1 Peter 1
1 Peter an apostle of Jesus Christ To [the] elect sojourners of [the] Dispersion of Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,
Pedro, apóstol de Jesu Cristo, a los extranjeros que están esparcidos en Ponto, en Galacia, en Capadocia, en Asia, y en Bitinia:
2 according to [the] foreknowledge of God [the] Father by [the] sanctification of [the] Spirit unto [the] obedience and sprinkling of [the] blood of Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace would be multiplied.
Elegidos según la presciencia de Dios el Padre, en santificación del Espíritu, para obedecer, y ser rociados con la sangre de Jesu Cristo: Gracia y paz os sea multiplicada.
3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of the Lord of us Jesus Christ, the [One] according to the great of Him mercy having begotten again us to a hope living through [the] resurrection of Jesus Christ out from [the] dead,
Alabado sea el Dios y Padre de nuestro Señor Jesu Cristo, el cual según su grande misericordia nos ha reengendrado en esperanza viva, por la resurrección de Jesu Cristo de entre los muertos;
4 to an inheritance imperishable and undefiled and unfading reserved in [the] heavens for (you *NK(O)*)
Para la herencia incorruptible, y que no puede contaminarse, ni marchitarse, conservada en los cielos para vosotros,
5 who by [the] power of God [are] being guarded through faith for [the] salvation ready to be revealed in [the] time last;
Que sois guardados en la virtud de Dios por medio de la fe, para alcanzar la salvación que está aparejada para ser manifestada en el postrimero tiempo.
6 in which you greatly rejoice for a little while at present, if being necessary it is, (having been put to grief *NK(o)*) by various trials
En lo cual vosotros os regocijáis grandemente, estando al presente un poco de tiempo, si es necesario, afligidos en diversas tentaciones.
7 so that the proven genuineness of your faith (more precious *N(k)O*) than gold which is perishing through fire though being refined it may be discovered towards praise and (towards *o*) glory and honor in [the] revelation of Jesus Christ;
Para que la prueba de vuestra fe, muy más preciosa que el oro, (el cual perece, mas empero es probado con fuego, ) sea hallada en alabanza, y gloria, y honra, cuando Jesu Cristo fuere manifestado:
8 whom not (having seen *N(k)O*) you love, on whom now [though] not seeing believing now (you yourself rejoice *NK(o)*) with joy inexpressible and glory-filled,
Al cual no habiendo visto, le amáis: en el cual creyendo, aunque al presente no le veais, os alegráis con gozo inefable y lleno de gloria;
9 receiving the outcome of the faith of you, [the] salvation of [your] souls;
Recibiendo el fin de vuestra fe, que es, la salud de vuestras almas.
10 Concerning this salvation sought out and searched out diligently [the] prophets of the toward you grace having prophesied,
De la cual salud los profetas (que profetizaron de la gracia que había de venir en vosotros) han inquirido, y diligentemente buscado:
11 inquiring into what or what manner of time was signifying the in them Spirit of Christ testifying beforehand unto Christ's sufferings and the after these glories;
Escudriñando cuándo, y en qué punto de tiempo significaba el Espíritu de Cristo que estaba en ellos: el cual antes anunciaba las aflicciones que habían de venir a Cristo, y las glorias después de ellas:
12 to whom it was revealed that not themselves (you *N(K)O*) however they were serving in those things which now have been proclaimed to you through those having evangelised you by [the] Spirit Holy having been sent from heaven, into which desire angels to look.
A los cuales fue revelado, que no para sí mismos, sino para nosotros administraban las cosas, que ahora os son anunciadas de los que os han predicado el evangelio, por el Espíritu Santo enviado del cielo: en las cuales cosas desean mirar los ángeles.
13 Therefore having girded up the loins of the mind of you, being sober-minded, fully do set [your] hope upon which is being brought to you grace in [the] revelation of Jesus Christ.
Por lo cual teniendo los lomos de vuestro entendimiento ceñidos, y sobrios, esperád perfectamente en la gracia que se os ha de traer en la manifestación de Jesu Cristo:
14 as children of obedience not fashioning yourselves to the former in the ignorance of you desires,
Como hijos obedientes, no conformándoos con las concupiscencias que antes teníais estando en vuestra ignorancia;
15 But as the [One] having called you [is] holy also yourselves holy in all [your] conduct do be,
Mas como aquel que os ha llamado es santo, semejantemente también vosotros sed santos en todo proceder;
16 because it has been written: (that *no*) Holy (you will be, *N(k)(o)*) because I myself holy (am. *NK*)
Porque escrito está: Sed santos, porque yo soy santo.
17 And if [as] Father you call on the [One] impartially judging according to the of each work, in fear during the of the sojourn of you time do conduct yourselves;
Y si invocáis por Padre a aquel que sin acepción de personas juzga según la obra de cada uno, conversád en temor todo el tiempo de vuestra peregrinación:
18 knowing that not by perishable things — by silver or by gold — you were redeemed from the futile of you manner of life handed down from [your] fathers,
Sabiendo que habéis sido rescatados de vuestra vana conversación, (la cual recibisteis de vuestros padres, ) no con cosas corruptibles, como oro o plata;
19 but by [the] precious blood as of a lamb without blemish and without spot of Christ,
Mas con la sangre preciosa de Cristo, como de un cordero sin mancha, y sin contaminación:
20 foreknown indeed before [the] foundation [the] world, having been revealed however in ([this] last *N(k)O*) of the times for the sake of you
Ya preordinado ciertamente de antes de la fundación del mundo, pero manifestado en los postrimeros tiempos por amor de vosotros,
21 who through Him (believing *N(k)O*) in God, the [one] having raised up Him out from [the] dead and glory Him having given, so as for the faith of you and hope to be in God.
Que por medio de él creeis en Dios, el cual le resucitó de entre los muertos, y le ha dado gloria, para que vuestra fe y esperanza sea en Dios:
22 The souls of you having purified by obedience to the truth (through spirit *K*) unto brotherly love sincere out of purity of heart one another do love fervently;
Habiendo purificado vuestras almas en la obediencia de la verdad, por medio del Espíritu, para un amor hermanable, sin fingimiento amáos unos a otros entrañablemente de corazón puro:
23 born again not of seed perishable but of imperishable through [the] word living of God and abiding (into the age; *K*) (aiōn g165)
Siendo renacidos, no de simiente corruptible, sino de incorruptible, por la palabra del Dios viviente, y que permanece para siempre. (aiōn g165)
24 because All flesh [is] like grass, and all [the] glory (of it *N(K)O*) like [the] flower of grass; Withers the grass, and the flower (of him *K*) falls away;
Porque toda carne es como yerba, y toda la gloria del hombre como la flor de la yerba: la yerba se secó, y la flor se cayó;
