< Psalms 64 >
1 To the Chief Musician. A Melody of David. Hear, O God, my voice when I complain, From dread peril by the foe, wilt thou guard my life.
Nkunga Davidi kuidi pfumu minyimbidi. Wungwa, a Nzambi, bu ndilembo wakikisa maniongo mama keba luzingu luama va ntuala mbeni yoyi ndieti mona tsisi!
2 Wilt thou hide me, From the conclave of evil-doers, From the crowd of workers of iniquity.
Wutsueka mu zikhanu zintotukilanga mu lukutukunu lu nsueki lu batu bambimbi ayi mu lukutukunu lu nkangu wu batu bamvanganga mambimbi; bobo badi bulawu.
3 Who have sharpened, like a sword, their tongue, Have made ready their arrow—a bitter word;
Balembo bengula ludimi luawu banga sabala; bantotulanga mambu mawu banga madionga meti vonda.
4 To shoot, in secret places, at the blameless one, Suddenly they shoot at him, and fear not.
Beti lozila bu badi mu bibuangu bisuama mutu kambulu zaba diambu Beti kunlozila mu kinzimbukila, mu kambu mona tsisi.
5 They strengthen for them a wicked word, They talk of hiding snares, They have said, Who can see them?
Beti kukikindisa mu zikhanu zimbimbi; beti tubana mu diambu di batamba mintambu miawu, Beti kamba: “A nani wela mimona e?”
6 They devise perverse things, They have completed the device well devised, Both the intent of each one, and the mind, are unsearchable.
Beti yindula mambu makambulu masonga ayi beti tuba: “Tukubikidi lukanu lu fuana.” Bukiedika, mayindu ma tsi ntima ayi ntima wu mutu thipula bidi.
7 Once let God have shot at them an arrow, Suddenly have appeared their own wounds!
Vayi Nzambi wela kuba lozila madionga mandi mu kinzimbukila bela.
8 When they were to have ruined another, their tongue smote themselves, All who observe them take flight.
Wela balula ludimi luawu veka mu diambu diawu ayi kuba nata ku mbivusu babo bela kuba mona bela nikuna ntu.
9 Therefore have all men feared, —And have told the doing of God, And, his work, have considered.
Batu boso bela mona tsisi, bela yamikisa mavanga ma Nzambi; ayi bela sudika momo kavanga.
10 The righteous man shall rejoice in Yahweh, and seek refuge in him, Then shall glory—all who are upright in heart.
