Zechariah 3
1 And he shewed me, Joshua the high priest, standing before the messenger of Yahweh, —and, the Accuser, standing at his right hand, to accuse him.
E me mostrou o summo sacerdote Josué, o qual estava diante do Senhor, e Satanaz estava á sua mão direita, para se lhe oppôr.
2 Then said Yahweh unto the Accuser, Yahweh rebuke thee, O Accuser, Yea Yahweh rebuke thee, he who is choosing Jerusalem, —Is not, this, a brand snatched out of the fire?
Porém o Senhor disse a Satanaz O Senhor te reprehenda, ó Satanaz, sim, o Senhor, que escolheu Jerusalem, te reprehenda: não é este um tição tirado do fogo?
3 Now, Joshua, was clothed with filthy garments, —though standing before the messenger.
Josué estava vestido de vestidos sujos, e estava diante do anjo.
4 Then responded he and spake unto those who were standing before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from off him; and he said unto him, See! I have caused to pass from off thee, thine iniquity, And will cause thee to be clothed in robes of state.
Então respondeu, e fallou aos que estavam diante d'elle, dizendo: Tira-lhe estes vestidos sujos. E a elle lhe disse: Eis que tenho feito passar de ti a tua iniquidade, e te vestirei de vestidos novos.
5 Then said I, Let them put a clean turban upon his head, —So they put the clean turban upon his head, and clothed him with garments, and, the messenger of Yahweh, was standing up.
E disse eu: Ponham-lhe uma mitra limpa sobre a sua cabeça. E pozeram uma mitra limpa sobre a sua cabeça, e o vestiram de vestidos: e o anjo do Senhor estava em pé.
6 So then the messenger of Yahweh did solemnly affirm unto Joshua, saying:
E o anjo do Senhor protestou a Josué, dizendo:
7 Thus, saith Yahweh of hosts, If, in my ways, thou wilt walk, and if, of my charge, thou wilt keep charge, Then, even thou, shalt govern my house, Moreover also, thou shalt have charge of my courts, —and I will give thee free access among these who stand by.
Assim diz o Senhor dos Exercitos: Se andares nos meus caminhos, e se observares a minha carga, tambem tu julgarás a minha casa, e tambem guardarás os meus atrios, e te darei andaduras entre os que estão aqui.
8 Hear, I pray thee, O Joshua the high priest, thou and thy friends who are sitting before thee, for, men to serve as signs, they are, —For behold me! bringing in my servant, the Bud;
Ouve pois, Josué, summo sacerdote, tu e os teus companheiros que se assentam diante de ti, porque são homens portentosos, porque eis que eu farei vir o meu servo, o Renovo.
9 For lo! the stone which I have set before Joshua, Upon one stone, are Seven (pairs of) Eyes, —Behold me! cutting the engraving thereof, declareth Yahweh of hosts. So will I take away the iniquity of that land in one day.
Porque eis aqui a pedra que puz diante de Josué: sobre esta pedra unica estarão sete olhos: eis que eu esculpirei a sua esculptura, diz o Senhor dos Exercitos, e tirarei a iniquidade d'esta terra n'um dia.
10 In that day, declareth Yahweh of hosts, Ye shall invite one another, —[to come] under the vine and under the fig-tree.
N'aquelle dia, diz o Senhor dos Exercitos, cada um de vós convidará o seu companheiro para debaixo da videira e para debaixo da figueira.
