Psalms 98

1 A Melody. Sing to Yahweh, a song that is new, For, wonderful things, hath he done, His own right hand and his holy arm, have brought him salvation.

Oh, haz una nueva canción al Señor, porque él ha hecho obras de maravilla; con su diestra, y con su brazo santo, él ha vencido.

2 Yahweh, hath made known, his salvation, Before the eyes of the nations, hath he revealed his righteousness;

El Señor ha dado a todos el conocimiento de su salvación; él ha dejado en claro su justicia a los ojos de las naciones.

3 He hath remembered his lovingkindness and his faithfulness towards the house of Israel, —All the ends of the earth, have seen, the salvation of our God.

Ha tenido en cuenta su misericordia y su fe inmutable a la casa de Israel; todos los confines de la tierra han visto la salvación de nuestro Dios.

4 Shout aloud to Yahweh, all the earth, Break forth and make a joyful noise and sweep the strings;

Que toda la tierra envíe un clamor alegre al Señor; sonando con una voz fuerte, y alabándolo con canciones de alegría.

5 Sweep the strings to Yahweh, With the lyre, With the lyre, and the voice of melody;

Haz melodía al Señor con instrumentos de música; con arpa y la voz de la canción.

6 With trumpets and the sound of a horn, Shout aloud, before the king—Yahweh.

Con los instrumentos de viento y el sonido de trompeta, haz un alegre clamor ante el Señor, el Rey.

7 Let the sea, roar, and the fulness thereof, The world, and they who dwell therein;

Sea estruendo el mar, con todas sus aguas; el mundo y todos los que viven en él;

8 Let, the floods, clap their hands, Together, let, the mountains, make a joyful noise,

Que las corrientes hagan sonidos de alegría con sus manos; Que las montañas se alegren juntas,

9 Before Yahweh, for he is coming—to judge the earth, —He will judge the world, in righteousness, And the peoples, with equity.

Delante del Señor, porque vino como juez de la tierra; juzgar al mundo con justicia y con rectitud e igualdad gobernará los pueblos.
