Psalms 7
1 Ode of David: which he sang unto Yahweh, on account of the words of Cush the Benjamite. O Yahweh my God, in thee, have I sought refuge, —Save me from all my pursuers, and deliver me:
१कूश बन्यामिन याच्या बोलण्यावरुन परमेश्वरास गाईलेले दाविदाचे शिग्गायोन. हे परमेश्वरा, माझ्या देवा, मी तुझ्याठायी आश्रय घेतो! माझा पाठलाग करणाऱ्यांपासून मला वाचव आणि मला सोडव.
2 Lest one tear, as a lion, my soul, —and there be no deliverer to rescue.
२नाहीतर ते मला सिंहासारखे फाडून टाकतील. वाचवायला कोणी समर्थ नसणार, म्हणून ते माझे तुकडे तुकडे करतील.
3 O Yahweh my God, If I have done this, If there hath been perversity in my hands:
३परमेश्वरा माझ्या देवा, मी असे काही केले नाही जे शत्रू सांगतात, माझ्या हाती काही अन्याय नाही.
4 If I have requited my friend with wrong, —or have oppressed mine adversary without need,
४माझ्याशी शांतीने राहणाऱ्याचे मी कधीही वाईट केले नाही. किंवा माझ्याविरोधात जे होते त्यांना इजा केली नाही.
5 Let an enemy pursue my soul, and overtake it, that he may tread down, to the earth, my life, —and, mine honour—in the dust, he may cause to dwell. (Selah)
५जर मी खरे सांगत नसेल तर, माझे शत्रू माझ्या जीवाच्या पाठीस लागो आणि त्यास गाठून घेवो. तो माझा जीव मातीत तुडवो आणि माझी प्रतिष्ठा धुळीस मिळवो.
6 Rise! Yahweh! in thine anger, Lift thyself up, because of the haughty outbursts of mine adversaries, Stir up for me the justice thou hast commanded:
६हे परमेश्वरा, आपल्या क्रोधाने उठ; माझ्या विरोध्यांच्या संतापामुळे उभा राहा, माझ्यासाठी जागा हो आणि तुझ्या न्यायाचा आदेश जो तू आज्ञापीले आहे तो पूर्णत्वास ने.
7 When, the assembly of peoples, gather round thee, then, above it—on high, do thou return!
७राष्ट्रांची सभा तुझ्याभोवती येवो, आणि पुन्हा तू त्यांच्यावरती आपले योग्य ठिकाण घे.
8 Yahweh, will judge the peoples, —Do me justice, O Yahweh, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity upon me,
८परमेश्वर राष्ट्रांचा न्याय करतो, परमेश्वरा, मला समर्थन दे, आणि माझ्या न्यायीपणाप्रमाणे आणि माझ्या स्वतःच्या सात्त्विकतेप्रमाणे माझा न्याय कर.
9 Let the wrong of the lawless, I pray thee, come to an end, and establish thou him that is righteous, —for, a trier of hearts and reins, is God the righteous one.
९दुष्टांच्या वाईट कृत्यांचा अंत होवो, परंतु धार्मिकाला स्थापित कर. कारण न्यायी देव हृदय व अंतर्यामे पारखणारा आहे.
10 My shield, is held by God, who is ready to save the upright in heart:
१०जो सरळ हृदयाच्यांना तारतो त्या देवापाशी माझी ढाल आहे.
11 A God to vindicate the righteous, —And yet a God to be indignant throughout every day.
११देव न्यायी न्यायाधीश आहे, असा देव जो प्रतिदिवशी न्यायाने रागावतो.
12 If he turn not, his sword, will he whet, —his bow, hath he bent, and made ready:
१२जर मनुष्याने पश्चाताप केला नाही तर, देव त्याच्या तलवारीला धार लावणार आणि त्याचा धनुष्य युद्धासाठी तयार करणार.
13 But, for himself, hath he made ready the weapons so deadly, His arrows, he, so fiery, would make:
१३त्याने आपली प्राणघातक शस्त्रे तयार केली आहेत. तो आपले अग्नीबान तयार करतो.
14 Lo! he gendereth trouble, and conceiveth mischief, but giveth birth to a disappointment:
१४त्यांचा विचार कर जे दुष्टपणाने गरोदर झाले आहेत. जे विध्वंसक योजनांची गर्भधारणा करतात, जे अपायकारक लबाडीला जन्म घालतात.
15 A pit, he cut out, and digged it, and then fell into the ditch he had made:
१५त्याने खड्डा खोदला आणि तो खोल खोदला, आणि त्याने जो खड्डा केला त्यामध्ये तोच पडला.
16 His mischief, turneth back, on his own head, —and, on his own crown, his violence, descendeth.
१६त्याच्या अपायकारक योजना त्याच्याच डोक्यावर परत येतील, आणि त्याची हिंसा त्याच्याच माथ्यावर येईल.
17 I will praise Yahweh according to his righteousness, —and will praise in song the Name of Yahweh Most High.
१७मी परमेश्वरास त्याच्या न्यायीपणाप्रमाणे धन्यवाद देईन, मी परात्पर परमेश्वराच्या नावाची स्तुती गाईन.
