimo niining dakong kadaugan alang sa Israel? Dili gayod! Ingon nga buhi si Yahweh, wala gayoy mahulog nga bisan usa sa iyang buhok sa iyang ulo ngadto sa yuta, kay namuhat siya uban sa Dios karong adlawa.” Busa giluwas sa katawhan si Jonatan aron dili siya mamatay.
46 And he went up Saul from after [the] Philistines and [the] Philistines they went to own place their.
Unya mihunong na sa paggukod si Saul sa mga Filistihanon, ug namauli ang mga Filistihanon sa ilang kaugalingong dapit.
47 And Saul he had taken the kingship over Israel and he waged war all around - against all enemies his against Moab - and against [the] people of Ammon and against Edom and against [the] kings of Zobah and against the Philistines and in every where he turned he acted wickedly.
Sa pagsugod ni Saul sa paghari sa Israel, nakig-away siya batok sa tanan niyang kaaway bisan asa. Nakig-away siya batok sa Moab, sa mga Amonihanon, sa taga-Edom, sa mga hari sa Soba, ug sa mga Filistihanon. Bisan asa siya makaliso, naghimo siya ug pagsilot kanila.
48 And he did strength and he defeated Amalek and he delivered Israel from [the] hand of [those who] plundered it.
Nagmaisogon gayod siya ug gipildi ang mga Amalekanhon. Giluwas niya ang Israel gikan sa mga kamot niadtong nanulis kanila.
49 And they were [the] sons of Saul Jonathan and Ishvi and Malki-Shua and [the] name of [the] two daughters his [the] name of the firstborn [was] Merab and [the] name of the young [one] [was] Michal.
Ang mga anak nga lalaki ni Saul mao sila si Jonatan, si Ishvi, ug si Malchishua. Ang ngalan sa iyang duha ka mga anak nga babaye mao sila si Merab, ang kamagulangan, ug ang kamanghoran mao si Mical.
50 And [the] name of [the] wife of Saul [was] Ahinoam [the] daughter of Ahimaaz and [the] name of [the] commander of army his [was] Abner [the] son of Ner [the] uncle of Saul.
Ang ngalan sa asawa ni Saul mao si Ahinoam; anak siya nga babaye ni Ahimaas. Ang ngalan sa pangulo sa iyang kasundalohan mao si Abner ang anak nga lalaki ni Ner, nga uyoan ni Saul.
51 And Kish [was] [the] father of Saul and Ner [the] father of Abner [was] [the] son of Abiel.
Si Kis mao ang amahan ni Saul; ug si Ner nga amahan ni Abner, mao ang anak nga lalaki ni Abiel.
52 And it was the war severe on [the] Philistines all [the] days of Saul and he saw Saul every man mighty and every son of strength and he gathered him to himself.
Adunay gubat kanunay batok sa mga Filistihanon sa tanang adlaw ni Saul. Sa dihang makakita si Saul ug tawong kusgan, o tawong lig-on, ipaduol niya ang iyang kaugalingon kaniya.
