1 Paul, a servant of God—an apostle moreover of Jesus Christ, —according to the faith of the chosen ones of God, and the personal knowledge of the truth that is according to godliness, —

2 In hope of life age-abiding; which God, who cannot lie, promised before age-during times, (aiōnios )
Chikulupi ni umanyilisi wa usyene wu ikutupa chilolelo cha umi wa moŵa gose pangali mbesi. Akunnungu ŵangakombola kusala ya unami, ŵatupele chilanga cho chikanaŵe kugumbikwa chilambo. (aiōnios )
3 but hath manifested in its fitting seasons, even his word, in the proclamation with which entrusted am I—by injunction of our Saviour God:
Ŵaliunukwile liloŵe lyakwe pa katema kakwe. Une napegwilwe utenga wo kwa lilajisyo lya Akunnungu Nkulupusyo jwetu juŵangulupilile kuti naulalichile kwa ŵandu.
4 Unto Titus, my true child according to a common faith, —favour and peace, from God [our] Father and Christ Jesus our Saviour.
Chikalata chi ngunnembela mmwe che Tito, mwanangu jwa usyenesyene jutukukamulangana mu chikulupi chimo. Ngunsachila umbone ni chitendewele kutyochela kwa Akunnungu Atati ni Che Yesu Kilisito nkulupusyo jwetu.
5 For this cause left I thee in Crete, that, the things remaining undone, thou mightest completely set in order, and mightest establish, in every city, elders, as, I, with thee arranged: —
Nanlesile ku Kilete kuti nkombole kuikolosya yanayose yaisigalile ni kwaŵika achakulu ŵa mipingo ja ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito mu musi wauli wose mpela indite kunnajisya,
6 If anyone is unaccusable, a husband of, one wife, having children that believe, who are not charged with riotous excess, nor insubordinate;
chilongola jwa mpingo wa ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito akusachilwa kuŵa mundu jwangali magambo gagali gose, ni jwali ni jwankongwe jumo, ni ŵanache ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito ni ŵangaŵechetelwa nkati wende wangalumbana atamuno ungapilikanichisya.
7 For it is needful that the overseer be—unaccusable, as God’s steward, not self-willed, not soon angry, not given to wine, not ready to wound, not seeking gain by base means,
Pakuŵa jwakuujimilila mpingo wa ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito akusachilwa kuŵa mundu jwangali magambo gagali gose, ligongo jwelejo ali jwakwimilila masengo ga Akunnungu. Ngakusachilwa kuŵa mundu jwa chibuli atamuno jwakalipa atamuno jwakolelwa atamuno jwakuputa atamuno kuŵa mundu jwakunonyelwa nnope mbiya.
8 But hospitable, a lover of what is good, sober-minded, just, kind, possessing self-control,
Nambo ikuŵajilwa aŵe jwakunonyelwa kwapochela achalendo ni jwakunonyelwa ni indu yambone ni jwakulitulusya ni jwakupanganya yaikwanonyelesya Akunnungu ni jwanswela ni jwakukombola kulilongosya nsyene.
9 Holding fast, in the matter of his teaching, the faithful word, that he may be able both to encourage with his healthful instruction, and, the gainsayers, to refute.
Akusachilwa kulikamulisya liloŵe lyakukulupilichika mpela yaitite kujiganyikwa, kuti akombole kwalimbisya mitima ŵandu ŵane kwa majiganyo ga usyene ni kwalosya ileŵo yao ŵandu ŵakugakana majiganyo go.
10 For there are many unruly men, vain talkers and deceivers, especially they of the circumcision, —
Pakuŵa kwana ŵandu ŵajinji nnopennope ŵaali mu mpingo wa Ŵayahudi ŵaŵagalawiche ni kunkulupilila Kilisito, ŵele ŵakukanila kupilikana, akuŵecheta wamba ni akwalyungasya ŵandu ŵane.
11 Whose mouths must needs be stopped, men who are upsetting whole houses, teaching the things which ought not [to be taught] —for the sake of base gain.
Ŵele ŵandu akanyichikwe kuŵecheta, pakuŵa akwatindiganya ŵandu ŵa majumba gamajinji kwa kwiganya indu yangaŵajilwa kwiganya, akutenda yele kwa nningwa wangalumbana wa kupatila mbiya.
12 Said one from among them, a prophet, of their own!—Cretans! always false, mischievous wild-beasts, idle gluttons:
Namose jumo jwa ŵakulondola ŵao achinsyene jwali Mkilete ŵatite, “Ŵakilete ali ŵa unami moŵa gose, ali mpela ijama yakusakala, ŵaulesi ni ŵakunyela.”
13 This witness, is true, —for which cause, be reproving them sharply, that they may be healthy in their faith,
Umboni wu uli wausyenesyene. Kwa ligongo lyo, mwajamuche kwa kalipa kuti akole chikulupi chisyene.
14 Not giving heed to Judaical stories and commandments of men who are turning away from the truth:
Mwajiganye aleche kupilikanila ngano sya unami sya Ŵayahudi namose malajisyo ga ŵandu ŵakuukanila usyene.
15 All things, are pure, unto the pure, but, unto the polluted and faithless, nothing, is pure, but polluted are both their mind and conscience;
Kila chindu chili cheswejele kwa ŵandu ŵaswejele paujo pa Akunnungu, nambo ngapagwa chindu chachili cheswela kwa ŵandu ŵangalumbana ni ŵangakwakulupilila Akunnungu, pakuwa nganisyo syao ni ntima wa kukumbuchila kuitenda indu yambone ijonasiche.
16 God, they confess that they know, but, by their works, they deny him, being, abominable, and obdurate, and, as to any good work, found, worthless.
Ŵandu ŵa akwitichisya kuti akwamanyilila Akunnungu, nambo mu ipanganyo yao akwakana. Ŵandu wo ali ŵakuchima ni ŵakutindiganya tindiganya, namose ngakukombola kupanganya masengo gagali gose gambone.
