< Zephaniah 3 >
1 Alas for her that is rebellious, and polluted, the city that oppresseth!
Asi pay ti managsukir a siudad! Natulawanen ti naranggas a siudad!
2 She hath hearkened to no voice, accepted no correction; in Yahweh, hath not trusted, to her God, hath not drawn near:
Saan daytoy a dimngeg iti timek ti Dios, wenno saan nga immawat iti pannursuro manipud kenni Yahweh! Saan isuna nga agtalek kenni Yahweh ken saan nga umasideg iti Diosna.
3 Her rulers in her midst, are roaring lions, —her judges, evening wolves, they have left nothing until morning!
Dagiti prinsipena ket kasla ngumerngernger a leon iti nagtengngaanna! Dagiti ukomna ket kasla kadagiti lobo iti rabii a saan a mangitedda iti kanenda iti agsapa!
4 Her prophets, are reckless, treacherous men! her priests, have profaned the holy, done violence to law.
Dagiti profetana ket nadursok ken manangliput a lallaki! Rinugitan dagiti padina ti nasantoan ken nagaramid iti panaglabsing iti linteg!
5 Yahweh, the Righteous One, is in her midst, he dealeth not perversely, —Morning by morning, his justice, bringeth he forth the light, He is not found lacking, but the perverse man knoweth no shame.
Nalinteg ni Yahweh iti nagtengngaanna! Dinto agaramid iti biddut! Iti tunggal bigat, ipaayna ti husticia! Saanto nga mailemmeng iti lawag, ngem ti managdakdakes ket dina ammo ti agbain!
6 I have cut off nations, deserted are their towers, have made desolate their streets, that none passeth through; ruined are their cities, for want of men of note, from lack of any dweller!
“Dinadaelko dagiti nasion; nadadael dagiti sarikedkedda. Dinadaelko dagiti kalsadada tapno awan a pulos iti makalabas kadagitoy. Nadadael dagiti siudadda ket awan ti tao a makapagnaed kadagitoy.
7 I said, Surely thou wilt reverence, Me, wilt accept correction, lest her abode, should be cut of, howsoever I had punished her; but, in truth, they soon corrupted all their deeds.
Kinunak, ‘Sigurado nga agbutengkanto kaniak! Umawatka iti pannakaisuro ket saanka a mapapanaw kadagiti pagtaengam iti amin a pinanggepko nga aramiden kenka!' Ngem aggagarda a mangirugi iti tunggal agsapa babaen iti panangpadakesda kadagiti amin nga aramidda.
8 Wherefore, wait for me, urgeth Yahweh, until the day when I rise up as witness, for, my decision, is to gather nations, to assemble kingdoms, to pour out on them mine indignation, all the glow of mine anger, for, in the fire of my jealousy, shall be devoured the whole earth.
Ngarud, urayendak”—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh— “agingga iti aldaw a tumakderak nga agsamsam! Ta ti pangngedengko ket urnongek dagiti nasion, ummongek dagiti pagarian, ken tapno idissuorko kadakuada ti ungetko, ti narungsot a pungtotko, tapno maikisap amin ti daga babaen iti apuy ti ungetko.
9 Surely, then, will I turn unto the peoples a lip made pure, —that they all may call on the name of Yahweh, may serve him with one consent.
Ngem urayno kasta, ikkakto iti nadalus a pagsasao dagiti tattao, tapno umawagda amin iti nagan ni Yahweh, tapno agserbida kaniak nga addaan iti panagkaykaysa.
10 From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia, [shall come] my suppliants, the daughter of my dispersed ones, shall bear along a gift for me.
Manipud iti labes ti karayan ti Etiopia a mangidaydayaw kaniak—dagiti naiwara-wara a tattaok—mangyegto kadagiti daton a para kaniak.
11 In that day, wilt thou not turn pale for all thy deeds, wherein thou hast transgressed against me? For, then, will I take away out of thy midst thy proudly exulting ones, and thou shalt not again be haughty any more in my holy mountain:
Iti dayta nga aldaw, saankayonto a maibabain gapu kadagiti amin nga aramidyo a maibusor kaniak, agsipud ta iti dayta a tiempo, ikkatekto kadakayo dagiti nangramrambak iti kinatangsityo, ken gapu ta saankayontno nga agtignay a sipapalangguad iti tapaw ti nasantoan a bantayko.
12 So will I leave remaining in thy midst, a people oppressed and poor, —who will seek refuge in the name of Yahweh:
Ngem ibatikayo a kas nanumo ken napanglaw a tattao, ket agkamangkayonto iti nagan ni Yahweh.
13 The remnant of Israel—will not do perversity, nor speak falsehood, neither shall there be found in their mouth a tongue of deceit, —surely, they, shall feed and lie down, with none to make them afraid.
Saanton nga aglabsing wenno agulbod dagiti nabatbati iti Israel, ken awan ti manangallilaw a dila iti masarakanto kadagiti ngiwatda; isu nga agarab ken agiddada, ken awanto iti pagbutbutnganda.”
14 Sing out, O daughter of Zion, shout aloud, O Israel, —rejoice and exult with all thy heart, O daughter Jerusalem:
Agkantaka, O anak a babbai ti Sion! Agdir-ika, O Israel! Agrag-o ken agragsakka iti amin a pusom, O anak a babai ti Jerusalem!
15 Yahweh, hath set aside, thy judgments, hath turned back thy foe, —The king of Israel, Yahweh, is in thy midst, thou shalt not fear calamity, any more.
Inikkaten ni Yahweh ti dusam; pinapanawnan dagiti kabusormo! Ni Yahweh ti ari ti Israel nga adda kadagiti nagtengngaanyo. Saanmonto manen a kabuteng ti dakes!
16 In that day, shall it be said—to Jerusalem, Do not fear, —O Zion, Let not thy hands hang down:
Iti dayta nga aldaw, kunaendanto iti Jerusalem, “Saanka nga agbuteng, O Sion. Saanmo nga itulok a kumapuy dagiti imam.
17 Yahweh, thy God, in the midst of thee, as a mighty one, will save, —will be glad over thee with rejoicing, will be silent in his love, will exult over thee with shouts of triumph.
Ni Yahweh a Diosyo ket adda kadakayo, ti mannakabalin a mangisalakan kadakayo. Agrambakto isuna gapu kadakayo ken paginanaennakayonto iti ayatna nga addaan rag-o; Maragsakanto isuna kadakayo ket agpukkawto isuna iti rag-o.
18 The sad exiles from the appointed meeting, have I gathered, from thee, had they been! [but were] a burden on thee—a reproach!
Dagiti nagladingit gapu iti naituding a fiesta—inummongko ida manipud kadakayo, nagbalinda a dadagsen ken nakaigapuan ti pannakaibabainyo.
19 Behold me! dealing with all thine oppressors, at that time, —and I will save her that is lame, and, her that hath been an outcast, will I carry, and I will make them to be a Praise and a Name, in the whole earth that hath witnessed their shame.
Adtoy, iti dayta a tiempo, dusaekto dagiti amin a nangparparigat kadakayo. Ispalekto dagiti pilay ken ummongekto dagiti napatalaw. Ikkatekto ti nakaibabainanda ket pagbalinekto ida a nadayaw ken natan-ok iti entero a daga.
20 At that time, will I bring you in, even at the time when I gather you, —Yea I will grant you to become a Name and a Praise, among all the peoples of the earth, when I cause them of your captivities to return before your eyes, saith Yahweh.
Iti dayta a tiempo, idauloan ken pagmaymaysaenkayonto. Raemen ken idayawdakayonto dagiti amin a nasion iti daga, inton makitayo nga insublik ti kinarang-ayyo,” kuna ni Yahweh.
