< Psalms 1 >

1 How happy the man, who hath not walked in the counsel of the lawless, —and, in the way of sinners, hath not stood, and, in the seat of scoffers, hath not sat;
Migiloute thuhil jom louva, michonse ho lamlhah dunga jong dingle lou; chule Elohim Pathen ginglou ho kikhop na dunga jong tou khompi lou mi chu anun nom ahi.
2 But, in the law of Yahweh, is his delight, —and, in his law, doth he talk with himself day and night.
Hitobang mihochun Yahweh Pakai Dan thu a bou lunglhai na aneiyun, Yahweh Pakai Dan thu chu sun le jan in angaito jing jeng ui.
3 So doth he become like a tree planted by streams of waters, —that yieldeth, its fruit, in its season, whose leaf, also doth not wither, and, whatsoever he doeth, prospereth.
Hitobang mi hochu twi lonna luipanga kiphut, aphat cha hung gaji adojong gopjilou thingphung tobang ahi; hitobang miho jong chu atohna lam lam'uva alolhing jiuve.
4 Not so, the lawless, —but as chaff which is driven about by the wind:
Yahweh Pakai ginglouho vang chutobang ahipoi: huilhoh mangle changvai tobangbep ahiuve.
5 For this cause, shall the lawless not stand in the judgment, —nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
Hijeh a chu Yahweh Pakai gingloute chu thutan nikho tengleh themmo changdiu, michonse hon jong mikitah ho lah'a mun aneiloudiu ahi.
6 For Yahweh doth acknowledge the way of the righteous; but, the way of the lawless, shall vanish.
Ajeh chu Yahweh Pakai in michonpha ho lamlhah ahetpeh jing in, Yahweh Pakai ginglou ho lampi vang manthahna'a lut diu ahi.
