Psalms 43

1 Vindicate me, O God, and plead my cause, Against a nation, without lovingkindness, From the man of deceit and perversity, wilt thou deliver me?

Ðức Chúa Trời ôi! xin hãy đoán xét tôi, và binh vực duyên cớ tôi đối cùng một dân vô đạo; Hãy giải cứu tôi khỏi ngươi dối gạt chẳng công bình.

2 For, thou, art my defending God—Wherefore hast thou rejected me? Wherefore in gloom should I wander, because of the oppression of an enemy?

Vì, Ðức Chúa Trời ôi! Chúa là sức lực tôi; cớ sao Chúa đã từ bỏ tôi? Nhơn sao tôi phải ở buồn thảm Vì cớ kẻ thù nghịch hà hiếp tôi?

3 Send forth thy light and thy faithfulness, Let, them, lead me, Let them bring me into thy holy mountain, and into thy habitations:

Cầu Chúa phát ánh sáng và sự chơn thật của Chúa ra: Nó sẽ dẫn tôi, đưa tôi đến núi thánh và nơi ở của Chúa.

4 That I may go in unto the altar of God, Unto GOD, mine exultant joy, —That I may praise thee with the lyre, O God—mine own God!

Bấy giờ tôi sẽ đi đến bàn thờ Ðức Chúa Trời, Tức đến cùng Ðức Chúa Trời, là sự rất vui mừng của tôi: Hỡi Chúa, là Ðức Chúa Trời tôi, tôi sẽ lấy đờn cầm mà ngợi khen Chúa.

5 Why shouldst thou be cast down, O my soul? And why shouldst thou moan over me, Wait thou for God, for yet shall I praise him, As the triumph of my presence, and my God.

Hỡi linh hồn ta, cớ sao ngươi sờn ngã và bồn chồn trong mình ta? Hãy trông cậy nơi Ðức Chúa Trời; ta sẽ còn ngợi khen Ngài nữa: Ngài là sự cứu rỗi của mặt ta, và là Ðức Chúa Trời ta.
