1 Chronicles 14
1 And he sent (Huram *Q(K)*) [the] king of Tyre messengers to David and wood of cedar and craftsmen of a wall and craftsmen of wood to build for him a house.

2 And he knew David that he had appointed him Yahweh to king over Israel that [was] exalted upwards kingdom his for sake of people his Israel.

3 And he took David again wives in Jerusalem and he fathered David again sons and daughters.
David loe Jerusalem ah pop parai zu to lak moe, canu hoi capa paroeai sak.
4 And these [are] [the] names of the [ones] born who they belonged to him in Jerusalem Shammua and Shobab Nathan and Solomon.
Jerusalem ah oh naah sak ih a caanawk ih ahmin loe Shammua, Shobab, Nathan, Solomon,
5 And Ibhar and Elishua and Elpelet.
Ibhar, Elishua, Elpalet,
6 And Nogah and Nepheg and Japhia.
Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia,
7 And Elishama and Beeliada and Eliphelet.
Elishama, Beeliada hoi Eliphalet.
8 And they heard [the] Philistines that he had been anointed David to king over all Israel and they went up all [the] Philistines to seek David and he heard David and he went out before them.
David loe Israel caanawk boih ih siangpahrang ah situi bawh o boeh, tiah Philistinnawk mah thaih o naah, Philistinnawk boih David pakrong hanah caeh o; to tamthang to David mah thaih naah nihcae tuk hanah caeh.
9 And [the] Philistines they had come and they had made a raid in [the] valley of [the] Rephaites.
Philistinnawk angzoh o moe, Rephaim azawn boih ah ahmuen takhawh o.
10 And he enquired David by God saying ¿ will I go up on ([the] Philistines *Q(k)*) and will you give? them in hand my and he said to him Yahweh go up and I will give them in hand your.
To pacoengah David mah Sithaw khaeah, Ka caeh moe, Philistinnawk to ka tuk han maw? Nihcae to ka ban ah nang paek han maw? tiah a hnik. Angraeng mah anih khaeah, Caeh tahang ah, nihcae to na ban ah kang paek han, tiah a naa.
11 And they went up at Baal Perazim and he struck down them there David and he said David he has burst out against God enemies my by hand my like a bursting out of water there-fore people called [the] name of the place that Baal Perazim.
To pongah David hoi anih ih kaminawk to Baal-Perazim ah caeh o tahang, to ah David mah nihcae to tuk. To pacoengah David mah, Tui pakhoih baktiah, Angraeng mah, ka ban hoiah ka misanawk amrosak boih boeh, tiah thuih; to pongah to ahmuen to Baal-Perazim, tiah sak o.
12 And they abandoned there gods their and he spoke David and they were burned with fire.
Philistinnawk mah caeh o taak ih angmacae ih sithawnawk to, hmai hoi thlaek hanah David mah lokpaek.
13 And they repeated again [the] Philistines and they made a raid in the valley.
Philistinnawk loe azawn boih ah ahmuen takhawh o let.
14 And he enquired again David by God and he said to him God not you will go up after them go around from on them and you will come to them from [the] front of the balsam trees.
To pongah David mah Sithaw khaeah hnik let; Sithaw mah anih khaeah, Nihcae ohhaih ahmuen ah katoengah caeh tahang hmah; nihcae khae hoi angqoi oh loe, langkawk pacahhaih thing ohhaih ahmuen hoiah daw o tahang ah.
15 So may it be when hearing you [the] sound of marching in [the] tops of the balsam trees then you will go out in battle for he has gone out God before you to strike down [the] camp of [the] Philistines.
Langkawk pacahhaih thing nuiah misatuk han caehhaih lok na thaih naah, misatuk hanah caeh oh; Sithaw loe Philistin misatuh kaminawk hum hanah nangcae hmaa ah caeh boeh, tiah a naa.
16 And he did David just as he had commanded him God and they struck down [the] camp of [the] Philistines from Gibeon and to Gezer.
To pongah Sithaw mah thuih pae ih lok baktih toengah, David mah sak, nihcae mah Gibeon hoi Gezer karoek to Philistin kaminawk to hum o.
17 And it went out [the] name of David in all the lands and Yahweh he put dread of him on all the nations.
