< Psalms 72 >

1 Solomon’s. O God! thy justice, give, unto the king, And thy righteousness, unto the son of a king;
Solomon kah Pathen aw, namah kah laitloeknah te manghai ham, na duengnah khaw manghai capa ham khueh pah.
2 May he judge, Thy people with righteousness; And thine oppressed ones with justice;
Na pilnam te duengnah neh, namah kah mangdaeng rhoek khaw tiktamnah neh lai a tloek pah bitni.
3 May the mountains bring peace to the people, And the hills [be laden] with righteousness;
Tlang rhoek neh som rhoek loh duengnah dongah pilnam ham rhoepnah hang khuen uh saeh.
4 May he, Vindicate the oppressed of the people, Bring deliverance to the children of the needy, and, Crush the oppressor.
Pilnam mangdaeng rhoek te tang sak saeh. Khodaeng ca rhoek te khang saeh lamtah hlang aka hnaemtaek te phop saeh.
5 Let men revere thee, With the sun, And in presence of the moon, Unto the remotest generation.
Khomik a om khui neh hla a om khuiah cadilcahma kah cadilcahma loh namah n'rhih uh saeh.
6 Let him come down, Like rain on fields to be mown, Like myriad drops on land to be reaped.
Lotul kah khotlan bangla, diklai aka hnim sak mueitui bangla suntla saeh.
7 May righteousness, in his days, blossom forth, And abundance of peace, till there be no moon.
Amah tuetang van vaengah hla loh a hmop hlandue ngaimongnah cungkuem neh a dueng la cawn saeh.
8 So let him have dominion, From sea to sea, And from the River ["Euphrates"] unto the ends of the earth;
Te vaengah tuitunli lamkah tuitunli due khaw tuiva lamkah diklai khobawt due taemrhai saeh.
9 Before him, let the men of the desert kneel, But, as for his foes, the dust, let them lick;
Anih hmai ah kohong rhoek loh cungkueng uh saeh lamtah a thunkha rhoek loh laipi laem uh saeh.
10 The kings of Tarshish and of the Coastlands, A gift, let them render, The kings of Sheba and Seba, A present, let them bring;
Tarshish neh tuikaeng manghai rhoek loh khosaa han tloeng uh saeh. Sheba neh Seba manghai rhoek loh kutdoe neh moe uh saeh.
11 Yea let all kings, bow down unto him, Let, all nations, serve him;
Manghai rhoek boeih khaw anih taengah bakop uh saeh. Namtom rhoek boeih loh a taengah thothueng saeh.
12 Because he Rescueth, The needy from the rich, The oppressed, who hath no helper;
Khodaeng loh pang tih mangdaeng aka bom a om pawt vaengah anih loh huul saeh.
13 He Pitieth the weak and the needy, And, the lives of the needy, he Saveth:
Tattloel neh khodaeng te rhen saeh lamtah khodaeng kah hinglu te khang saeh.
14 From extortion, and, violence, he Redeemeth their life, And precious is their blood in his sight.
Tattloel neh vawtthoek kah a thii te a mikhmuh ah a phutlo. Te dongah amih kah hinglu te hnaephnapnah kut lamkah neh kuthlahnah khui lamkah tlan pah saeh.
15 Let him live, then! And be there given unto him of the gold of Sheba, —Let prayer also be offered for him continually, All the day, let him be blessed.
A hing van vaengah Sheba kah sui te anih taengah pae saeh. Te phoeiah anih ham thangthui pah saeh lamtah hnin takuem anih te yoethen pae yoeyah saeh.
16 May there be an abundance of corn in the earth, in the top of the mountains, —Let the fruit thereof, wave like Lebanon, And they of the city bloom like the fresh shoots of the earth.
Khohmuen ah cangpai cangthawt om saeh lamtah, tlang som ah Lebanon thaihtae bangla petpet naep saeh. Khopuei khuiah khaw lohma baelhing bangla khooi saeh.
17 May his Name be age-abiding, In the presence of the sun, let his Name flourish, —And may all the families of the ground bless themselves in him, All nations, pronounce him happy!
Kumhal ah a ming om saeh. Khomik a om khuiah anih ming te rhoeng rhoe rhoeng saeh. Namtom boeih khaw anih rhang neh a yoethen uh saeh lamtah anih te uem uh saeh.
18 Blessed be Yahweh God, the God of Israel, —Who doeth wondrous things by himself alone;
Amah rhoerhoe loh khobaerhambae aka saii Israel Pathen, BOEIPA Pathen a yoethen pai saeh.
19 And blessed be his glorious Name, unto times age-abiding, —And filled with his glory be all the earth, Amen and Amen!
Amah kah thangpomnah ming khaw kumhal ah a yoethen pai tih, diklai pum he amah thangpomnah loh khuk saeh. Amen phoeiah Amen.
