1 Chronicles 18
1 And it was after thus and he struck down David [the] Philistines and he subdued them and he took Gath and daughters its from [the] hand of [the] Philistines.

2 And he struck down Moab and they became Moab subjects of David bearers of tribute.
O na ningĩ Daudi nĩahootire andũ a Moabi, na magĩtuĩka a gwathwo nĩwe, makamũrutagĩra igooti.
3 And he struck down David Hadadezer [the] king of Zobah Hamath towards when went he to establish monument his at [the] river of Euphrates.
Ningĩ Daudi nĩahũũranire na Hadadezeri mũthamaki wa Zoba, akĩmũingata akĩmũkinyia Hamathu, rĩrĩa mũthamaki ũcio aathiiaga gũtũma wathani wake ũrũme wega ndwere-inĩ cia Rũũĩ rwa Farati.
4 And he captured David from him one thousand chariot[s] and seven thousand horsemen and twenty thousand man on foot and he hamstrung David all the chariotry and he left of it one hundred chariot[s].
Daudi akĩmũtunya ngaari ciake cia ita ngiri ĩmwe, na andũ a gũcitwara ngiri mũgwanja, na thigari cia magũrũ ngiri mĩrongo ĩĩrĩ. Nake agĩtemenga mbarathi icio cia mbaara magũrũ, agĩcithuithia ciothe tiga o igana rĩmwe.
5 And it came Aram Damascus to help Hadadezer [the] king of Zobah and he struck down David in Aram twenty and two thousand man.

6 And he put David in Aram Damascus and it became Aram of David subjects bearers of tribute and he gave victory Yahweh to David in every where he went.

7 And he took David [the] shields of gold which they were on [the] servants of Hadadezer and he brought them Jerusalem.
Daudi nĩatunyanire ngo cia thahabu iria ciarĩ na anene a Hadadezeri, na agĩcitwara Jerusalemu.
8 And from Tibhath and from Kun [the] cities of Hadadezer he took David bronze much very with it - he made Solomon [the] sea of bronze and the pillars and [the] articles of bronze.
Kuuma matũũra ma Teba na Kuni marĩa maarĩ ma Hadadezeri, Daudi agĩtunyana gĩcango kĩingĩ mũno kĩrĩa Solomoni aahũthĩrire gũthondeka Karia ga gĩcango, na itugĩ, na mĩthemba mĩingĩ ya indo cia gĩcango.
9 And he heard Tou [the] king of Hamath that he had struck down David all [the] army of Hadadezer [the] king of Zobah.

10 And he sent Hadoram son his to the king David (to ask *Q(k)*) of him to welfare and to bless him on that he had fought against Hadadezer and he had defeated him for man of wars of Tou he was Hadadezer and all articles of gold and silver and bronze.
agĩtũma mũriũ Hadoramu kũrĩ Mũthamaki Daudi akamũgeithie na amũkũngũĩre nĩ ũndũ wa kũhoota Hadadezeri ũrĩa wakoretwo akĩrũa na Tou. Hadoramu agĩtwarĩra Daudi indo cia mĩthemba mĩingĩ ithondeketwo na thahabu na betha na gĩcango.
11 Also them he consecrated the king David to Yahweh with the silver and the gold which he had taken away from all the nations from Edom and from Moab and from [the] people of Ammon and from [the] Philistines and from Amalek.
Mũthamaki Daudi akĩamũrĩra Jehova indo icio o ta ũrĩa aamũrĩte betha na thahabu iria aatahĩte kuuma kũrĩ andũ a ndũrĩrĩ ici ciothe: Edomu, na Moabi, na kuuma kũrĩ Amoni na Afilisti, na Amaleki.
12 And Abishai [the] son of Zeruiah he struck down Edom in [the] Valley of Salt eight-teen thousand.
Abishai mũrũ wa Zeruia nĩooragire andũ a Edomu 18,000 o kũu Gĩtuamba-inĩ gĩa Cumbĩ.
13 And he put in Edom garrisons and they became all Edom subjects of David and he gave victory to Yahweh David in every where he went.
Nake akĩiga mbũtũ cia kũrangĩra kũu Edomu nao andũ a Edomu othe magĩtuĩka a gwathagwo nĩ Daudi. Jehova nĩaheire Daudi ũhootani kũrĩa guothe aathiiaga.
14 And he reigned David over all Israel and he was doing justice and righteousness for all people his.
Daudi nĩathamakire Isiraeli guothe, akahũthagĩra kĩhooto, na akahingĩria andũ ake othe maũndũ marĩa maagĩrĩire.
15 And Joab [the] son of Zeruiah [was] over the army and Jehoshaphat [the] son of Ahilud [was the] recorder.
Joabu mũrũ wa Zeruia nĩwe warĩ mũnene wa ita, nake Jehoshafatu mũrũ wa Ahiludu nĩwe warĩ mwandĩki wa maũndũ ma ihinda rĩu.
16 And Zadok [the] son of Ahitub and Abimelech [the] son of Abiathar [were] priests and Shavsha [was the] scribe.
Zadoku mũrũ wa Ahitubu, na Ahimeleku mũrũ wa Abiatharu maarĩ athĩnjĩri-Ngai, nake Shavisha nĩwe warĩ mwandĩki-marũa;
17 And Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada [was] over the Kerethite[s] and the Pelethite[s] and [the] sons of David [were] the first to [the] side of the king.
Benaia mũrũ wa Jehoiada nĩwe warĩ mũnene wa Akerethi na Apelethi; nao ariũ a Daudi nĩo maarĩ atongoria na anene a gũikaranagia na mũthamaki.
