< Psalms 82 >

1 A Melody of Asaph. God, hath taken his place in the august assembly, In the midst of the gods, will he judge.
Asaph kah Tingtoenglung Pathen tah Pathen kah hlangboel khuiah pai tih pathen rhoek lakli ah lai a tloek.
2 How long will ye judge perversely, And, the countenances of the lawless, uplift? (Selah)
Me hil nim dumlai na tang sak uh vetih halang rhoek kah maelhmai na dan uh ve? (Selah)
3 Vindicate the weak and the fatherless, The oppressed and the poor, see righted;
Tattloel neh cadah te laitloek pah lamtah mangdaeng neh aka vawtthoek te tang sak.
4 Deliver the weak and the needy, Out of the hand of the lawless, make rescue.
Tattloel neh khodaeng te hlawt lamtah halang rhoek kut khui lamkah huul lah.
5 They know not, neither can they perceive, In darkness, they wander, All the foundations of the earth do shake.
Tamyin khuiah pongpa uh tih diklai kah a yung boeih a tuen khaw ming uh pawt tih yakming uh pawh.
6 I, said, Gods, ye are, Yea, sons of the Highest, are ye all;
Nangmih tah pathen rhoek neh Khohni ca rhoek ni. Nangmih boeih taengah kamah loh ka thui coeng.
7 But indeed, like the earth-born, shall ye die! And, like one of the princes, shall ye fall!
Tedae hlang bangla na duek uh vetih mangpa pakhat bangla na cungku uh ni.
8 Arise! O God, judge thou the earth, For, thou, wilt inherit all the nations.
Namtom rhoek boeih te namah loh na pang coeng dongah Pathen aw thoo lamtah diklai he laitloek thil laeh.
