< 1 Chronicles 11 >

1 And they gathered together all Israel to David Hebron towards saying here! [are] bone your and flesh your we.

ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರೆಲ್ಲರು ಹೆಬ್ರೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದಾವೀದನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು, “ಇಗೋ, ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನ ಎಲುಬೂ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾಂಸವೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

2 Both yesterday as well as three days ago also when was Saul king you [were] the [one who] led out and the [one who] brought Israel and he said Yahweh God your to you you you will shepherd people my Israel and you you will be ruler over people my Israel.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೌಲನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರಸನಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ, ನೀನು ದಳಪತಿಯಾಗಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ನಡೆಸುವವನಾಗಿಯೂ, ಒಳಗೆ ತರುವವನಾಗಿಯೂ ಇದ್ದವನು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ನಿನಗೆ, ‘ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಜನರಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ನಾಯಕನೂ, ಪಾಲಕನೂ ಆಗಿರುವೆ,’ ಎಂದು ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕುರಿತೇ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು.

3 And they came all [the] elders of Israel to the king Hebron towards and he made to them David a covenant at Hebron before Yahweh and they anointed David to king over Israel according to [the] word of Yahweh by [the] hand of Samuel.

ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಹಿರಿಯರೆಲ್ಲರು ಹೆಬ್ರೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಅರಸನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ, ಅರಸನಾದ ದಾವೀದನು ಹೆಬ್ರೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಸಮುಯೇಲನ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಹೇಳಿದ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವರು ದಾವೀದನನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರಸನಾಗಿರಲು ಅಭಿಷೇಕ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

4 And he went David and all Israel Jerusalem it [was] Jebus and [were] there the Jebusite[s] [the] inhabitants of the land.

ದಾವೀದನೂ, ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರೂ ಯೆಬೂಸಿಯರ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಹೋದರು.

5 And they said [the] inhabitants of Jebus to David not you will enter here and he captured David [the] stronghold of Zion it [was] [the] city of David.

ಆ ದೇಶದ ಮೂಲನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಾದ ಯೆಬೂಸಿಯರು ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ, “ನೀನು ಇದರೊಳಗೆ ಬರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ,” ಎಂದರು. ಆದರೂ ದಾವೀದನು, ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ಕೋಟೆಯನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಅದೇ ದಾವೀದನ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು.

6 And he had said David any [one who] strikes down a Jebusite at the first he will become a chief and a commander and he went up at the first Joab [the] son of Zeruiah and he became a chief.

“ಯೆಬೂಸಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಮೊದಲು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವನೋ, ಅವನು ನನ್ನ ದಳಪತಿಯಾಗುವನು,” ಎಂದು ದಾವೀದ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದನು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಚೆರೂಯಳ ಮಗ ಯೋವಾಬನು ಮೊದಲು ಹೋಗಿ ದಳಪತಿಯಾದನು.

7 And he dwelt David in the fortress there-fore people called it [the] city of David.

ದಾವೀದನು ಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡಿದನು. ಆದಕಾರಣ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ದಾವೀದನ ಪಟ್ಟಣವೆಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟರು.

8 And he built the city from round about from the Millo and to the surroundings and Joab he restored [the] remainder of the city.

ಅವನು ಅದರ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಮಿಲ್ಲೋವಿನಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿ, ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಕಟ್ಟಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಉಳಿದ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಯೋವಾಬನು ಭದ್ರಮಾಡಿಸಿದನು.

9 And he went David continuously and becoming great and Yahweh of hosts [was] with him.

ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ದಾವೀದನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದುದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ದಿನದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಲಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದನು.

10 And these [were] [the] chiefs of the mighty [men] who [belonged] to David who held strongly with him in kingdom his with all Israel to make king him according to [the] word of Yahweh on Israel.

ದಾವೀದನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಗಳು ಇವರೇ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳಿದ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಅವನನ್ನು ಅರಸನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಂಗಡ ಅವನ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಹಾಯ ನೀಡಿದರು.

11 And these [are] [the] number of the mighty [men] who [belonged] to David Jashobeam a son of a Hacmonite [was] [the] chief of (the officers *Q(K)*) he he wielded spear his on three hundred [one] slain at a time one.

ದಾವೀದನ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿ: ಹಕ್ಮೋನಿಯನಾದ ಯಾಷೊಬ್ಬಾಮನು ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥನಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಇವನು ತನ್ನ ಈಟಿಯಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನೂರು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಕಾಳಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿದನು.

12 And after him Eleazar [the] son of Dodo the Ahohite he [was] among three the mighty [men].

ಇವನ ತರುವಾಯ ಅಹೋಹ್ಯನಾಗಿರುವ ದೋದೋ ಎಂಬವನ ಮಗನಾಗಿರುವ ಎಲಿಯಾಜರನು, ಮೂವರು ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.

13 He he was with David at Pas Dammim and the Philistines they were gathered there for battle and it was [the] portion of the field full barley and the people they fled from before [the] Philistines.

ಪಸ್ ದಮ್ಮೀಮ್ ಎಂಬಲ್ಲಿ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರು ಜವೆಗೋಧಿ ತುಂಬಿರುವ ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿದಾಗ ಇವನು ದಾವೀದನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಸೈನ್ಯದವರು ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಎದುರಿನಿಂದ ಓಡಿಹೋದರು.

14 And they took their stand in [the] middle of the portion and they defended it and they struck down [the] Philistines and he delivered Yahweh a deliverance great.

ಆಗ ಇವನು ಆ ಹೊಲದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡು, ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿ ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿದನು. ಹೀಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಮಹಾಜಯವನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದರು.

15 And they went down three of the thirty chief to the rock to David to [the] cave of Adullam and [the] camp of [the] Philistines [was] encamped in [the] valley of [the] Rephaites.

ಮೂವತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಮಂದಿ ಅದುಲ್ಲಾಮ್ ಗವಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದಾವೀದನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಗುಡ್ಡಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರು. ಅದೇ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಸೈನ್ಯವು ರೆಫಾಯಿಮ್ ತಗ್ಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಳೆಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.

16 And David then [was] in the stronghold and [the] garrison of [the] Philistines then [was] at Beth-lehem.

ದಾವೀದನು ಕೋಟೆ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದನು, ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ದಂಡು ಬೇತ್ಲೆಹೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು.

17 (And he craved *Q(k)*) David and he said who? will he give to drink me water from [the] well of Beth-lehem which [is] at the gate.

ಆಗ ದಾವೀದನು, “ಬೇತ್ಲೆಹೇಮಿನ ಬಾಗಿಲ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಾವಿಯ ನೀರನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಕೊಡುವವನ್ಯಾರು,” ಎಂದು ಬಹು ಆಶೆಯಿಂದ ಹೇಳಿದನು.

18 And they broke through the three in [the] camp of [the] Philistines and they drew water from [the] well of Beth-lehem which [was] at the gate and they carried [them] and they brought [them] to David and not he was willing David to drink them and he poured out them to Yahweh.

ಆಗ ಆ ಮೂವರು ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ದಂಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನುಗ್ಗಿಹೋಗಿ, ಬೇತ್ಲೆಹೇಮಿನ ಬಾಗಿಲ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಾವಿಯ ನೀರನ್ನು ಸೇದಿ, ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರು. ಆದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಅವನು ಕುಡಿಯದೇ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸುವಂತೆ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುರಿದು,

19 And he said far be it to me from God my from doing this [thing] ¿ [the] blood of the men these will I drink by lives their for by lives their they brought them and not he was willing to drink them these [things] they did [the] three the mighty [men].

“ದೇವರು ಇಂಥಾ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ದೂರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲಿ. ನಾನು ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಪ್ರಾಣದ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯಬಹುದೇ? ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣದಾಶೆ ತೊರೆದು ಈ ನೀರನ್ನು ತಂದರಲ್ಲಾ?” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕುಡಿಯಲೊಲ್ಲದೆ ಇದ್ದನು. ಇಂಥಾ ಮಹಾಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಮೂರು ಮಂದಿ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಗಳು ಮಾಡಿದರು.

20 And Abishai [the] brother of Joab he he was [the] chief of the three and he he wielded spear his on three hundred [one] slain (and [belonged] to him *Q(K)*) a name with the three.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೋವಾಬನ ಸಹೋದರನಾದ ಅಬೀಷೈಯನು ಮೂರು ಮಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥನು. ಅವನು ಮುನ್ನೂರು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಈಟಿಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಮೂವರಂತೆ ಹೆಸರುಗೊಂಡನು.

21 More than the three by twofold [he was] honored and he became of them a commander and to the three not he came.

ಈ ಮೂವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಇಬ್ಬರಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಘನವುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನನಾದನು; ಆದರೂ ಆ ಮೊದಲಿನ ಮೂರು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅವನು ಸಮಾನನಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

22 Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada [was] a son of a man of strength great of deeds from Kabzeel he he struck down two Ariel of Moab and he he went down and he struck down the lion in [the] midst of the pit on [the] day of the snow.

ಕಬ್ಜಯೇಲನ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಯ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ ಯೆಹೋಯಾದಾವನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಬೆನಾಯನು ಅನೇಕ ಶೂರ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಅವನು ಬಲಶಾಲಿಯಾದ ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದನು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಹಿಮಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಣಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಇಳಿದು ಒಂದು ಸಿಂಹವನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಬಿಟ್ಟನು.

23 And he he struck down the man Egyptian a man of stature - five by the cubit and [was] in [the] hand of the Egyptian a spear like a beam of weavers and he went down to him with the club and he tore away the spear from [the] hand of the Egyptian and he killed him with own spear his.

ಅವನು ಏಳುವರೆ ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟನು; ಆ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಯ್ಗೆಗಾರರ ಕುಂಟೆಯಷ್ಟು ದಪ್ಪವಾದ ಒಂದು ಈಟಿ ಇದ್ದರೂ, ತಾನು ಒಂದು ಕೋಲು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ, ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಈಟಿಯನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು, ಅವನ ಈಟಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿದನು.

24 These [things] he did Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada and [belonged] to him a name with three the mighty [men].

ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋಯಾದಾವನ ಮಗ ಬೆನಾಯನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಮೂರು ಮಂದಿ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಗಳಂತೆಯೇ ಹೆಸರುಗೊಂಡನು.

25 More than the thirty there he [was] honored he and to the three not he came and he appointed him David over bodyguard his.

ಅವನು ಮೂವತ್ತು ಜನರಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಘನವುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು; ಆದರೆ ಆ ಮೊದಲಿನ ಮೂರು ಮಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ; ದಾವೀದನು ಅವನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಮೈಗಾವಲಿನವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಜಮಾನನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟನು.

26 And [the] mighty [men] of strength Asah-el [the] brother of Joab Elhanan [the] son of Dodo from Beth-lehem.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ದಂಡುಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಗಳು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ: ಯೋವಾಬನ ಸಹೋದರನಾದ ಅಸಾಯೇಲನು; ಬೇತ್ಲೆಹೇಮ್ ಊರಿನ ದೋದೋವಿನ ಮಗ ಎಲ್ಹನಾನನು;

27 Shammoth the Harorite Helez the Pelonite.

ಹರೋರಿಯನಾದ ಶಮ್ಮೋತನು; ಪೆಲೋನ್ಯನಾದ ಹೆಲೆಚನು;

28 Ira [the] son of Ikkesh the Tekoite Abiezer the Anathothite.

ತೆಕೋವದ ಇಕ್ಕೇಷನ ಮಗನಾದ ಈರನು; ಅನಾತೋತಿನವನಾದ ಅಬೀಯೆಜೆರನು;

29 Sibbecai the Hushathite Ilai the Ahohite.

ಹುಷಾ ಊರಿನವನಾದ ಸಿಬ್ಬೆಕೈ; ಅಹೋಹ್ಯನಾದ ಈಲೈ;

30 Maharai the Netophathite Heled [the] son of Baanah the Netophathite.

ನೆಟೋಫದವನಾದ ಮಹರೈ; ನೆಟೋಫದವನಾದ ಬಾಣನ ಮಗ ಹೆಲೇದ್;

31 Ittai [the] son of Ribai from Gibeah of [the] descendants of Benjamin. Benaiah the Pirathonite.

ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಗಿಬೆಯ ಊರಿನ ರೀಬೈ ಎಂಬುವನ ಮಗನಾದ ಇತ್ತೈ, ಪಿರಾತೋನ್ಯನಾದ ಬೆನಾಯನು;
