< Romans 12 >
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, through the compassions of God, to present your bodies a living, holy sacrifice, unto God acceptable, —your rational divine service;
ⲁ̅ϯϯϩⲟ ⲇⲉ ⳿ⲉⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲁ⳿ⲥⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲙⲉⲧϣⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲉⲑⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲁϩⲉ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⳿ⲉⲣⲁⲧⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩϣⲟⲩϣⲱⲟⲩϣⲓ ⲉϥⲟⲛϧ ⲉϥⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲉϥⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ ⳿ⲙⲫϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲉⲙϣⲓ ⳿ⲛⲗⲟⲅⲓⲕⲟⲛ ⲉϥⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ.
2 And be not configuring yourselves unto this age, but be transforming yourselves by the renewing of your mind, to the end ye may be proving what is the thing willed by God—the good and acceptable and perfect. (aiōn )
ⲃ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛ⳿ϣⲧⲉⲙⲉⲣ⳿ϣⲫⲏⲣ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲥⲭⲏⲙⲁ ϫⲉ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲁⲓⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲉⲃⲧ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛ⳿ⲥⲙⲟⲧ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲃⲉⲣⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϯ ⲉⲑⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲇⲟⲕⲓⲙⲁⲍⲓⲛ ϫⲉ ⲟⲩ ⲡⲉ ⳿ⲫⲟⲩⲱϣ ⳿ⲙⲫϯ ⲡⲓⲁⲅⲁⲑⲟⲛ ⲉⲑⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧϫⲏⲕ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ. (aiōn )
3 For I say, through the favour which hath been given me, unto every one who is among you, —not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but so to think as to think soberly—as, unto each one, God hath dealt a measure of faith.
ⲅ̅ϯϫⲱ ⲅⲁⲣ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓ⳿ϩⲙⲟⲧ ⲉⲧⲧⲟⲓ ⲛⲏⲓ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ ϧⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉ⳿ϣⲧⲉⲙⲉⲣϩⲟⲩ⳿ⲟ ⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲧ⳿ⲥϣⲉ ⳿ⲉⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⳿ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⳿ⲉⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⳿ⲉϭⲓ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ⳿ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲫϯ ⲫⲱϣ ⲛⲁϥ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩϣⲓ ⳿ⲛⲛⲁϩϯ.
4 For, just as in one body we have many members, yet, all the members, have not the same office,
ⲇ̅⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧⲉ ⳿ⲛ⳿ϩⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲁⲛ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⳿ⲙⲙⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲛⲓⲙⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩϩⲱⲃ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲱⲟⲩ.
5 So, we, the many, are one body in Christ, yet, severally, members one of another.
ⲉ̅ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ϩⲱⲛ ϧⲁ ⲛⲓⲙⲏϣ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ ϧⲉⲛ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ϩⲁⲛⲙⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲛⲉⲛⲉⲣⲏ ⲟⲩ.
6 Now, having gifts of favour, according to the favour given unto us, differing—whether prophesying, [let us use it] according to the proportion of our faith,
ⲋ̅⳿ⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲁⲛ ⲇⲉ ⳿ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⳿ⲛϩⲁⲛ⳿ϩⲙⲟⲧ ⲉⲩϣⲉⲃⲓⲏⲟⲩⲧ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⳿ⲡϣⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓ⳿ϩⲙⲟⲧ ⲉⲧⲧⲟⲓ ⲛⲁⲛ ⳿ⲓⲧⲉ ⲟⲩ⳿ⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲓ⳿ⲁ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲡⲓⲑⲟⲛⲧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⳿ⲫⲛⲁϩϯ.
7 Or ministering, [use it] in our ministering, or he that teacheth, [let him use his gift] in his teaching,
ⲍ̅⳿ⲓⲧⲉ ⲟⲩⲇⲓ⳿ⲁⲕⲟⲛⲓ⳿ⲁ ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲇⲓ⳿ⲁⲕⲟⲛⲓ⳿ⲁ ⳿ⲓⲧⲉ ⲡⲉⲧϯ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲣⲉϥϯ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ.
8 Or he that exhorteth, in his exhorting, he that imparteth, [let it be] with liberality, he that taketh a lead, with diligence, he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
ⲏ̅⳿ⲓⲧⲉ ⲡⲉⲧϯⲛⲟⲙϯ ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲑⲁⲧϩⲏⲧ ⲫⲏⲉⲧϯ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧϩⲁⲡⲗⲟⲩⲥ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲭⲏ ϧⲁϫⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩ⳿ⲥⲡⲟⲩⲇⲏ ⲫⲏⲉⲑⲛⲁ⳿ⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲣⲁϣⲓ.
9 Your love, [be] without hypocrisy, —loathing that which is wicked, cleaving to that which is good;
ⲑ̅ϯⲁⲅⲁⲡⲏ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲙⲉⲧϣⲟⲃⲓ ⳿ⲛϧⲏⲧⲥ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲫⲏⲧ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲡⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲟⲙⲓ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲉⲡⲓⲁⲅⲁⲑⲟⲛ.
10 In your brotherly love, unto one another, being tenderly affectioned, in honour, unto one another, giving preference;
ⲓ̅ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲙⲁⲓⲥⲟⲛ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲭⲏ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲓ ⳿ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⳿ⲉⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲏⲟⲩ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣϣⲟⲣⲡ ⳿ⲛⲭⲁ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲧⲁⲓⲟ.
11 In business, not slothful, in spirit, fervent, to the Lord, doing service,
ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲓ ⳿ⲛϭⲛⲁⲩ ⲁⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ϯ⳿ⲥⲡⲟⲩⲇⲏ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϧⲏⲙ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲡ͞ⲛⲁ̅ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲓ ⳿ⲙⲃⲱⲕ ⳿ⲙⲠ⳪.
12 In hope, rejoicing, in tribulation, enduring, in prayer, persevering,
ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲣⲁϣⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ϯϩⲉⲗⲡⲓⲥ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣϩⲩⲡⲟⲙⲉⲛⲓⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓϩⲟϫϩⲉϫ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲙⲏ ⲛ ⳿ⲉϯⲡⲣⲟⲥⲉⲩⲭⲏ.
13 With the needs of the saints, having fellowship, —hospitality, pursuing.
ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲓ ⳿ⲛ⳿ϣⲫⲏⲣ ⳿ⲉⲛⲓ⳿ⲭⲣⲓⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲟϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁ ⳿ⲧⲙⲉⲧⲙⲁⲓϣⲉⲙⲙⲟ.
14 Bless them that persecute, bless, and do not curse.
ⲓ̅ⲇ̅⳿ⲥⲙⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲛⲏⲉⲧϭⲟϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⳿ⲥⲙⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲥⲁϩⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ.
15 Rejoice with them that rejoice, weep with them that weep:
ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ⲣⲁϣⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲏⲉⲧⲣⲁϣⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲣⲓⲙⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲏⲉⲧⲣⲓⲙⲓ.
16 The same thing, one to another regarding, —not the lofty things regarding, but, by the lowly, being led along. Be not getting presumptuous in your own opinion:
ⲓ̅ⲋ̅ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲣⲁ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⳿ⲉⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲁⲛ ⳿ⲉⲛⲓⲙⲉⲧϭⲁⲥⲓϩⲏ ⲧ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲙⲟϣⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲏⲉⲧⲑⲉⲃⲓⲏ ⲟⲩⲧ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲣϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲓ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁⲃⲉ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲙⲙⲁⲩⲁⲧⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ.
17 Unto no one, evil for evil rendering: providing honourable things before all men:
ⲓ̅ⲍ̅⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϯ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲡⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲛ ⳿ⲛ⳿ϩⲗⲓ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲧϣⲉⲃⲓⲱ ⳿ⲛⲡⲟⲩⲡⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϥⲓ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲣⲱⲟⲩϣ ⳿ⲛϩⲁⲛⲡⲉⲑⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉ⳿ⲙⲑⲟ ⳿ⲛⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ.
18 If possible—so far as dependeth on you, with all men being at peace:
ⲓ̅ⲏ̅ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⳿ϣϫⲟⲙ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲁⲣⲓⲁⲩⲧⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲉⲣϩⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ.
19 Not avenging, yourselves, beloved, but give place unto their anger; for it is written—Mine, is avenging, I, will recompense; —saith the Lord;
ⲓ̅ⲑ̅⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲡϣⲓϣ ⲁⲛ ⲛⲁⲙⲉⲛⲣⲁϯ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲙⲁⲙⲁ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲡϫⲱⲛⲧ ⳿ⲥ⳿ⲥϧⲏⲟⲩⲧ ⲅⲁⲣ ϫⲉ ⳿ⲛϭⲓ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲡϣⲓϣ ⲫⲱⲓ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϯϣⲉⲃⲓⲱ ⲡⲉϫⲉ Ⲡ⳪.
20 But—if thine enemy hunger, be feeding him, if he thirst, be giving him drink; for, this doing, coals of fire, shalt thou heap upon his head.

21 Be not overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
