1 Kings 22
1 And they remained three years there not [was] war between Aram and between Israel.

2 And it was in the year third and he went down Jehoshaphat [the] king of Judah to [the] king of Israel.

3 And he said [the] king of Israel to servants his ¿ do you know that [belongs] to us Ramoth Gilead and we [are] inactive from taking it from [the] hand of [the] king of Aram.

4 And he said to Jehoshaphat ¿ will you go with me for battle Ramoth Gilead and he said Jehoshaphat to [the] king of Israel as me as you as people my as people your as horses my as horses your.
Lèfini li mande Jozafa: -Eske w'ap vin avè m' pou atake lavil Ramòt nan peyi Galarad la? Jozafa reponn li: -Mwen menm ak tout sòlda mwen yo ak kavalye mwen yo, nou avè ou ansanm ak pèp ou a: se yonn lan nou ye.
5 And he said Jehoshaphat to [the] king of Israel seek please as the day [the] word of Yahweh.
Apre sa, Jozafa di Akab, wa peyi Izrayèl la: -Annou mande Seyè a sa li di nan sa.
6 And he gathered [the] king of Israel the prophets about four hundred man and he said to them ¿ will I go on Ramoth Gilead for battle or? will I refrain and they said go up so he may give [it] [the] Lord in [the] hand of the king.
Se konsa Akab reyini katsan (400) pwofèt li yo, li mande yo: -Eske se pou m' al atake lavil Ramòt nan peyi Galarad la, osinon èske se pou m' kite sa? Yo reponn li: -Atake l', monwa! Seyè a ap lage l' nan men ou.
7 And he said Jehoshaphat ¿ [is] there not here a prophet of Yahweh still so we may enquire from him.
Lè sa a, Jozafa di konsa: -Pa gen lòt pwofèt nou ta ka mande si se volonte Seyè a pou n' al fè sa vre?
8 And he said [the] king of Israel - to Jehoshaphat still a man one to consult Yahweh from him and I I hate him for not he prophesies on me good that except evil Micaiah [the] son of Imlah and he said Jehoshaphat may not he speak the king thus.
Akab reponn: -Gen yon lòt pwofèt ankò ki ta ka fè sa pou nou. Se Miche, pitit gason Jimla a. Men, m' rayi l', paske li pa janm di anyen ki pou bon pou mwen. Li toujou wè malè pou mwen. Jozafa reponn: -Pa di sa, monchè!
9 And he summoned [the] king of Israel a court-official one and he said bring quickly! Micaiah [the] son of Imlah.
Se konsa Akab rele yonn nan nèg konfyans li yo, li di li: -Prese al chache Miche, pitit gason Jimla a, pou mwen.
10 And [the] king of Israel and Jehoshaphat [the] king of Judah [were] sitting each on throne his clothed garments at [the] threshing floor [the] entrance of [the] gate of Samaria and all the prophets [were] prophesying before them.
Wa peyi Izrayèl la ak Jozafa, wa peyi Jida a, te chita, yo chak sou fotèy pa yo ak bèl rad wa yo sou yo, sou gwo glasi ki bò pòtay lavil Samari a sou deyò. Tout pwofèt yo te la devan yo ap bay mesaj pa yo.
11 And he made for himself Zedekiah [the] son of Kenaanah horns of iron and he said thus he says Yahweh with these you will gore Aram until destroy them.
Yonn ladan yo te rele Sedesyas. Se te pitit Kenana. Li fè fè de kòn an fè. Li di: -Men sa Seyè a di: Avèk kòn sa yo, ou pral atake moun Siri yo, ou pral fini ak yo.
12 And all the prophets [were] prophesying thus saying go up Ramoth Gilead and succeed and he will give [it] Yahweh in [the] hand of the king.
Tout lòt pwofèt yo t'ap bay menm mesaj la tou. Yo t'ap di: -Ou mèt al atake Ramòt nan peyi Galarad. W'ap bon. Seyè a ap lage lavil la nan men ou.
13 And the messenger who he had gone - to summon Micaiah he spoke to him saying here! please [the] words of the prophets a mouth one [is] good to the king let it be please (word your *Q(K)*) like [the] word of one from them and you will speak good.
Mesaje ki te pati al rele Miche a di Miche konsa: -Tout lòt pwofèt yo te pale anfavè wa a. Ranje kò ou pou pale tankou yo tout. Pale anfavè wa a.
14 And he said Micaiah [by] [the] life of Yahweh for [that] which he will say Yahweh to me it I will speak.
Men, Miche reponn li: -Mwen pran Seyè a, Bondye vivan an, sèvi m' temwen. Sa Seyè a va di m' di se sa m'a di.
15 And he came to the king and he said the king to him O Micaiah ¿ will we go against Ramoth Gilead for battle or? will we refrain and he said to him go up and succeed and he will give [it] Yahweh in [the] hand of the king.
Lè Miche rive devan wa a, wa a di l' konsa: -Miche, èske se pou m' al atake lavil Ramòt nan peyi Galarad, osinon èske sè pou m' kite sa? Miche reponn: -Ou mèt al atake Ramòt nan peyi Galarad. W'ap bon. Seyè a ap lage lavil la nan men ou.
16 And he said to him the king until how many? times [will] I make swear you that not you must speak to me only truth in [the] name of Yahweh.

17 And he said I saw all Israel scattered to the mountains like flock which not [belongs] to them a shepherd and he said Yahweh not masters [belong] to these let them return each to house his in peace.

18 And he said [the] king of Israel to Jehoshaphat ¿ not did I say to you not he prophesies on me good that except evil.
Akab, wa peyi Izrayèl la, di Jozafa: -Mwen pa t' di ou li pa janm di anyen ki bon pou mwen. Li toujou wè malè pou mwen.
19 And he said therefore hear [the] word of Yahweh I saw Yahweh sitting on throne his and all [the] host of the heavens [was] standing at him from right his and from left his.
Miche pran lapawòl ankò li di: -Bon! Koute mesaj Seyè a. Mwen te wè Seyè a chita sou fotèy li nan syèl la, avèk tout zanj li yo kanpe bò kote l', sou bò dwat ak sou bò gòch li.
20 And he said Yahweh who? will he deceive Ahab so he may go up and he may fall at Ramoth Gilead and it said this [one] by thus and this [one] [was] saying by thus.
Seyè a t'ap mande ki moun ki vle al pran tèt Akab pou l' al fè yo touye l' lavil Ramòt. Gen zanj ki di yon bagay, gen lòt zanj ki di yon lòt bagay.
21 And it came forth the spirit and it stood before Yahweh and it said I I will deceive him
Se lè sa a, yon lespri vanse devan Seyè a, li di: Mwen pral pran tèt li.
22 and he said Yahweh to it how? And it said I will go out and I will be a spirit of falsehood in [the] mouth of all prophets his and he said you will deceive and also you will prevail go out and do thus.
Seyè a mande l': Ki jan? Lespri a reponn: Mwen pral mete pawòl manti nan bouch pwofèt Akab yo. Seyè a di l': W'a pran tèt li vre konsa. Ou mèt al fè jan ou di a.
23 And therefore here! he has put Yahweh a spirit of falsehood in [the] mouth of all prophets your these and Yahweh he has spoken on you evil.
Koulye a, ou konnen si Seyè a te mete yon lespri mantò sou pwofèt ou yo pou yo ba ou manti, se paske li pran desizyon pou l' fini avè ou.
24 And he drew near Zedekiah [the] son of Kenaanah and he struck Micaiah on the cheek and he said where? this did it pass on [the] spirit of Yahweh from with me to speak with you.
Lè sa a, Sedesyas, pitit Kenana a, mache sou Miche, li flanke li yon souflèt. Epi li di l': -Depi kilè lespri Bondye a kite m' pou se nan bouch ou l'ap pale a?
25 And he said Micaiah there you [are] about to see on the day that when you will go a room in a room to hide yourself.

26 And he said [the] king of Israel take Micaiah and take back him to Amon [the] official of the city and to Joash [the] son of the king.

27 And you will say thus he says the king put this [one] [the] house of imprisonment and feed him bread oppression and water oppression until come I in peace.

28 And he said Micaiah certainly [if] you will return in peace not he has spoken Yahweh by me and he said listen O peoples all of them.

29 And he went up [the] king of Israel and Jehoshaphat [the] king of Judah Ramoth Gilead.
Se konsa Akab, wa peyi Izrayèl la ansanm ak Jozafa, wa peyi Jida a, moute al atake lavil Ramòt nan peyi Galarad.
30 And he said [the] king of Israel to Jehoshaphat I will disguise myself and I will go in the battle and you wear own clothes your and he disguised himself [the] king of Israel and he went in the battle.
Akab di Jozafa konsa: -Mwen pral mete yon lòt rad sou mwen anvan m' al goumen an, pou moun pa rekonèt mwen. Ou menm, ou mèt mete rad wa ou sou ou. Se konsa wa peyi Izrayèl la chanje rad sou li pou moun pa rekonèt li. Apre sa, l' al goumen.
31 And king of Aram he had commanded [the] commanders of the chariotry which [belonged] to him thirty and two saying not you must do battle with [the] small and with [the] great that except with [the] king of Israel to only him.
Men, wa peyi Siri a te bay trannde chèf ki t'ap kòmande cha lagè yo pou yo pa atake pesonn pase wa peyi Izrayèl la.
32 And it was when saw [the] commanders of the chariotry Jehoshaphat and they they said surely [is] [the] king of Israel he and they turned aside on him to do battle and he cried out Jehoshaphat.
Se konsa, lè kòmandan cha lagè yo wè Jozafa, yo tout te konprann se li ki te wa peyi Izrayèl la. Yo vire sou li pou atake l'. Men, Jozafa rele anmwe.
33 And it was when saw [the] commanders of the chariotry that not [was] [the] king of Israel he and they turned back from after him.
Lè mesye yo tande sa, yo wè se pa t' wa peyi Izrayèl la. Yo rete sou sa yo te vle fè a.
34 And someone he drew on the bow to innocence his and he struck [the] king of Israel between the joints and between the body armor and he said to charioteer his turn around hand your and take out me from the camp for I have been wounded.
Lè sa a, yon sòlda peyi Siri a rete konsa li voye yon flèch. Flèch la al pran Akab, wa Izrayèl la, nan fant rad lagè ki te sou li a. Wa a di sòlda ki t'ap mennen cha li a: -Kase tèt tounen. Annou kite batay la, paske mwen blese grav.
35 And it went up the battle on the day that and the king he was placed in the chariot opposite to Aram and he died in the evening and it flowed [the] blood of the wound into [the] bottom of the chariot.
Jou sa a, batay la te makònen anpil. Wa Akab menm te blije rete kanpe sou cha li a ap gade moun peyi Siri yo. San t'ap koule soti kote li te blese a, li sal tout anndan cha a. Rive aswè, li mouri.
36 And it passed the cry in the camp when went the sun saying everyone to city his and everyone to land his.
Lè solèy pral kouche, yon vwa pran pale nan zòrèy sòlda pèp Izrayèl yo, li t'ap di: -Chak moun al nan peyi yo, chak moun al lakay yo,
37 And he died the king and he came Samaria and people buried the king in Samaria.

38 And someone washed off the chariot at - [the] pool of Samaria and they licked up the dogs blood his and the prostitutes they bathed according to [the] word of Yahweh which he had spoken.

39 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Ahab and all that he did and [the] house of ivory which he built and all the cities which he built ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.

40 And he lay down Ahab with ancestors his and he became king Ahaziah son his in place of him.

41 And Jehoshaphat [the] son of Asa he became king over Judah in year four of Ahab [the] king of Israel.

42 Jehoshaphat [was] a son of thirty and five year[s] when became king he and twenty and five year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Azubah [the] daughter of Shilhi.

43 And he walked in all [the] way of Asa father his not he turned aside from it to do the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh. Only the high places not they were removed still the people [were] sacrificing and making smoke at the high places.

44 And he made peace Jehoshaphat with [the] king of Israel.

45 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Jehoshaphat and might his which he did and which he waged war ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.

46 And [the] rest of the cult prostitute[s] which it remained in [the] days of Asa father his he destroyed from the land.

47 And [was] a king there not in Edom a deputy [was] king.

48 Jehoshaphat (he made *Q(K)*) ships of Tarshish to go Ophir towards for gold and not it went for (they were broken *Q(K)*) [the] ships at Ezion Geber.
Jozafa te fè fè kèk gwo batiman, tankou batiman moun Tasis yo, pou al chache lò nan peyi Ofi. Men, batiman yo pa janm rive al fè vwayaj la, paske yo kraze bò Ezyongebè.
49 Then he said Ahaziah [the] son of Ahab to Jehoshaphat let them go servants my with servants your in [the] ships and not he was willing Jehoshaphat.

50 And he lay down Jehoshaphat with ancestors his and he was buried with ancestors his in [the] city of David ancestor his and he became king Jehoram son his in place of him.

51 Ahaziah [the] son of Ahab he became king over Israel in Samaria in year seven-teen of Jehoshaphat [the] king of Judah and he reigned over Israel two years.

52 And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and he walked in [the] way of father his and in [the] way of mother his and in [the] way of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat who he caused to sin Israel.

53 And he served Baal and he bowed down to it and he provoked to anger Yahweh [the] God of Israel according to all that he had done father his.
