< 1 Kings 13 >

1 And there! - a man of God he came from Judah by [the] word of Yahweh to Beth-el and Jeroboam [was] standing at the altar to make smoke.
Manipud Juda, adda maysa a tao ti Dios a napan idiay Betel gapu iti sao ni Yahweh. Agtaktakder idi ni Jeroboam iti sangoanan ti altar tapno mangpuor iti insenso.
2 And he called out on the altar by [the] word of Yahweh and he said O altar altar thus he says Yahweh here! a son [is] about to be born to [the] house of David [will be] Josiah name his and he will sacrifice on you [the] priests of the high places who make smoke on you and bones of humankind people will burn on you.
Nagpukkaw ti tao ti Dios iti maibusor iti altar babaen iti sao ni Yahweh a kinunana, “O Altar, Altar, kuna ni Yahweh, 'Kitaem, maiyanakto ti maysa a lalaki iti pamilia ni David, Josias ti naganna, ket idatonnanto kenka dagiti papadi dagiti pagdaydayawan nga agpupuor iti insenso kenka; agpuordanto kenka kadagiti tulang ti tao.'”
3 And he gave on the day that a sign saying this [is] the sign which he has spoken Yahweh here! the altar [is] about to be torn apart and it will be poured out the fatty ash which [is] on it.
Ket nangted iti pagilasinan ti tao ti Dios iti dayta met laeng nga aldaw, a kunana, “Daytoy ti pagilasinan nga imbaga ni Yahweh: 'Kitaenyo, marakrakto ti altar, ket dagiti dapo iti rabaw daytoy ket maibukbokto.'”
4 And it was when heard the king [the] word of [the] man of God which he called out on the altar at Beth-el and he stretched out Jeroboam hand his from at the altar saying - seize him and it dried up hand his which he had stretched out on him and not he was able to bring back it to himself.
Idi nangngeg ti ari ti imbaga ti tao ti Dios, a nagpukkaw isuna iti maibusor iti altar ti Betel, inyunnat ni Jeroboam ti imana manipud iti altar, kunana, “Tiliwenyo isuna.” Ket timangken ti ima nga inyunnatna a maibusor iti tao, isu a saanna a makukot.
5 And the altar it was torn apart and it was poured out the fatty ash from the altar according to the sign which he had given [the] man of God by [the] word of Yahweh.
Kasta met a narba ti altar, ket naibukbok dagiti dapo manipud iti altar, kas inladawan ti pagilasinan nga inted ti tao ti Dios babaen iti sao ni Yahweh.
6 And he answered the king and he said - to [the] man of God entreat please [the] face of Yahweh God your and pray for me so may it come back hand my to me and he entreated [the] man of God [the] face of Yahweh and it came back [the] hand of the king to him and it was as at the former [time].
Simmungbat ni Ari Jeroboam ket kinunana iti tao ti Dios, “Dumawatka ti kaasi ni Yahweh a Diosmo ket ikararagannak, tapno umimbag koma manen ti imak,” Isu a nagkararag ti tao ti Dios kenni Yahweh, ket immimbag ti ima ti ari, ket nagbalin a kas iti sigud.
7 And he spoke the king to [the] man of God come! with me the house towards and sustain! so let me give to you a gift.
Kinuna ti ari iti tao ti Dios, “Sumurotka kaniak iti pagtaengak ket manganka, ket ikkanka ti gungguna.”
8 And he said [the] man of God to the king if you will give to me half of household your not I will go with you and not I will eat bread and not I will drink water in the place this.
Kinuna ti tao ti Dios iti ari, “Uray no itedmo kaniak ti kagudua dagiti sanikuam, saanak a sumurot kenka, wenno mangan iti taraon wenno uminom iti danum iti daytoy a lugar,
9 For thus - he commanded me by [the] word of Yahweh saying not you must eat bread and not you must drink water and not you must return by the way which you went.
gapu ta binilinnak ni Yahweh babaen iti saona, 'Saankanto a mangan iti tinapay wenno uminom iti danum, wenno agsubli babaen iti dalan a naggapuam.”
10 And he went by a way another and not he returned by the way which he had come by it to Beth-el.
Pimmanaw ngarud ti tao ti Dios ket nagna iti sabali a dalan ket saan a nagsubli iti balayna iti dalan a nagnaanna a napan idiay Betel.
11 And a prophet one old [was] dwelling in Beth-el and he came son his and he recounted to him every deed which he had done [the] man of God - this day in Beth-el the words which he had spoken to the king and they recounted them to father their.
Ita, adda lakay a profeta nga agnanaed idiay Betel, ket immay ti maysa kadagiti putotna a lallaki ket imbagana kenkuana dagiti amin a banbanag nga inaramid ti tao ti Dios iti dayta nga aldaw idiay Betel. Imbaga pay dagiti putotna a lallaki kenkuana dagiti sao nga imbaga ti tao ti Dios iti ari.
12 And he spoke to them father their where? this [is] the way [which] he went and they had seen sons his the way which he had gone [the] man of God who he had come from Judah.
Kinuna ti amada kadakuada, “Sadino a dalan ti nagturonganna?” Ita nakita dagiti putotna a lallaki ti dalan a nagturongan ti tao ti Dios a naggapu idiay Juda.
13 And he said to sons his saddle for me the donkey and they saddled for him the donkey and he rode on it.
Isu a kinunana kadagiti annakna a lallaki, “Silyaanyo ti asno para kaniak.” Isu a sinilyaanda ti asno ket nagsakay isuna iti daytoy.
14 And he went after [the] man of God and he found him sitting under the oak and he said to him ¿ [are] you [the] man of God who you came from Judah and he said I [am].
Kinamakam ti lakay a profeta iti tao ti Dios ket nasarakanna daytoy a nakatugaw iti sirok ti maysa a kayo a lugo; ket kinunana kenkuana, “Sika kadi ti tao ti Dios a naggapu idiay Juda?” Simmungbat isuna, “Siak.”
15 And he said to him come with me the house towards and eat bread.
Ket kinuna ti lakay a profeta kenkuana, “Sumurotka kaniak iti pagtaengak ket manganka iti taraon.”
16 And he said not I am able to turn back with you and to go with you and not I will eat bread and not I will drink with you water in the place this.
Simmungbat ti tao ti Dios, “Saanak nga agsubli a kaduam wenno sumurot kenka, wenno mangan iti taraon wenno uminom iti danum a kaduam iti daytoy a lugar,
17 For a word [was] to me by [the] word of Yahweh not you must eat bread and not you must drink there water not you must return to go by the way which you went by it.
gapu ta naibilin kaniak babaen iti sao ni Yahweh, 'Saankanto a mangan iti taraon wenno uminom iti danum sadiay, wenno agsubli iti dalan a nagnaam.'”
18 And he said to him also I [am] a prophet like you and an angel it has spoken to me by [the] word of Yahweh saying bring back him with you to house your so he may eat bread so he may drink water he lied to him.
Isu a kinuna ti lakay a profeta kenkuana, “Maysaak met a profeta a kas kenka, ket kinasaritanak ti maysa nga anghel babaen iti sao ni Yahweh, a kunana, 'Isublim isuna iti balaymo, tapno mangan isuna iti taraon ken uminom iti danum.'” Ngem agul-ulbod isuna iti tao ti Dios.
19 And he went back with him and he ate bread in house his and he drank water.
Isu a nagsubli ti tao ti Dios a kadua ti lakay a profeta ket nangan iti taraon iti balayna ken imminom iti danum.
20 And it was they [were] sitting to the table. And it came [the] word of Yahweh to the prophet who he had brought back him.
Bayat a nakatugawda iti abay ti lamisaan, immay ti sao ni Yahweh iti profeta a nangisubli kenkuana,
21 And he called out to [the] man of God who he had come from Judah saying thus he says Yahweh because for you have been disobedient to [the] mouth of Yahweh and not you have kept the command which he commanded you Yahweh God your.
ket impukkawna iti tao ti Dios a naggapu idiay Juda, kunana, “Kuna ni Yahweh, 'Gapu ta nagsukirka iti sao ni Yahweh ken saanmo a tinungpal ti bilin nga inted kenka ni Yahweh a Diosmo,
22 And you went back and you ate bread and you drank water in the place which he spoke to you may not you eat bread and may not you drink water not it will go corpse your to [the] grave of ancestors your.
ngem nagsublika ken nanganka iti taraon ken imminom iti danum iti lugar nga imbaga kenka ni Yahweh a saanka a mangan iti taraon ken saanka nga uminom iti danum, saanto a maitabon ti bagim iti nakaitaneman dagiti ammam.'”
23 And it was after ate he bread and after drank he and he saddled for him the donkey for the prophet whom he had brought back him.
Kalpasan a nangan isuna iti taraon ken kalpasan nga imminom, sinalyaan ti profeta ti asno ti tao ti Dios, ti lalaki a simmurot kenkuana a nagsubli.
24 And he went and it met him a lion on the way and it killed him and it was corpse his thrown down in the road and the donkey [was] standing beside it and the lion [was] standing beside the corpse.
Idi nakapanaw ti tao ti Dios, nasabat isuna ti maysa a leon iti dalan ket pinatayna isuna, ket naiwalang ti bangkayna iti dalan. Ket nagtakder ti asno iti abay daytoy, ket nagtakder met ti leon iti abay ti bangkay.
25 And there! men [were] passing by and they saw the corpse thrown down in the road and the lion standing beside the corpse and they went and they spoke in the city which the prophet old [was] dwelling in it.
Idi limmabas dagiti tattao ken nakitada ti naiwalang a bangkay iti dalan, ken ti agtaktakder a leon iti abay ti bangkay, napanda imbaga daytoy idiay siudad a pagnanaedan ti lakay a profeta.
26 And he heard the prophet who he had brought back him from the way and he said [is] [the] man of God that who he was disobedient to [the] mouth of Yahweh and he has given him Yahweh to the lion and it has mauled him and it has killed him according to [the] word of Yahweh which he spoke to him.
Idi nangngeg daytoy ti profeta a nangisubli kenkuana manipud iti dalan, kinunana, “Isu ti tao ti Dios a saan a nagtulnog iti sao ni Yahweh. Inted ngarud ni Yahweh isuna iti leon, a nangrangrangkay kenkuana ken nangpatay kenkuana, kas impakdaar kenkuana ti sao ni Yahweh.”
27 And he spoke to sons his saying saddle for me the donkey and they saddled [it].
Isu a nagsao ti lakay a profeta kadagiti putotna a lallaki, a kunana, “Silyaanyo ti asnok,” ket sinilyaanda daytoy.
28 And he went and he found corpse his thrown down in the road and [the] donkey and the lion [were] standing beside the corpse not it had eaten the lion the corpse and not it had mauled the donkey.
Napan ket nasarakanna ti naiwalang a bangkay iti dalan, ken ti asno ken ti leon nga agtaktakder iti abay ti bangkay. Saan a kinnan ti leon ti bangkay, ken saanna met a dinarup ti asno.
29 And he picked up the prophet [the] corpse of [the] man of God and he placed him to the donkey and he brought back him and he came to [the] city of the prophet old to mourn and to bury him.
Binagkat ti profeta ti bangkay ti tao ti Dios, insakayna daytoy iti asno, ken insublina daytoy. Dimteng isuna iti siudadna tapno dung-awan ken maitabon isuna.
30 And he placed corpse his in own grave his and people mourned on him alas! O brother my.
Impaiddana ti bangkay iti bukodna a tanem, ket dinung-awanda isuna, a kunada, “Asi ka pay, kabsatko!”
31 And it was after buried he him and he said to sons his saying at death my and you will bury me in the grave which [the] man of God [is] buried in it beside bones his place bones my.
Ket kalpasan a naitabonna isuna, nagsao ti lakay a profeta kadagiti putotna a lallaki, a kunana, “Inton matayak, itabondak iti tanem a nakaipunponan ti tao ti Dios. Ikabilyo dagiti tulangko iti abay dagiti tulangna.
32 For certainly it will happen the word which he called out by [the] word of Yahweh on the altar which [is] in Beth-el and on all [the] houses of the high places which [are] in [the] cities of Samaria.
Ta awan duadua a mapasamakto ti imbagana idi nagpukkaw isuna babaen iti sao ni Yahweh iti maibusor iti altar idiay Betel, ken maibusor kadagiti amin a templo nga adda kadagiti disso a pagdaydayawan kadagiti siudad ti Samaria.”
33 After the matter this not he turned back Jeroboam from way his evil and he returned and he appointed from [the] ends of the people priests of high places the [one] desiring he filled hand his and he may be priests of high places.
Kalpasan daytoy, saan a timmallikud ni Jeroboam iti dakes a wagasna, ngem nangisaad latta kadagiti padi para kadagiti disso a pagdaydayawan manipud kadagiti amin a tattao. Kinonsagraranna ti siasinoman a mayat nga agserbi, tapno adda iti padi para kadagiti pagdaydayawan.
34 And it became by the matter this [the] sin of [the] house of Jeroboam and to annihilate [it] and to destroy [it] from on [the] surface of the ground.
Daytoy a banag ket maysa a basol iti pamilia ni Jeroboam ket isu iti nakaigapuan ti pannakaikkat ken pannakadadael daytoy iti rabaw ti daga.
