1 Chronicles 10
1 And [the] Philistines they fought against Israel and he fled [the] man of Israel from before [the] Philistines and they fell slain on [the] mountain of Gilboa.
Ita, nakiranget dagiti Filisteo iti Israel. Naglibas manipud kadagiti Filisteo ti tunggal tao ti Israel ket natayda idiay Bantay Gilboa.
2 And they pursued closely [the] Philistines after Saul and after sons his and they struck down [the] Philistines Jonathan and Abinadab and Malki-Shua [the] sons of Saul.
Kinamat dagiti Filisteo ni Saul ken ti putotna a lalaki. Pinapatay dagiti Filisteo dagiti putotna a lallaki a da Jonatan, Abinadab, ken Malkisua.
3 And it was heavy the battle on Saul and they found him the archers with the bow and he was in severe pain from the archers.
Kimmaro ti ranget a maibusor kenni Saul, ket nakamatan isuna dagiti pumapana. Nakaro unay ti pannakasugatna gapu kadagiti pumapana.
4 And he said Saul to [the] bearer of weapons his draw out sword your - and pierce through me with it lest they should come the uncircumcised [men] these and they will deal wantonly with me and not he was willing [the] bearer of weapons his for he was afraid exceedingly. And he took Saul the sword and he fell on it.
Ket kinuna ni Saul iti agig-iggem iti kalasagna, “Asutem ti kampilanmo ket duyokennak babaen iti daytoy. Di la ket ta umay dagitoy a saan a nakugit ket ranggasandak.” Ngem nagkedked ti agig-iggem iti kalasagna, ta kasta unay ti butengna. Isu nga inasut ni Saul ti bukodna a kampilan ket rinugmaanna daytoy.
5 And he saw [the] bearer of weapons his that he had died Saul and he fell also he on the sword and he died.
Idi nakita ti agig-iggem iti kalasagna a natayen ni Saul, rinugmaanna met ti kampilanna ket natay.
6 And he died Saul and three of sons his and all household his together they died.
Natay ngarud ni Saul, ken dagiti tallo a putotna a lallaki, natay met amin a sangkabbalayanna.
7 And they saw every man of Israel who [was] in the valley that they had fled and that they had died Saul and sons his and they abandoned cities their and they fled and they came [the] Philistines and they dwelt in them.
Idi naimatangan ti tunggal lalaki ti Israel iti tanap a naglibasdan, ken natayen ni Saul ken dagiti putotna a lallaki, pinanawanda dagiti siudadda ket naglibasda. Ket immay dagiti Filisteo ket nagnaedda kadagitoy.
8 And it was from [the] next day and they came [the] Philistines to strip the [ones] slain and they found Saul and sons his fallen on [the] mountain of Gilboa.
Iti sumaruno nga aldaw, idi immay dagiti Filisteo tapno labusanda kadagiti natay, nasarakanda ni Saul ken dagiti putotna a lallaki a napasag idiay Bantay Gilboa.
9 And they stripped him and they took head his and weapons his and they sent in [the] land of [the] Philistines all around to bear [the] news to idols their and the people.
Linabusanda isuna ket innalada ti ulona ken ti kalasagna. Nangibaonda kadagiti mensahero iti entero a Filistia tapno idanunda dagiti damag kadagiti didiosenda ken kadagiti tattao.
10 And they put weapons his [the] house of gods their and skull his they fixed [the] house of Dagon.
Inkabilda ti kalasagna iti templo dagiti didiosda, ken imbitinda ti ulona iti templo ni Dagon.
11 And they heard all Jabesh Gilead all that they had done [the] Philistines to Saul.
Idi naammoan dagiti taga-Jabes Galaad ti inaramid dagiti Filisteo kenni Saul,
12 And they arose every man of strength and they took [the] corpse of Saul and [the] corpses of sons his and they brought them Jabesh towards and they buried bones their under the oak in Jabesh and they fasted seven days.
napan innala dagiti amin a mannakigubat a lallaki ti bangkay ni Saul ken dagiti putotna a lallaki ket impanda ida idiay Jabes. Intabonda dagiti tulangda iti sirok ti kayo ti lugo ket nagayunarda iti pito nga aldaw.
13 And he died Saul in unfaithfulness his which he had acted unfaithfully against Yahweh on [the] word of Yahweh which not he kept and also to consult by necromancy to consult.
Natay ngarud ni Saul gapu ta saan isuna a napudno kenni Yahweh. Saan isuna a nagtulnog kadagiti pagannurotan ni Yahweh, ngem dimmawat iti pammagbaga iti maysa a makisarsarita kadagiti natay.
14 And not he consulted Yahweh and he put to death him and he turned over the kingship to David [the] son of Jesse.
Saanna a sinapul ti pannarabay ni Yahweh, isu a pinatay ni Yahweh isuna ket impaimana ti entero a pagarian kenni David nga anak ni Jesse.
