1 Kings 1
1 And the king David he was old he had come in days and they covered him with clothes and not it was warm to him.
Gdy król Dawid zestarzał się [i] posunął w latach, to choć okrywano go szatami, nie mógł się rozgrzać.
2 And they said to him servants his let people seek for lord my the king a young woman a virgin and she will stand before the king and let her be of him a nurse and she will lie in bosom your and it will be warm to lord my the king.
Jego słudzy powiedzieli mu więc: Niech poszukają dla naszego pana, króla, młodej dziewicy, która stawałaby przed królem i pielęgnowała go. Niech kładzie się na twoim łonie, żeby nasz pan, król, mógł się rozgrzać.
3 And they sought a young woman beautiful in all [the] territory of Israel and they found Abishag the Shunammite and they brought her to the king.
Szukali więc pięknej dziewczyny po wszystkich obszarach Izraela i znaleźli Abiszag Szunamitkę, i przyprowadzili ją do króla.
4 And the young woman [was] beautiful up to muchness and she became of the king a nurse and she served him and the king not he knew her.
Dziewczyna ta [była] bardzo piękna; pielęgnowała króla i służyła mu, ale król z nią nie obcował.
5 And Adonijah [the] son of Haggith [was] exalting himself saying I I will become king and he acquired for himself a chariot and horsemen and fifty man [were] running before him.
Lecz Adoniasz, syn Chaggity, wywyższał się, mówiąc: Ja zostanę królem. Zaopatrzył się w rydwany i jeźdźców oraz pięćdziesięciu mężczyzn, którzy biegali przed nim.
6 And not he had rebuked him father his from days his saying why? thus have you done and also he [was] good of appearance very and him someone bore after Absalom.
Jego ojciec nigdy go nie upominał, mówiąc: Czemu to uczyniłeś? Był on też bardzo przystojny, [jego matka] urodziła go po Absalomie.
7 And they were words his with Joab [the] son of Zeruiah and with Abiathar the priest and they helped after Adonijah.
Porozumiał się z Joabem, synem Serui, i z kapłanem Abiatarem, a oni przystali z Adoniaszem i pomogli [mu].
8 And Zadok the priest and Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada and Nathan the prophet and Shimei and Rei and the mighty [men] who [belonged] to David not they were with Adonijah.
Lecz kapłan Sadok, Benajasz, syn Jehojady, prorok Natan, Szimei, Rei oraz dzielni wojownicy Dawida nie sprzyjali Adoniaszowi.
9 And he sacrificed Adonijah sheep and cattle and fatling near [the] stone of Zoheleth which [was] beside En Rogel and he invited all brothers his [the] sons of the king and all [the] men of Judah [the] servants of the king.
Potem Adoniasz zabił owce, woły i tuczne bydło przy kamieniu Zochelet, blisko źródła Rogel, i zaprosił wszystkich swych braci, synów króla, oraz wszystkich mężczyzn Judy, sługi króla.
10 And Nathan the prophet and Benaiah and the mighty [men] and Solomon brother his not he invited.
Lecz nie zaprosił proroka Natana, Benajasza i dzielnych wojowników oraz swego brata Salomona.
11 And he said Nathan to Bath-sheba [the] mother of Solomon saying ¿ not have you heard that he has become king Adonijah [the] son of Haggith and lord our David not he knows.
Wtedy Natan zapytał Batszebę, matkę Salomona: Czy nie słyszałaś, że Adoniasz, syn Chaggity, króluje, a nasz pan, Dawid, [o tym] nie wie?
12 And therefore come let me counsel you please counsel and save life your and [the] life of son your Solomon.
Chodź więc teraz, proszę, dam ci radę, abyś ocaliła swoje życie i życie swego syna, Salomona.
13 Come and go - to the king David and you will say to him ¿ not you O lord my the king did you swear an oath to maidservant your saying that Solomon son your he will reign after me and he he will sit on throne my and why? has he become king Adonijah.
Idź i wejdź do króla Dawida, i powiedz mu: Czyż ty, mój panie, królu, nie przysiągłeś swojej służącej: Twój syn Salomon będzie królował po mnie i on zasiądzie na moim tronie? Dlaczego więc króluje Adoniasz?
14 There! still you [are] speaking there with the king and I I will come after you and I will confirm words your.
A oto gdy ty będziesz tam jeszcze rozmawiała z królem, ja wejdę za tobą i potwierdzę twoje słowa.
15 And she went Bath-sheba to the king the room towards and the king he was old very and Abishag the Shunammite [was] serving the king.
Batszeba weszła więc do króla do komnaty. Król już się bardzo zestarzał, a Abiszag Szunamitka usługiwała królowi.
16 And she bowed low Bath-sheba and she bowed down to the king and he said the king what? [is] to you.
Wtedy Batszeba uklękła i oddała pokłon królowi, a król zapytał: Czego chcesz?
17 And she said to him O lord my you you swore an oath by Yahweh God your to maidservant your that Solomon son your he will reign after me and he he will sit on throne my.
A [ona] mu odpowiedziała: Mój panie, ty przysiągłeś swojej służącej na PANA, swego Boga: Twój syn, Salomon, będzie królował po mnie i on zasiądzie na moim tronie.
18 And now here! Adonijah he has become king and now O lord my the king not you know.
A oto teraz Adoniasz króluje, a ty, mój panie, królu, [o tym] nie wiesz.
19 And he has sacrificed ox[en] and fatling and sheep to abundance and he has invited all [the] sons of the king and Abiathar the priest and Joab [the] commander of the army and Solomon servant your not he has invited.
Zabił bowiem woły, tuczne bydło i bardzo dużo owiec i zaprosił wszystkich synów króla, kapłana Abiatara oraz dowódcę wojska, Joaba, ale twego sługi Salomona nie zaprosił.
20 And you O lord my the king [the] eyes of all Israel [are] on you to tell to them who? will he sit on [the] throne of lord my the king after him.
Lecz ty, mój panie, królu, [wiesz], że oczy całego Izraela są zwrócone na ciebie, abyś im oznajmił, kto zasiądzie na tronie mego pana, króla, po nim.
21 And it will be when lies down lord my the king with ancestors his and I will be I and son my Solomon sinners.
W przeciwnym razie, gdy mój pan, król, zaśnie ze swymi ojcami, ja i mój syn Salomon będziemy uważani za przestępców.
22 And there! still she [was] speaking with the king and Nathan the prophet he came.
A gdy jeszcze rozmawiała z królem, przyszedł prorok Natan.
23 And people told to the king saying here! Nathan the prophet and he came before the king and he bowed down to the king on face his [the] ground towards.
I oznajmiono królowi: Oto prorok Natan. I gdy wszedł przed oblicze króla, pokłonił się królowi twarzą do ziemi.
24 And he said Nathan O lord my the king you have you said? Adonijah he will reign after me and he he will sit on throne my.
Potem Natan powiedział: Mój panie, królu, czy ty powiedziałeś: Adoniasz będzie królował po mnie i on zasiądzie na moim tronie?
25 For - he has gone down this day and he has sacrificed ox[en] and fatling and sheep to abundance and he has invited all [the] sons of the king and [the] commanders of the army and Abiathar the priest and there they [are] eating and drinking before him and they have said may he live the king Adonijah.
Dziś bowiem zstąpił i zabił woły, tuczne bydło oraz bardzo dużo owiec, i zaprosił wszystkich synów króla, dowódców wojsk oraz kapłana Abiatara, a oto oni jedzą z nim i piją, i mówią: Niech żyje król Adoniasz!
26 And me I servant your and Zadok the priest and Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada and Solomon servant your not he has invited.
Lecz mnie, twego sługi, i kapłana Sadoka, i Benajasza, syna Jehojady, oraz twego sługi Salomona nie zaprosił.
27 From with lord my the king has it occurred the matter this and not you made known (servant your *Q(K)*) who? will he sit on [the] throne of lord my the king after him.
Czy wyszło to od mego pana, króla, a nie oznajmiłeś swemu słudze, kto zasiądzie po nim na tronie mego pana, króla?
28 And he answered the king David and he said summon for me Bath-sheba and she came before the king and she stood before the king.
Król Dawid odpowiedział: Zawołajcie mi Batszebę. Ta weszła przed oblicze króla i stanęła przed nim.
29 And he swore an oath the king and he said [by] [the] life of Yahweh who he has ransomed life my from every trouble.
Wtedy król przysiągł: Jak żyje PAN, który wybawił moją duszę z wszelkiego ucisku;
30 For just as I swore to you by Yahweh [the] God of Israel saying that Solomon son your he will reign after me and he he will sit on throne my in place of me for so I will do the day this.
Jak przysiągłem ci na PANA, Boga Izraela: Twój syn Salomon będzie królować po mnie i on zasiądzie na moim tronie zamiast mnie, tak dziś uczynię.
31 And she bowed low Bath-sheba face ground and she bowed down to the king and she said may he live lord my the king David for ever.
Batszeba schyliła się twarzą ku ziemi i pokłoniła się królowi, i powiedziała: Niech żyje mój pan, król Dawid, na wieki!
32 And he said - the king David summon for me Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet and Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada and they came before the king.
Potem król Dawid rozkazał: Zawołajcie mi kapłana Sadoka, proroka Natana i Benajasza, syna Jehojady. I [tamci] weszli przed oblicze króla.
33 And he said the king to them take with you [the] servants of lord your and you will cause to ride Solomon son my on the mule which [belongs] to me and you will take down him to Gihon.
A król powiedział im: Weźcie ze sobą sługi waszego pana, wsadźcie mego syna Salomona na moją mulicę i sprowadźcie go do Gichonu.
34 And he will anoint him there Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet to king over Israel and you will give a blast on the ram's horn and you will say may he live the king Solomon.
A tam niech kapłan Sadok i prorok Natan namaszczą go na króla nad Izraelem. Następnie zadmijcie w trąbę i powiedzcie: Niech żyje król Salomon!
35 And you will come up after him and he will come and he will sit on throne my and he he will reign in place of me and him I have appointed to be ruler over Israel and over Judah.
Potem pójdziecie za nim, a on przyjdzie i zasiądzie na moim tronie, i będzie królował na moje miejsce. Jego bowiem ustanowiłem wodzem nad Izraelem i nad Judą.
36 And he answered Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada the king and he said - amen thus may he say Yahweh [the] God of lord my the king.
Benajasz, syn Jehojady, odpowiedział królowi: Amen. Niech to stwierdzi PAN, Bóg mego pana, króla.
37 Just as he has been Yahweh with lord my the king so (he will be *Q(K)*) with Solomon and may he make great throne his more than [the] throne of lord my the king David.
Jak PAN był z moim panem, królem, tak niech będzie z Salomonem i niech wywyższy jego tron nad tron mego pana, króla Dawida.
38 And he went down Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet and Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada and the Kerethite[s] and the Pelethite[s] and they caused to ride Solomon on [the] mule of the king David and they brought him to Gihon.
Poszli więc kapłan Sadok, prorok Natan i Benajasz, syn Jehojady, oraz Keretyci i Peletyci i wsadzili Salomona na mulicę króla Dawida, i zaprowadzili go do Gichonu.
39 And he took Zadok the priest [the] horn of oil from the tent and he anointed Solomon and they gave a blast on the ram's horn and they said all the people may he live the king Solomon.
Wtedy kapłan Sadok wziął róg olejku z namiotu i namaścił Salomona. Potem zadęto w trąbę, a cały lud powiedział: Niech żyje król Salomon!
40 And they went up all the people after him and the people [were] playing [the] flute with flutes and joyful joy great and it was split open the earth by noise their.
I cały lud szedł za nim. Lud także grał na fletach i tak bardzo się radował, że ziemia drżała od jego głosu.
41 And he heard Adonijah and all those [who] were invited who [were] with him and they they had finished to eat and he heard Joab [the] sound of the ram's horn and he said why? [is] [the] sound of the town in an uproar.
I usłyszeli to Adoniasz oraz wszyscy zaproszeni, którzy z nim byli, a właśnie skończyli ucztę. A gdy Joab usłyszał głos trąby, zapytał: Cóż to za krzyk poruszonego miasta?
42 Still he [was] speaking and there! Jonathan [the] son of Abiathar the priest he came and he said Adonijah come for [are] a man of worth you and good you bear news.
A gdy on jeszcze mówił, przyszedł Jonatan, syn kapłana Abiatara. Adoniasz powiedział mu: Wejdź, jesteś bowiem dzielnym człowiekiem i przynosisz dobrą nowinę.
43 And he answered Jonathan and he said to Adonijah indeed lord our the king David he has made king Solomon.
Wtedy Jonatan odpowiedział Adoniaszowi: Nasz pan, król Dawid, ustanowił królem Salomona.
44 And he has sent with him the king Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet and Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada and the Kerethite[s] and the Pelethite[s] and they have caused to ride him on [the] mule of the king.
Król bowiem posłał z nim kapłana Sadoka i proroka Natana oraz Benajasza, syna Jehojady, do tego Keretytów i Peletytów, którzy wsadzili go na mulicę króla;
45 And they have anointed him Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet to king at Gihon and they have gone up from there joyful and it was excited the town that [is] the noise which you have heard.
Następnie kapłan Sadok i prorok Natan namaścili go na króla w Gichonie. I wyruszyli stamtąd, tak się radując, że miasto zadrżało. Stąd ten krzyk, który usłyszeliście.
46 And also he has sat Solomon on [the] throne of royalty.
A Salomon zasiadł już na tronie królestwa.
47 And also they have come [the] servants of the king to bless lord our the king David saying may he make good (God *Q(K)*) [the] name of Solomon more than name your and may he make great throne his more than throne your and he bowed down the king on the bed.
Ponadto przyszli słudzy króla, aby błogosławić naszemu panu, królowi Dawidowi, mówiąc: Niech Bóg sławniejszym uczyni imię Salomona niż twoje imię i niech wywyższy jego tron ponad twój tron. A król skłonił się na [swym] łożu.
48 And also thus he has said the king [be] blessed Yahweh [the] God of Israel who he has given this day [one who] sits on throne my and own eyes my [are] seeing.
Również sam król powiedział: Błogosławiony [niech będzie] PAN, Bóg Izraela, który dał dziś zasiadającego na moim tronie, a moje oczy to widzą.
49 And they trembled and they rose up all those [who] were invited who [belonged] to Adonijah and they went each to way his.
Wtedy zlękli się wszyscy zaproszeni, którzy byli z Adoniaszem, i wstali, i poszli każdy swoją drogą.
50 And Adonijah he was afraid of Solomon and he arose and he went and he took hold on [the] horns of the altar.
Adoniasz także, bojąc się Salomona, wstał, poszedł i uchwycił się rogów ołtarza.
51 And it was told to Solomon saying there! Adonijah he fears the king Solomon and there! he has taken hold on [the] horns of the altar saying let him swear to me as the day the king Solomon if he will put to death servant his by the sword.
I doniesiono o tym Salomonowi: Oto Adoniasz boi się króla Salomona i uchwycił się rogów ołtarza, mówiąc: Niech mi dziś przysięgnie król Salomon, że nie zabije swego sługi mieczem.
52 And he said Solomon if he will become a son of worth not it will fall one of hair[s] his [the] ground towards and if evil it will be found in him and he will die.
Wtedy Salomon odpowiedział: Jeśli okaże się godziwym człowiekiem, nie spadnie mu nawet włos na ziemię, ale jeśli znajdzie się w nim zło, poniesie śmierć.
53 And he sent the king Solomon and they brought down him from at the altar and he came and he bowed down to the king Solomon and he said to him Solomon go to house your.
Król Salomon posłał więc, aby go sprowadzono od ołtarza. Kiedy przyszedł, pokłonił się królowi Salomonowi. A powiedział mu Salomon: Idź do swego domu.
