< Psalms 25 >
1 David’s. [An Alphabetical Psalm.] Unto thee, O Yahweh, my soul, would I lift:
Abụ Ọma Devid. Ọ bụ na gị Onyenwe anyị ka m tụkwasịrị obi m.
2 O my God, in thee, have I put my trust, Let me not be put to shame, Let not my foe exult over me:
O Chineke m, ọ bụ gị ka m tụkwasịrị obi m. Ekwela ka ihere mee m, ekwekwala ka ndị iro m merie m.
3 Yea let, none who wait for thee, be put to shame, Let them be put to shame who act covertly without cause!
Ihere agaghị eme onye ọbụla olileanya ya dị na gị, ma ihere ga-eme ha bụ ndị niile ịghọ aghụghọ jụrụ ahụ.
4 Thy ways, O Yahweh, let me know, Thy paths, teach thou me:
O Onyenwe anyị, zi m ụzọ gị niile, kuzikwaara m ụzọ gị niile.
5 Guide me into thy truth and teach me, for, thou, art my delivering God, For thee, have I waited all the day:
Duo m nʼeziokwu gị, kuzikwaara m ihe, nʼihi na ị bụ Chineke, onye Nzọpụta m, ụbọchị niile, olileanya m dị na gị.
6 Remember thy compassions, O Yahweh, and thy lovingkindnesses, For, from age-past times, have they been.
Cheta, Onyenwe anyị, oke obi ebere na ịhụnanya gị, nʼihi na ha na-adị siterị na mgbe ochie.
7 The sins of my youth, and my transgressions, do not thou call to mind, —According to thine own lovingkindness, remember thou me, for the sake of thine own goodness, O Yahweh.
Echetala mmehie m mere nʼokorobịa m, ya na nnupu isi m niile. Kama site nʼịhụnanya gị cheta m, Onyenwe anyị, nʼihi na onye dị mma ka ị bụ.
8 Good and upright, is Yahweh, For this cause, will he direct sinners into the way.
Onye dị mma na onye ezi omume ka Onyenwe anyị bụ; ọ bụ ya mere ọ na-ezi ndị mmehie ụzọ ya.
9 May he guide patient wronged-ones to be righted, and teach such oppressed-ones his way.
Ọ na-edu ndị dị umeala nʼobi nʼụzọ ziri ezi, na-ezikwa ha ụzọ nke ya.
10 All the paths of Yahweh, are lovingkindness and faithfulness, to such as keep his covenant, and his testimonies.
Ụzọ niile nke Onyenwe anyị jupụtara nʼịhụnanya na ikwesi ntụkwasị obi, nye ndị niile na-edebe iwu ọgbụgba ndụ ya.
11 For the sake of thy Name, O Yahweh, Therefore wilt thou pardon mine iniquity, for great it is.
Nʼihi aha gị, O Onyenwe anyị, gbaghara m ajọ omume m nʼagbanyeghị na ha dị ukwuu.
12 Who then is the man that revereth Yahweh? Let him direct him into the way he should choose.
Olee mmadụ ahụ nke na-atụ egwu Onyenwe anyị? O ga-ezi ya ihe nʼụzọ ahụ a họpụtaara ya.
13 His soul, with prosperity, shall tarry, and, his seed, shall possess the land.
Ọ ga-ebi ogologo ụbọchị nke ndụ ya nʼime ịba ụba, ndị agbụrụ ha ga-eketa ala ahụ.
14 Intimacy with Yahweh, have they who revere him, His covenant also, he letteth them know.
Onyenwe anyị na-eme ka ndị ahụ na-atụ egwu ya mara ọgbụgba ndụ ya na izu nzuzo ya.
15 Mine eyes, are continually unto Yahweh, —for, he, bringeth, out of the net, my feet.
Anya m abụọ na-elegide Onyenwe anyị mgbe niile; nʼihi na ọ bụ naanị ya ga-eme ka ụkwụ m abụọ site nʼọnya pụta.
16 Turn thou unto me, and show me favour, for, alone and oppressed, I am.
Chee m ihu ma gosi m ebere gị, nʼihi na abụ m onye nọ na nsogbu, naanị m nọkwa.
17 The distresses of my heart, hath he relieved, —and, out of my straits, brought me forth.
Ihe mgbu nke obi m abaala ụba, napụta m site nʼobi mwute.
18 Behold my humiliation and my pain, and take away all my sins.
Lekwasị nsogbu m na ihe mgbu m anya. Biko, gbaghara m mmehie m niile.
19 Behold my foes, for they abound, —and, with the hatred of violence, do they hate me.
Lee ka ndị iro m si mụbaa, ha ji oke iwe kpọọ m asị.
20 Oh keep my soul, and rescue me, Let me not be put to shame, for I have sought refuge in thee.
Chebe ndụ m ma gbapụta m; ekwela ka m bụrụ onye ihere ga-eme, nʼihi na nʼime gị ka m gbabara izere ndụ
21 Let, blamelessness and uprightness, watch over me, because I have waited for thee.
Kwere ka ezi omume na izuoke bụrụ ihe ga-agba m gburugburu, nʼihi na olileanya m dị nʼime gị.
22 Redeem Israel, O God, —out of all his distresses.
O Chineke, Gbapụtakwa Izrel, site na nsogbu ya niile.
