1 Kings 15
1 And in year eight-teen of the king Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat he became king Abijam over Judah.
Jeroboám királynak, a Nébát fiának tizennyolczadik esztendejében Abija lett a király Júdában.
2 Three years he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Maacah [the] daughter of Abishalom.
És három esztendeig uralkodott Jeruzsálemben. Az ő anyjának neve Maaka, az Abisálom leánya.
3 And he walked in all [the] sins of father his which he had done before him and not it was heart his complete with Yahweh God his like [the] heart of David ancestor his.
És járt az ő atyjának minden bűneiben, a melyeket ő előtte cselekedett, és nem volt az ő szíve olyan tökéletes az ő Urához Istenéhez, mint Dávidnak, az ő atyjának szíve.
4 For for [the] sake of David he gave Yahweh God his to him a lamp in Jerusalem by raising up son his after him and by establishing Jerusalem.
De mindazáltal Dávidért adott néki az Úr az ő Istene szövétneket Jeruzsálemben: felmagasztalván az ő fiát ő utána és Jeruzsálemet megerősítvén;
5 That he had done David the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh and not he had turned aside from all that he had commanded him all [the] days of life his only in [the] matter of Uriah the Hittite.
Mert Dávid azt cselekedte, a mi kedves volt az Úr szemei előtt, és el nem távozott azoktól, a melyeket parancsolt néki az ő életének minden idejében, kivéve a Hitteus Uriás dolgát.
6 And war it was between Rehoboam and between Jeroboam all [the] days of life his.
És hadakozás volt Roboám és Jeroboám között mind éltig.
7 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Abijam and all that he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah and war it was between Abijam and between Jeroboam.
Abija egyéb dolgai és minden cselekedetei pedig vajjon nincsenek-é megírva a Júda királyainak krónika-könyvében? És hadakozás volt Abija és Jeroboám között.
8 And he lay down Abijam with ancestors his and people buried him in [the] city of David and he became king Asa son his in place of him.
És elaluvék Abija az ő atyáival, és eltemeték őt a Dávid városában; és uralkodék helyette Asa, az ő fia.
9 And in year twenty of Jeroboam [the] king of Israel he became king Asa [the] king of Judah.
Jeroboámnak az Izráel királyának a huszadik esztendejében Asa lett a király Júdában,
10 And forty and one year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Maacah [the] daughter of Abishalom.
És uralkodék negyvenegy esztendeig Jeruzsálemben; és az ő anyjának Maaka vala neve, az Abisálom leánya.
11 And he did Asa the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh like David ancestor his.
És Asa azt cselekedé, a mi kedves volt az Úr szemei előtt, mint Dávid, az ő atyja.
12 And he made to pass away the male cult prostitutes from the land and he removed all the idols which they had made ancestors his.
Mert kiveszté a férfiú paráznákat az országból; és lerontá mind a bálványokat, a melyeket csináltak volt az ő atyái.
13 And also - Maacah mother his and he removed her from queen-mother that she had made an abominable image to Asherah pole and he cut down Asa abominable image her and he burned [it] in [the] wadi of Kidron.
És Maakát az ő anyját is megfosztá a királynéságtól, mivelhogy egy iszonyú bálványt csináltatott a berekben; és elrontá Asa az ő bálványát, és megégeté azt a Kidron pataknál.
14 And the high places not they were removed only [the] heart of Asa it was complete with Yahweh all days his.
De ha a magaslatokat nem rontották is le, mégis Asának szíve tökéletes volt az Úrhoz életének minden napjaiban.
15 And he brought [the] holy things of father his (and [the] holy things *Q(K)*) [the] house of Yahweh silver and gold and utensils.
És bevitte az Úrnak házába az ezüstöt és az aranyat, és az edényeket, a melyeket az ő atyja és ő maga arra szenteltek volt.
16 And war it was between Asa and between Baasha [the] king of Israel all days their.
És hadakozás volt Asa és Baása, az Izráel királya között mind éltig.
17 And he came up Baasha [the] king of Israel on Judah and he built Ramah to not [surely] permitting [any] escaping and coming to Asa [the] king of Judah.
Mert feljöve Baása, az Izráel királya Júda ellen, és megépíté Rámát, hogy senkit ki és be ne bocsásson Asához a Júda királyához.
18 And he took Asa all the silver and the gold which remained - in [the] treasuries of [the] house of Yahweh and [the] treasures of [the] house of (the king *Q(K)*) and he gave them in [the] hand of servants his and he sent them the king Asa to Ben Hadad [the] son of Tabrimmon [the] son of Hezion [the] king of Aram who dwelt in Damascus saying.
És vévén Asa mind az ezüstöt és aranyat, a mely megmaradott volt mind az Úr, mind a király házának kincseiből; adá azt az ő szolgáinak kezébe, és elküldé azt Asa király Benhadádnak, Tabrimmon fiának, a ki Héczion fia volt, Siria királyának, a ki Damaskusban lakott, ezt izenvén néki:
19 A covenant [be] between me and between you between father my and between father your here! I send to you a gift silver and gold come break! covenant your with Baasha [the] king of Israel so he may go up from on me.
Szövetség van köztem és te közötted, az én atyám és a te atyád között. Ímé ajándékot küldök néked, ezüstöt és aranyat, bontsd fel a te szövetségedet Baásával, az Izráel királyával, hogy távozzék el tőlem.
20 And he listened Ben Hadad to the king Asa and he sent [the] commanders of the armies which [belonged] to him on [the] cities of Israel and he struck Ijon and Dan and Abel Beth Maacah and all Kinnereth with all [the] land of Naphtali.
És Benhadád engedelmeskedett Asa királynak és elküldé az ő seregeinek vezéreit az Izráel városai ellen; és bevevé Hijont és Dánt, és Abel Beth-Maakát, és az egész Kinneróthot a Nafthali egész földével.
21 And it was when heard Baasha and he ceased from building Ramah and he remained in Tirzah.
Mikor pedig Baása ezt meghallotta, abbahagyta Ráma építését, és lakék Thirsában.
22 And the king Asa he made proclamation to all Judah there not [was] an exempt [person] and they carried off [the] stones of Ramah and wood its which he had built Baasha and he built with them the king Asa Geba of Benjamin and Mizpah.
Akkor Asa király egybegyűjté az egész Júdát, senkit ki nem hagyván, és elhordák Rámának mind köveit, mind fáját, a melyekkel Baása épített volt, és építé azokból Asa király Gébát, a Benjámin nemzetségében és Mispát.
23 And [the] rest of all [the] matters of Asa and all might his and all that he did and the cities which he built ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah only to [the] time of old age his he was sick feet his.
Asának minden egyéb dolgai pedig és egész uralkodása és valamit cselekedett, és a városok, a melyeket épített, vajjon nincsenek-é megírva a Júda királyainak krónika-könyvében? kivéve azt, hogy vénségében megbetegedett a lábaira.
24 And he lay down Asa with ancestors his and he was buried with ancestors his in [the] city of David ancestor his and he became king Jehoshaphat son his in place of him.
És elaluvék Asa az ő atyáival, és eltemetteték az ő atyáival Dávidnak, az ő atyjának városában. És Jósafát, az ő fia, uralkodék helyette.
25 And Nadab [the] son of Jeroboam he became king over Israel in year two of Asa [the] king of Judah and he reigned over Israel two years.
Izráelben pedig Nádáb, a Jeroboám fia lett a király, Asának, a Júdabeli királynak második esztendejében; és két esztendeig uralkodék Izráelen;
26 And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and he walked in [the] way of father his and in sin his which he caused to sin Israel.
És gonoszul cselekedék az Úrnak szemei előtt és jára az ő atyjának útján és annak vétkében, a melylyel bűnbe ejtette volt az Izráelt.
27 And he conspired on him Baasha [the] son of Ahijah of [the] house of Issachar and he struck down him Baasha at Gibbethon which [belonged] to the Philistines and Nadab and all Israel [were] laying siege on Gibbethon.
De Baása, az Ahija fia, az Issakhár nemzetségéből, pártot ütött ellene, és megveré őt Baása Gibbethonnál a Filiszteusok városánál; mert Nádáb és az egész Izráel Gibbethonnál táboroztak.
28 And he killed him Baasha in year three of Asa [the] king of Judah and he became king in place of him.
És megölé őt Baása, Asának, a júdabeli királynak harmadik esztendejében, és uralkodék helyette.
29 And it was when became king he he struck down all [the] house of Jeroboam not he left any breathing thing of Jeroboam until he had destroyed it according to [the] word of Yahweh which he spoke by [the] hand of servant his Ahijah Shilonite.
És lőn, mikor uralkodni kezdett, levágá Jeroboámnak egész háznépét; egy lelket sem hagyott Jeroboám háznépéből, mígnem mind elveszté őket az Úrnak beszéde szerint, a melyet megmondott volt az ő szolgája, a Silóbeli Ahija által,
30 On [the] sins of Jeroboam which he sinned and which he caused to sin Israel by provocation his which he provoked to anger Yahweh [the] God of Israel.
A Jeroboám vétkeiért, a melyekkel vétkezék és az Izráelt is vétekbe ejté; és a bosszantásért, a melylyel felbosszantotta az Urat, Izráel Istenét.
31 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Nadab and all that he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
Nádáb egyéb dolgai pedig és minden cselekedetei, vajjon nincsenek-é megírva az Izráel királyainak krónika-könyvében?
32 And war it was between Asa and between Baasha [the] king of Israel all days their.
És hadakozás volt Asa és Baása, az Izráel királya között mind éltig.
33 In year three of Asa [the] king of Judah he became king Baasha [the] son of Ahijah over all Israel in Tirzah twenty and four year[s].
Asának, a Júdabeli királynak harmadik esztendejében lett Baása, az Ahija fia királylyá az egész Izráelen Thirsában, huszonnégy esztendeig.
34 And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and he walked in [the] way of Jeroboam and in sin his which he caused to sin Israel.
És gonoszul cselekedék az Úrnak szemei előtt, és jára a Jeroboám útján, és az ő vétkében, a melylyel bűnbe ejtette az Izráelt.
