< Romans 5 >
1 Having, therefore, been declared righteous by faith, let us have, peace, towards God, through our Lord Jesus Christ, —
Eno amadi bah seng ah Rangte jiinko ni seng tuungmaang jun ih epun angli, Teesu Jisu Kristo mendi seng Rangte damdi semroongroong ih tongli.
2 Through whom also we have had, our introduction, [by our faith] into this favour wherein we stand; and let us boast in hope of the glory of God.
Amadi marah seng ih Rangte minchan jat jahali ah langla Jisu Kristo minchan nyia heh suh tuungmaang ih no baajen tongsongli. Erah thoih seng ah Rangte chaan aphaan asuh laalom ih no tenroon angli!
3 And, not only so, but let us boast also in our tribulations; knowing that, our tribulation, worketh out endurance.
Cham anaang di nep seng tenroon angli, tumeah chamnaang nawa ih ba ejen naan etjih chaan ah dongla,
4 And, our endurance, a testing, and, our testing, hope,
enaan et hi rah ih Rangte ah dongjat thuk hali, eno heh dongjat hi rah ih seng suh laalom ah dongsiit kohali.
5 And, our hope, putteth not to shame. Because, the love of God, hath been poured out in our hearts, through the Holy Spirit that hath been given unto us:
Erah laalom rah ih seng tahaamtaam thukri, tumeah Rangte ih heh minchan ah seng ten ni Esa Chiiala jun ih thunthuk hali, erah ah seng suh Rangte heh thaangmuh lakkot.
6 Seeing that, Christ, we being weak as yet, seasonably, in behalf of such as were ungodly, died.
Seng larooklata angtokdi Kristo ah Rangte ih danje thoi ih rangdah mina loong raangtaan ih ti ra taha.
7 For, scarcely in behalf of a righteous man, will one die, —in behalf of the good man indeed, peradventure one even dareth to die;
Kateng mina raang ih tek suh o bah uh echaan cho ah. Nyia ese mina raang ih uh etek ah echoojih angla.
8 But God commendeth his own love unto us in that—we as yet being sinners, Christ in our behalf died.
Enoothong Rangte ih seng tumthan et minchan hali rah noisok et hali—erah langla seng loong rangdah mong ni tong tokdi Jisu Kristo ih heh roidong ah seng loong raang ih koja taha!
9 Much more, then, having now been declared righteous by his blood, shall we be saved through him from the anger.
Heh sih jan tungthoidi seng ah Rangte ngathong ni epun ang thuk hali; eno seng loong ah Rangte tenkhat nawa ehanko ah puipangte ang hali!
10 For, if being enemies we were reconciled unto God through the death of his Son, much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.
Seng loong ah Rangte piiara angti, enoothong heh Sah tiita jun ih seng ah heh joonte ih hoon hali. Amadi seng ah Rangte joonte angli bah, Kristo roidong ih seng ah hantek et puipangte ang hali!
11 And, not only, so, but are even boasting in God, through our Lord Jesus [Christ], —through whom, now, the reconciliation we have received.
Enoothong erah luulu tah angka; Rangte ih Teesu Jisu Kristo jun ih seng ah heh joonte ih hoon thuk heeno amadi tumthan tenroon angli.
12 For this cause, —just as, through one man, sin into the world entered, and through sin, death, —and, so, unto all men death passed through, for that all had sinned; —
Mongrep ni rangdah ah wasiit tungthoidi thok taha, eno heh rangdah thoi tek ah nep thok taha. Erah thoidi laalek, mina ah rangdah thoidi etekjih ih hoonla tumeah mirep ah rangdah ni totoh.
13 For, until law, sin was in the world, although sin is not reckoned when there is no law, —
Hootthe maang koka jaakhoni rangdah ah mongrep ni eje angta; enoothong marah di Hootthe tajeeta erah di rangdah uh tarookweta.
14 Yet still, death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over them who had not sinned after the likeness of the transgression of Adam, —who is a type of the Coming One; —
Eno Adam tok dowa ih Moses tuk ih, Adam thetreeta likhiik mina loong ah lataat thetre rumta bah uh neng ah etek ih pan ruh ih rumta. Adam ah mih wasiit lakngah nah eraak ete wah ah likhiik angta.
15 But, not as the fault, so, [also] the decree of favour, for, if, by the fault of the one, the many died, much more, the favour of God and the free-gift in favour, by the one man Jesus Christ, unto the many superabounded;
Enoothong erah wanyi ah eliili tah angka, tumeah Rangte thaangmuh lakkot ah Adam rangdah likhiik tah angka. Elang eah warep mina ah wasiit rangdah tungthoidi tekla. Ang abah uh Rangte minchan ah erah tokkhodi elongthoon, erah thoidi Jisu Kristo wasiit luulu minchan jun ih heh thaangmuh lakkot ah warep mina suh chokoha.
16 And, not as through one that sinned, is that which is freely given, for, the sentence of judgment, indeed, was—out of one [fault] into condemnation, whereas, the decree of favour, is—out of many faults, into a recovery of righteousness.
Erah damdi Rangte thaangmuh lakkot nyia mina wasiit rangdah ah maama dook angla. Rangdah esiit lini, “Moong ataang” loong ah edande rikri jih hoonta; enoothong rangdah hantek ih hoon lidi “Lamoongtaang” thaangmuh lakkot ah thok taha!
17 For, if, by the fault of the one, death reigned through the one, much more, they who the superabundance of the favour and of [the free-gift of] the righteousness do receive, in life, shall reign through the one, Jesus Christ.
Elang eah amiimiidi mih wasiit rangdah tungthoidi mina jih ah etek ih panta. Enoothong Jisu Kristo wasiit luulu moh ra taha rah ah tumthan elongthoon tiit ah! Rangte minchan ehan ih chote loongtang nyia heh ngathong ni thaangmuh ih epun ang thukla loong ah Kristo ih neng roidong doh pan et rum ah.
18 Hence then, as through one fault, [the sentence was] unto all men unto condemnation, so, also, through one recovery of righteousness, [the decree of favour] is unto all men for righteous acquittal unto life;
Erah raang ih, wasiit rangdah thoidi loongtang mina ah dut haatta, erah likhiikkhiik kateng wasiit reeraang nawa ih uh warep mina roidong ah jen pang et ah eno roidong ah koh ah.
19 For, just as, through the disobedience of the one man, sinners, the many were constituted, so, also, through the obedience of the one, righteous, the many shall be constituted—
Wasiit thetre thoidi mih rep ah rangdah ih hoonta, emamah mina wasiit Rangte jengchaatchaat ih thoidoh uh mirep kateng ih hoon ah.
20 Law, however, gained admission, in order that the fault might abound, but, where the sin abounded, the favour greatly superabounded:
Hootthe ah ethih reeraang jaatjaang suh dong thukta; enoothong marah di rangdah jaatjaang ah, erah doh Rangte minchan ah ehanthoon ih jaatla.
21 In order that—just as sin reigned in death, so, also, favour, might reign through righteousness unto life age-abiding, through Jesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios )
Eno erah raangtaan ih, Rangdah ih pan thoidi tek ah chola bah, Rangte minchan reh uh kateng ang thoidoh epan et ah, eno seng Teesu Jisu Kristo jun ih lathoonka roidong adoh thoksiit he. (aiōnios )
