< Romans 15 >

1 We are bound, however, we, who are strong, the weakness of them who are not strong to be bearing, and not, unto ourselves, to give pleasure.
Ɛsɛ sɛ yɛn a yɛyɛ den wɔ gyidie mu no tumi te wɔn a wɔyɛ mmerɛ no sintɔ ase. Ɛsɛ sɛ yɛsɔ wɔn ani na yɛansɔ yɛn ara ani.
2 Let, each one of us, unto his neighbour give pleasure—for what is good unto upbuilding;
Yɛn mu biara nkamfo adepa biara ne yɔnko yɛ, mfa nhyɛ no den.
3 For, even the Christ, not unto himself gave pleasure, but, even as it is written—The reproaches of them that we reproaching thee, fell upon me:
Kristo mpo anyɛ deɛ ɔpɛ, sɛdeɛ Atwerɛsɛm ka sɛ, “Nnipa a wɔbɔ mo ahohora no bɔ me ahohora nso.”
4 Whatsoever things, in fact, were written aforetime, [all] for our own instruction were written, —in order that, through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures, we might have their hope.
Biribiara a wɔatwerɛ wɔ Atwerɛsɛm no mu no, wɔatwerɛ de kyerɛkyerɛ yɛn sɛdeɛ ɛbɛyɛ a, yɛnam boasetɔ, nkuranhyɛ a Kristo Atwerɛsɛm no de ma yɛn no so bɛnya anidasoɔ.
5 Now may, the God of the endurance and of the encouragement, give you, the same thing, to be regarding amongst one another, according to Christ Jesus;
Onyankopɔn a yɛnya boasetɔ ne nkuranhyɛ firi ne nkyɛn no, mma mo honhom mu nkabom na mode adi Kristo Yesu akyi,
6 In order that, with one accord, with one mouth, ye maybe glorifying the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
sɛdeɛ ɛbɛyɛ a, mo nyinaa de akoma korɔ ne ano korɔ bɛkamfo Onyankopɔn, yɛn Awurade Yesu Kristo Agya no.
7 Wherefore receive ye one another, even as, Christ also, hath received us unto the glory of God: —
Momma mo ho nka mo ho mo ho mfa nhyɛ Onyankopɔn animuonyam sɛdeɛ Kristo agye mo no.
8 For I affirm Christ to have become a minister of circumcision in behalf of the truth of God, —to confirm the promises of the fathers,
Ɛfiri sɛ, meka kyerɛɛ mo sɛ, Kristo Yesu bɛyɛɛ Yudafoɔ ɔsomfoɔ de kyerɛɛ sɛ Onyankopɔn yɛ ɔnokwafoɔ a ɔbɛma ne bɔ a ɔhyɛɛ agyanom no aba mu,
9 And that, the nations, for mercy should glorify God: —even as it is written—For this cause, will I openly confess unto thee among nations, and, unto thy name, will strike the strings;
na wama amanamanmufoɔ nso akamfo no wɔ ne mmɔborɔhunu ho, sɛdeɛ Atwerɛsɛm no ka sɛ, “Yei enti, mɛkamfo wo wɔ amanamanmufoɔ mu; na mato nnwom akamfo wo din.”
10 And again he saith—Be glad ye nations with his people;
Na ɛka bio sɛ, “Mo amanamanmufoɔ, monkamfo Awurade, mo ne ne nkurɔfoɔ, Yudafoɔ.”
11 And again, —Be giving praise all ye nations unto the Lord, and let all the peoples repeat his praise;
Na bio, “Amanamanmufoɔ nyinaa nyi Awurade ayɛ; asase so aman nyinaa monkamfo no.”
12 And, again, Isaiah, saith—There shall be the root of Jesse, and he that ariseth to rule nations, —upon, him, shall nations hope.
Na bio Yesaia ka sɛ, “Yisai aseni bɛsɔre, deɛ ɔbɛsɔre abɛdi amanaman no so; ɔno na wɔn ani bɛda ne so.”
13 Now, the God of the hope, fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that ye may surpass in the hope, in the power of Holy Spirit.
Anidasoɔ Onyankopɔn no a mogye no die no mfa anigyeɛ ne asomdwoeɛ nhyɛ mo ma, sɛdeɛ ɛbɛyɛ a Honhom Kronkron tumi no bɛma mo anidasoɔ mmorosoɔ.
14 But I am persuaded my brethren, —even, I myself, concerning you: that, ye yourselves, also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also, unto one another, to be ministering admonition:
Me nuanom, mʼankasa mete nka sɛ, papayɛ ahyɛ mo ma, mowɔ nimdeɛ na mobɛtumi akyerɛkyerɛ mo ho mo ho.
15 Howbeit, the more boldly, have I written unto you, —in some measure, as bringing it back to your minds, —by reason of the favour given unto me from God, —
Mede akokoɔduru atwerɛ abobɔ nneɛma bi so, sɛdeɛ meretwe mo adwene akɔ so bio, ɛsiane adom bi a Onyankopɔn de adom me no enti.
16 That I should be a public minister of Christ Jesus unto the nations, doing priestly service with the glad-message of God, in order that the offering up of the nations might prove to be acceptable, being hallowed in Holy Spirit:
Meyɛ Kristo Yesu ɔsomfoɔ a ɛsɛ sɛ meyɛ asɔfodwuma a mepae mu ka Onyankopɔn Asɛmpa no sɛdeɛ ɛbɛyɛ a, amanamanmufoɔ bɛyɛ afɔrebɔdeɛ a ɛsɔ Onyankopɔn ani a Honhom Kronkron no ate ho.
17 I have, therefore, [my] boasting in Christ Jesus in the things pertaining to God, —
Ɛno enti, metumi hoahoa me ho wɔ Kristo Yesu mu wɔ Onyankopɔn som yi mu.
18 For I wilt not dare to speak anything save of the things which Christ hath wrought out for himself through me for the obedience of nations, —by word and deed,
Deɛ mɛka ho asɛm ara ne sɛdeɛ Kristo nam deɛ maka ne deɛ mayɛ so ama amanamanmufoɔ ayɛ ɔsetie ama Onyankopɔn.
19 By the power of signs and wonders, by the power of [Holy Spirit]; so that I, from Jerusalem and in a circuit as far as Illyricum, have fulfilled the glad-message of the Christ, —
Saa nsɛnkyerɛnneɛ ne anwanwadeɛ yi yɛ tumi a ɛfiri Honhom no mu. Enti, ɛfiri Yerusalem kɔka Iliriko, mapae mu aka Kristo Asɛmpa no nyinaa.
20 Although, thus, —as ambitious to be announcing the glad-message—not where Christ had been named, lest, upon another’s foundation, I should be building;
Na me botaeɛ ne sɛ, daa mɛka asɛmpa no wɔ mmeammea a wɔntee Kristo ho asɛm da no, na ankɔyɛ sɛ mesii dan wɔ obi fapem so.
21 But, even as it is written—They shall see unto whom had been announced no tidings concerning him, and, they who had not heard, shall understand.
Mmom sɛdeɛ wɔatwerɛ no: “Wɔn a wɔnkaa ne ho asɛm nkyerɛɛ wɔn no bɛhunu, na wɔn a wɔnteeɛ no nso bɛte aseɛ.”
22 Wherefore, also, I have been hindered these many times from coming unto you;
Yei enti na ɛberɛ biara a mepɛ sɛ meba mo nkyɛn no, biribi si me ɛkwan.
23 But, now, no longer having place in these regions, and having had, a longing, to come unto you a good many years, —
Nanso, seesei a mawie mʼadwuma wɔ saa amantam yi mu, na afei mfeɛ bebree ni a mepɛɛ sɛ anka mɛba abɛhunu mo no enti,
24 As soon as I am journey to Spain, —I am hoping, in fact, when journeying through to get sight of you, and by you to be set forward thither, —if, with your company, I have first in some measure been satisfied.
mayɛ mʼadwene sɛ mɛkɔ Spania. Sɛ merekɔ a, mɛpɛ sɛ mɛhunu mo na moaboa me ama makɔ hɔ ɛberɛ a me ne mo atena anigyeɛ so kakra bi no.
25 But, now, I am journeying unto Jerusalem, ministering unto the saints;
Seesei ara, merekɔ Yerusalem makɔsom Onyankopɔn manfoɔ a wɔwɔ hɔ no.
26 For Macedonia and Achaia have been well-pleased to make a certain fellowship for the destitute of the saints who are in Jerusalem, —
Ɛfiri sɛ, asafo a ɛwɔ Makedonia ne Akaia no asi wɔn adwene pi sɛ wɔbɛboa ahiafoɔ a wɔfra Onyankopɔn manfoɔ a wɔwɔ Yerusalem no mu.
27 They have been well-pleased, indeed, —and, their debtors, they are; for, if, with their spiritual things the nations have come into fellowship, they are bound also with their own carnal things to minister publicly unto them.
Wɔn ara na wɔsii wɔn adwene pi saa, nanso nokorɛm, ɛyɛ wɔn asɛdeɛ sɛ wɔboa saa ahiafoɔ no. Amanamanmufoɔ no nyaa Yudafoɔ honhom no mu nhyira no bi. Ɛno enti na ɛsɛ sɛ amanamanmufoɔ no de wɔn ahodeɛ som Yudafoɔ no.
28 This, then, having completed, and sealed unto them this fruit, I will come back by you unto Spain: —
Sɛ mewie saa dwumadie yi na mekɔ wɔn nkyɛn na mede sika a wɔapɛ no nyinaa ma wɔn a, mɛfiri hɔ akɔ Spania. Na sɛ merekɔ a, mɛduru mo hɔ mabɛsra mo.
29 And know that, when I come unto you, in the fullness of the blessing of Christ, I shall come.
Sɛ meba mo nkyɛn a, menim sɛ mede Kristo nhyira a ɛboro so no bɛba.
30 I beseech you, moreover, [brethren], through our Lord Jesus Christ, and through the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers on my behalf unto God, —
Anuanom, menam yɛn Awurade Yesu Kristo ne ɔdɔ a Honhom no de ma me no so hyɛ mo sɛ, mo ne me mmɔ mu mmɔ Onyankopɔn mpaeɛ denden mma me.
31 In order that I may be delivered from them who do not yield in Judaea, and, my ministry which is unto Jerusalem, may prove to be acceptable unto the saints;
Mommɔ mpaeɛ, sɛdeɛ ɛbɛyɛ a, asɛm bi rento me wɔ Yudea. Mommɔ mpaeɛ mma wɔn a wɔnnye asɛm no nni. Afei nso, mommɔ mpaeɛ mma me som a mɛsom wɔ Yerusalem no, sɛdeɛ ɛbɛyɛ a, ahotefoɔ a wɔwɔ hɔ no bɛgye atom.
32 In order that, with joy coming unto you through God’s will, I may together with you find rest.
Sɛ ɛyɛ Onyankopɔn pɛ a, mede ahosɛpɛ bɛba mo nkyɛn mabɛsra mo.
33 Now, the God of peace, be with you all. Amen.
Asomdwoeɛ Onyankopɔn no ne mo nyinaa ntena. Amen.
