1 Chronicles 23
1 And David he was old and he was satisfied days and he made king Solomon son his over Israel.
Und David war alt und der Tage satt; und er machte Salomo, seinen Sohn, zum König über Israel.
2 And he gathered all [the] leaders of Israel and the priests and the Levites.
Und er versammelte alle Obersten Israels und die Priester und die Leviten.
3 And they were counted the Levites from a son of thirty year[s] and up-wards and it was number their to skulls their to men thirty and eight thousand.
Und die Leviten wurden gezählt von dreißig Jahren an und darüber; und ihre Zahl war, Kopf für Kopf, an Männern achtunddreißigtausend.
4 From these [are] to act as overseers over [the] work of [the] house of Yahweh twenty and four thousand and officials and judges six thousand.
Von diesen, sprach David, sollen vierundzwanzigtausend die Aufsicht über das Werk des Hauses Jehovas führen; und sechstausend sollen Vorsteher und Richter sein;
5 And four thousand gatekeepers and four thousand [those] praising Yahweh with instruments which I made to praise.
und viertausend Torhüter; und viertausend, welche Jehova loben mit den Instrumenten, die ich gemacht habe, um zu loben.
6 And he divided them David divisions. [the] sons of Levi to Gershon Kohath and Merari.
Und David teilte sie in Abteilungen, nach den Söhnen Levis, nach Gerson, Kehath und Merari.
7 Of the Gershonite[s] Ladan and Shimei.
Von den Gersonitern: Ladan und Simei.
8 [the] sons of Ladan the chief Jehiel and Zetham and Joel three.
Die Söhne Ladans: das Haupt, Jechiel, und Setham und Joel, drei.
9 [the] sons of Shimei (Shelomith *Q(K)*) and Haziel and Haran three these [were] [the] heads of the fathers of Ladan.
Die Söhne Simeis: Schelomith und Hasiel und Haran, drei. Diese waren die Häupter der Väter von Ladan.
10 And [the] sons of Shimei Jahath Zina and Jeush and Beriah these [were] [the] sons of Shimei four.
Und die Söhne Simeis: Jachath, Sina und Jeghusch und Beria; das waren die Söhne Simeis, vier.
11 And he was Jahath the chief and Zizah the second and Jeush and Beriah not they had many sons and they became a house of a father a group one.
Und Jachath war das Haupt, und Sina der zweite; und Jeghusch und Beria hatten nicht viele Söhne, und so bildeten sie ein Vaterhaus, eine Zählung.
12 [the] sons of Kohath Amram Izhar Hebron and Uzziel four.
Die Söhne Kehaths: Amram, Jizhar, Hebron und Ussiel, vier.
13 [the] sons of Amram Aaron and Moses and he was separated Aaron to consecrate it a holy one of holy ones he and descendants his until perpetuity to make smoke before Yahweh to serve him and to bless in name his until perpetuity.
Die Söhne Amrams: Aaron und Mose. Und Aaron wurde abgesondert, daß er als hochheilig geheiligt würde, er und seine Söhne auf ewig, um vor Jehova zu räuchern, ihm zu dienen und in seinem Namen zu segnen ewiglich.
14 And Moses [the] man of God descendants his they were named on [the] tribe of the Levite[s].
Und was Mose, den Mann Gottes, betrifft, so wurden seine Söhne nach dem Stamme Levi genannt.
15 [the] sons of Moses Gershom and Eliezer.
Die Söhne Moses: Gersom und Elieser.
16 [the] sons of Gershom Shebuel the chief.
die Söhne Gersoms: Schebuel, das Haupt.
17 And they were [the] sons of Eliezer Rehabiah the chief and not it belonged to Eliezer sons other and [the] sons of Rehabiah they were numerous upwards.
Und die Söhne Eliesers waren: Rechabja, das Haupt; und Elieser hatte keine anderen Söhne; aber die Söhne Rechabjas waren überaus zahlreich. -
18 [the] sons of Izhar Shelomith the chief.
Die Söhne Jizhars: Schelomith, das Haupt.
19 [the] sons of Hebron Jeriah the chief Amariah the second Jahaziel the third and Jekameam the fourth.
Die Söhne Hebrons: Jerija, das Haupt; Amarja, der zweite; Jachasiel, der dritte; und Jekamam, der vierte.
20 [the] sons of Uzziel Micah the chief and Isshiah the second.
Die Söhne Ussiels: Micha, das Haupt, und Jischija, der zweite.
21 [the] sons of Merari Mahli and Mushi [the] sons of Mahli Eleazar and Kish.
Die Söhne Meraris: Machli und Musi. Die Söhne Machlis: Eleasar und Kis.
22 And he died Eleazar and not they belonged to him sons that except daughters and they took them [the] sons of Kish relatives their.
Und Eleasar starb, und er hatte keine Söhne, sondern nur Töchter; und die Söhne Kis', ihre Brüder, nahmen sie zu Weibern.
23 [the] sons of Mushi Mahli and Eder and Jeremoth three.
Die Söhne Musis: Machli und Eder und Jeremoth, drei.
24 These [were] [the] descendants of Levi to [the] house of ancestors their [the] chiefs of the fathers to [men] enrolled their by number of names to skulls their doer[s] of the work of [the] service of [the] house of Yahweh from a son of twenty year[s] and up-wards.
Das waren die Söhne Levis nach ihren Vaterhäusern, Häupter der Väter, wie sie gemustert wurden nach der Zahl der Namen, Kopf für Kopf, welche das Werk taten für den Dienst des Hauses Jehovas, von zwanzig Jahren an und darüber.
25 For he had said David he has given rest Yahweh [the] God of Israel to people his and he has settled in Jerusalem until for ever.
Denn David sprach: Jehova, der Gott Israels, hat seinem Volke Ruhe geschafft, und er wohnt in Jerusalem auf ewig;
26 And also to the Levites there not [is] to carry the tabernacle and all articles its for service its.
so haben auch die Leviten die Wohnung und alle ihre Geräte zu ihrem Dienste nicht mehr zu tragen.
27 For by [the] words of David last they [were] [the] number of [the] descendants of Levi from a son of twenty year[s] and upwards.
Denn nach den letzten Worten Davids wurden von den Söhnen Levis diejenigen von zwanzig Jahren an und darüber gezählt.
28 For function their [was] to [the] side of [the] descendants of Aaron for [the] service of [the] house of Yahweh over the courts and over the store-rooms and over [the] purification of every holy thing and [the] work of [the] service of [the] house of God.
Denn ihre Stelle war zur Seite der Söhne Aarons für den Dienst des Hauses Jehovas betreffs der Vorhöfe und der Zellen und der Reinigung alles Heiligen, und betreffs des Werkes des Dienstes des Hauses Gottes:
29 And to [the] bread of the row and to fine flour for a grain offering and to [the] wafers of the unleavened bread and to the baked cake and to the mixed [dough] and to every measurement and measurement.
für das Schichtbrot, und für das Feinmehl zum Speisopfer, und für die ungesäuerten Fladen, und für die Pfanne, und für das Eingerührte, und für alles Hohl-und Längenmaß;
30 And to stand in the morning in the morning to give thanks and to praise Yahweh and thus to the evening.
und damit sie Morgen für Morgen hinträten, um Jehova zu preisen und zu loben, und ebenso am Abend;
31 And to every of ering up of burnt offerings to Yahweh for the sabbaths for the new moons and for the appointed feasts by number according to [the] ordinance on them continually before Yahweh.
und um alle Brandopfer dem Jehova zu opfern an den Sabbathen, an den Neumonden und an den Festen, nach der Zahl, nach der Vorschrift darüber, beständig vor Jehova.
32 And they kept [the] duty of [the] tent of meeting and [the] duty of the holy place and [the] duty of [the] descendants of Aaron relatives their for [the] service of [the] house of Yahweh.
Und sie warteten der Hut des Zeltes der Zusammenkunft und der Hut des Heiligtums, und der Hut der Söhne Aarons, ihrer Brüder, für den Dienst des Hauses Jehovas.
