1 Kings 11

1 And the king Solomon he loved women foreign many and [the] daughter of Pharaoh Moabite [women] Ammonite [women] Edomite [women] Sidonian [women] Hittite [women].

Dar împăratul Solomon a iubit multe femei străine, împreună cu fiica lui Faraon: femei ale moabiţilor, amoniţilor, edomiţilor, sidonienilor şi hitiţilor;

2 From the nations which he had said Yahweh to [the] people of Israel not you must go among them and they not they will go among you truly they will turn aside heart your after gods their to them he cleaved Solomon to love [them].

Dintre naţiunile referitor la care DOMNUL spusese copiilor lui Israel: Să nu intraţi la ele, nici ele să nu intre la voi; căci într-adevăr ele vă vor întoarce inima după dumnezeii lor; Solomon s-a alipit de acestea în iubire.

3 And it belonged to him wives noble ladies seven hundred and concubines three hundred and they turned aside wives his heart his.

Şi el avea şapte sute de soţii, prinţese, şi trei sute de concubine; şi soţiile lui i-au întors inima.

4 And it was to [the] time of [the] old age of Solomon wives his they turned aside heart his after gods other and not it was heart his complete with Yahweh God his like [the] heart of David father his.

Fiindcă s-a întâmplat, când a îmbătrânit Solomon, că soţiile lui i-au întors inima după alţi dumnezei; şi inima lui nu a fost desăvârşită cu DOMNUL Dumnezeul său, precum a fost inima lui David, tatăl său.

5 And he walked Solomon after Astarte [the] god of [the] Sidonians and after Milcom [the] detestable thing of [the] Ammonites.

Fiindcă Solomon a mers după Astarteea, zeiţa sidonienilor, şi după Milcom, urâciunea amoniţilor.

6 And he did Solomon the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and not he filled after Yahweh like David father his.

Şi Solomon a făcut ce este rău în ochii DOMNULUI şi nu a mers pe deplin după DOMNUL, precum a făcut David, tatăl său.

7 Then he built Solomon a high place for Chemosh [the] detestable thing of Moab on the mountain which [is] on [the] face of Jerusalem and for Molech [the] detestable thing of [the] people of Ammon.

Atunci Solomon a construit o înălţime pentru Chemoş, urâciunea Moabului, pe dealul care este înaintea Ierusalimului, şi pentru Moloh, urâciunea copiilor lui Amon.

8 And thus he did for all wives his foreign [who] made smoke and [who] sacrificed to gods their.

Şi la fel a făcut pentru toate soţiile lui străine, care ardeau tămâie şi sacrificau dumnezeilor lor.

9 And he was angry Yahweh with Solomon for it had turned aside heart his from with Yahweh [the] God of Israel who had appeared to him two times.

Şi DOMNUL s-a mâniat pe Solomon, pentru că inima lui era întoarsă de la DOMNUL Dumnezeul lui Israel, care i se arătase de două ori,

10 And he had commanded to him on the matter this to not to walk after gods other and not he observed [that] which he had commanded Yahweh.

Şi îi poruncise referitor la acest lucru, să nu meargă după alţi dumnezei; dar el nu a păzit ceea ce DOMNUL poruncise.

11 And he said Yahweh to Solomon because that it has been this with you and not you have observed covenant my and statutes my which I commanded to you certainly I will tear away the kingdom from with you and I will give it to servant your.

De aceea DOMNUL i-a spus lui Solomon: Pentru că ai făcut acest lucru, şi nu ai ţinut legământul meu şi statutele mele, pe care ţi le-am poruncit, voi rupe negreşit împărăţia de la tine şi o voi da servitorului tău.

12 Only in days your not I will do it for [the] sake of David father your from [the] hand of son your I will tear away it.

Totuşi, nu voi face aceasta în zilele tale din cauza lui David, tatăl tău, ci o voi rupe din mâna fiului tău.

13 Only all the kingdom not I will tear away a tribe one I will give to son your for [the] sake of David servant my and for [the] sake of Jerusalem which I have chosen.

Totuşi, nu voi rupe toată împărăţia; ci voi da un trib fiului tău, din cauza lui David, servitorul meu, şi din cauza Ierusalimului pe care l-am ales.

14 And he raised up Yahweh an adversary to Solomon Hadad the Edomite [was] one of [the] offspring the king he in Edom.

Şi DOMNUL a stârnit un potrivnic lui Solomon, pe Hadad edomitul; el era din sămânţa împăratului din Edom.

15 And it was when was David Edom when went up Joab [the] commander of the army to bury the [ones] slain and he struck down every male in Edom.

Fiindcă s-a întâmplat, când era David în Edom şi Ioab, căpetenia oştirii, se urcase să înmormânteze pe cei ucişi, după ce lovise fiecare parte bărbătească în Edom,

16 For six months he remained there Joab and all Israel until he had cut off every male in Edom.

(Pentru că şase luni a rămas Ioab acolo cu tot Israelul, până când a stârpit fiecare parte bărbătească în Edom),

17 And he fled Hadad he and people Edomite some of [the] servants of father his with him to go Egypt and Hadad [was] a youth young.

Că Hadad a fugit, el şi anumiţi edomiţi dintre servitorii tatălui său cu el, pentru a merge în Egipt; Hadad fiind încă un copil mic.

18 And they arose from Midian and they went Paran and they took men with them from Paran and they went Egypt to Pharaoh [the] king of Egypt and he gave to him a house and food he assigned to him and land he gave to him.

Şi ei s-au ridicat din Madian şi au venit la Paran; şi au luat cu ei oameni din Paran şi au venit în Egipt, la Faraon, împăratul Egiptului, care i-a dat o casă şi i-a rânduit merinde şi i-a dat pământ.

19 And he found Hadad favor in [the] eyes of Pharaoh exceedingly and he gave to him a wife [the] sister of own wife his [the] sister of Tahpenes the queen.

Şi Hadad a găsit mare favoare în ochii lui Faraon, astfel încât el i-a dat de soţie pe sora propriei lui soţii, pe sora împărătesei Tahpenes.

20 And she bore to him [the] sister of Tahpenes Genubath son his and she weaned him Tahpenes in [the] midst of [the] household of Pharaoh and he was Genubath [the] house of Pharaoh in among [the] sons of Pharaoh.

Şi sora Tahpenei i-a născut pe Ghenubat, fiul său, pe care Tahpenes l-a înţărcat în casa lui Faraon; şi Ghenubat a fost în casa lui Faraon între fiii lui Faraon.

21 And Hadad he heard in Egypt that he had lain down David with ancestors his and that he had died Joab [the] commander of the army and he said Hadad to Pharaoh let go me so I may go to own land my.

Şi când Hadad a auzit din Egipt că David a adormit cu părinţii săi şi că Ioab, căpetenia oştirii, era mort, Hadad i-a spus lui Faraon: Lasă-mă să plec, să merg în ţara mea.

22 And he said to him Pharaoh that what? [are] you lacking with me and here you [are] seeking to go to own land your and he said - In-deed really you will let go me.

Atunci Faraon i-a spus: Dar ce ţi-a lipsit cu mine, că, iată, tu cauţi să mergi în ţara ta? Şi el a răspuns: Nimic, totuşi oricum dă-mi drumul.

23 And he raised up God to him an adversary Rezon [the] son of Eliada who he had fled from with Hadadezer [the] king of Zobah master his.

Şi Dumnezeu i-a stârnit un alt potrivnic, pe Rezon, fiul lui Eliada, care fugise de la stăpânul său Hadadezer, împăratul din Ţoba;

24 And he gathered with him men and he was [the] leader of a marauding band when killed David them and they went Damascus and they dwelt in it and they reigned in Damascus.

Şi el a adunat la sine oameni şi a devenit căpetenie peste o ceată când David a ucis pe cei din Ţoba, şi au mers la Damasc şi au locuit acolo şi au domnit în Damasc.

25 And he was an adversary of Israel all [the] days of Solomon and harm which Hadad and he loathed Israel and he reigned over Aram.

Şi el a fost un potrivnic lui Israel în toate zilele lui Solomon, pe lângă ticăloşia pe care a făcut-o Hadad şi el a detestat pe Israel şi a domnit peste Siria.

26 And Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat an Ephrathite from Zeredah and [the] name of mother his [was] Zeruah a woman a widow a servant of Solomon and he raised a hand on the king.

Şi Ieroboam, fiul lui Nebat, un efratit din Ţereda, servitorul lui Solomon, numele mamei lui fiind Ţerua, o femeie văduvă, chiar şi el şi-a ridicat mâna împotriva împăratului.

27 And this [is] the reason why he raised a hand on the king Solomon he built the Millo he closed up [the] breach of [the] city of David father his.

Şi acesta a fost motivul pentru care el şi-a ridicat mâna împotriva împăratului: Solomon a construit Milo şi a reparat spărturile cetăţii lui David, tatăl său.

28 And the man Jeroboam [was] a mighty [man] of strength and he saw Solomon the young man that [was] doing work he and he appointed him to all [the] forced labor of [the] house of Joseph.

Şi bărbatul Ieroboam era un războinic viteaz; şi Solomon, văzând că tânărul era sârguincios, l-a făcut conducător peste toată sarcina casei lui Iosif.

29 And it was at the time that and Jeroboam he had gone out from Jerusalem and he found him Ahijah Shilonite the prophet on the way and he [was] covering himself with a cloak new and [the] two of them to alone them [were] in the open country.

Şi s-a întâmplat în acel timp, când Ieroboam a ieşit din Ierusalim, că profetul Ahiia şilonitul, l-a găsit pe cale; şi el se îmbrăcase cu o haină nouă; şi cei doi erau singuri pe câmp;

30 And he seized Ahijah the cloak new which [was] on him and he tore it two [plus] ten pieces.

Şi Ahiia a apucat haina cea nouă care era pe el şi a rupt-o în douăsprezece bucăţi;

31 And he said to Jeroboam take for yourself ten pieces for thus he says Yahweh [the] God of Israel here I [am] about to tear the kingdom from [the] hand of Solomon and I will give to you ten the tribes.

Şi i-a spus lui Ieroboam: Ia-ţi zece bucăţi, pentru că astfel spune DOMNUL, Dumnezeul lui Israel: Iată, voi rupe împărăţia din mâna lui Solomon şi îţi voi da ţie zece triburi;

32 And the tribe one it will belong to him for [the] sake of - servant my David and for [the] sake of Jerusalem the city which I have chosen it from all [the] tribes of Israel.

(Dar el va avea un trib, din cauza servitorului meu David şi din cauza Ierusalimului, cetatea pe care am ales-o dintre toate triburile lui Israel);

33 Because - that they have forsaken me and they have bowed down to Astarte [the] god of [the] Sidonians to Chemosh [the] god of Moab and to Milcom [the] god of [the] people of Ammon and not they have walked in ways my by doing the right in view my and statutes my and judgments my like David father his.

Deoarece ei m-au părăsit şi s-au închinat Astarteei, zeiţa sidonienilor, lui Chemoş, dumnezeul moabiţilor, şi lui Milcom, dumnezeul copiilor lui Amon, şi nu au umblat în căile mele, pentru a face ceea ce este drept în ochii mei şi pentru a ţine statutele mele şi judecăţile mele, precum a făcut David, tatăl lui.

34 And not I will take all the kingdom from hand his for - ruler I will make him all [the] days of life his for [the] sake of David servant my whom I chose him who he observed commandments my and statutes my.

Totuşi, nu voi lua toată împărăţia din mâna lui; ci îl voi face prinţ toate zilele vieţii lui din cauza lui David, servitorul meu, pe care l-am ales, fiindcă el a păzit poruncile mele şi statutele mele;

35 And I will take the kingship from [the] hand of son his and I will give it to you [the] ten the tribes.

Dar voi lua împărăţia din mâna fiului său şi ţi-o voi da ţie, zece triburi.

36 And to son his I will give a tribe one so as to belong a lamp to David servant my all the days - before me in Jerusalem the city which I have chosen for myself to put name my there.

Şi fiului său îi voi da un trib, astfel încât David, servitorul meu, să aibă o lumină întotdeauna înaintea mea în Ierusalim, cetatea pe care mi-am ales-o pentru a-mi pune numele acolo.

37 And you I will take and you will reign over all that it will desire self your and you will be king over Israel.

Şi te voi lua pe tine şi vei domni conform cu tot ce sufletul tău doreşte şi vei fi împărat peste Israel.

38 And it will be if you will listen to all that I will command you and you will walk in ways my and you will do the right in view my by observing statutes my and commandments my just as he did David servant my and I will be with you and I will build for you a house enduring just as I built for David and I will give to you Israel.

Şi va fi astfel, dacă vei da ascultare la tot ce eu îţi poruncesc şi vei umbla în căile mele şi vei face ce este drept în ochii mei, pentru a păzi statutele mele şi poruncile mele, precum a făcut David, servitorul meu, că voi fi cu tine şi îţi voi zidi o casă sigură, precum am zidit pentru David şi îţi voi da ţie pe Israel.

39 So I may afflicted [the] offspring of David on account of this nevertheless not all the days.

Şi pentru aceasta voi chinui sămânţa lui David, dar nu pentru totdeauna.

40 And he sought Solomon to put to death Jeroboam and he arose Jeroboam and he fled Egypt to Shishak [the] king of Egypt and he was in Egypt until [the] death of Solomon.

Solomon a căutat de aceea să îl ucidă pe Ieroboam. Şi Ieroboam s-a ridicat şi a fugit în Egipt, la Şişac, împăratul Egiptului, şi a fost în Egipt până la moartea lui Solomon.

41 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Solomon and all that he did and wisdom his ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of Solomon.

Şi restul faptelor lui Solomon şi tot ce a făcut el şi înţelepciunea lui, nu sunt ele scrise în cartea faptelor lui Solomon?

42 And the days which he reigned Solomon in Jerusalem over all Israel [were] forty year[s].

Şi timpul cât Solomon a domnit în Ierusalim peste tot Israelul a fost patruzeci de ani.

43 And he lay down Solomon with ancestors his and he was buried in [the] city of David father his and he became king Rehoboam son his in place of him.

Şi Solomon a adormit cu părinţii săi şi a fost îngropat în cetatea lui David, tatăl său; şi Roboam, fiul său, a domnit în locul său.
