Psalms 22
1 To the Chief Musician. On "the Hind of the Dawn." A Melody of David. My GOD, my GOD, why hast thou forsaken me? Far from saving me, The words of my loud lamentation?
၁အကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရား ၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို စွန့်ပစ် တော်မူသနည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မကယ်တင် ဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ် သော စကား ကို နား မထောင်ဘဲ အဘယ်ကြောင့်အဝေး မှာနေတော်မူသနည်း။
2 My God! I keep crying—By day, and thou dost not answer, and, By night, and there is no rest for me.
၂အကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရား ၊ နေ့ အခါအကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ် သော်လည်း ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နား မ ထောင်ပါ။ ညဉ့် အခါ အော်ဟစ်သော်လည်း သက်သာ ခြင်းသို့ မ ရောက်ပါ။
3 But, thou, art holy, Who inhabitest the praises of Israel.
၃ကိုယ်တော် မူကား ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့ ချီးမွမ်း ရာ၌ ကျိန်းဝပ် လျက် သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်းရှိတော်မူ၏။
4 In thee, trusted our fathers, They trusted, and thou didst deliver them;
၄အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ဘိုးဘေး တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကိုးစား ကြပါ၏။ ကိုးစား ကြသည်တွင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။
5 Unto thee, made they outcry, and escaped, In thee, they trusted, and had not turned pale.
၅သူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို အော်ဟစ် ၍ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကိုးစား ၍ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် ကြပါ၏။
6 But, I, am a worm and no one, a reproach of men, and despised of a people;
၆အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ၊ လူ မ ဟုတ်၊ ပိုး ကောင်မျှသာ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ လူ များ ကဲ့ရဲ့ စရာ၊ လူစု အရှက် ခွဲစရာဘို့ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
7 All that see me, laugh at me, —They open wide the mouth, They shake the head: —
၇အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုမြင် သမျှ သောသူတို့သည် ပြက်ယယ် ပြုခြင်း၊ နှုတ်ခမ်း ဖြဲ ခြင်း၊ ခေါင်း ညိတ် ခြင်းကို ပြုကြပါ၏။
8 He should trust in Yahweh—let him deliver him, —Let him rescue him, seeing he delighteth in him.
၈သူသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကိုးစား ပြီ၊ သူ့ ကို နှုတ် တော်မူပါလေစေ။ သူ ၌ အလို ရှိလျှင် ယခု ပင် ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါလေစေဟု ဆိုကြပါ၏။
9 For, thou, art he that severed me from the womb, he that caused me to trust, upon the breasts of my mother;
၉သို့သော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အမိဝမ်း ထဲ က ဆွဲယူ ၍၊ နို့စို့သည်ကာလ၌ စိုးရိမ်ခြင်း အကြောင်းကို ပယ်ရှင်းတော်မူ၏။
10 Upon thee, was I cast from the time I was born, From the womb of my mother, my GOD, hast thou been.
၁၀အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဘွား ကတည်း ကပင် လက် တော် သို့ ရောက် ပါ၏။ အမိ ဝမ်း ထဲ မှစ၍ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါပြီ။
11 Be not far from me, for, distress, is near, For there is none to help.
၁၁အကျွန်ုပ် နှင့် ဝေး ဝေးနေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ ဘေး အန္တရာယ် ရောက်လုနီး ပါပြီ။ မစ သောသူမ ရှိပါ။
12 Many bulls have surrounded me, Strong oxen of Bashan, have enclosed me;
၁၂နွားလား ဥသဘတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုဝိုင်း ၍၊ အားကြီး သော ဗာရှန် ဥသဘတို့သည် ဝန်းရံ လျက် နေကြ ပါ၏။
13 They have opened wide against me their mouth, A lion rending and roaring.
၁၃ကိုက် ဖြတ်၍ ဟောက် တတ်သော ခြင်္သေ့ ကဲ့သို့အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ပစပ် ဟ ကြပါ၏။
14 Like water, am I poured out, and, put out of joint, are all my bones, —My heart, hath become, like wax, it is melted in the midst of my body;
၁၄အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ရေ ကဲ့သို့ သွန် ခြင်းကို ခံရ၍ ၊ အရိုး အဆစ်ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် ပြုတ် ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး သည် ဘယောင်း ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ရင် ထဲမှာ အရည် ကျိုလျက် ရှိပါ၏။
15 Dried as a potsherd, is my strength, And, my tongue, is made to cleave to my gums, And, in the dust of death, wilt thou lay me.
၁၅အကျွန်ုပ် ခွန်အား သည် အိုး ခြမ်းကဲ့သို့ ခန်းခြောက် ၍ ၊ လျှာ လည်း ပါး ရိုး၌ ကပ် လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို သေ မြေ တိုင်အောင်ချ တော်မူပါပြီ။
16 For dogs have surrounded me, —An assembly of evil doers, have encircled me, They have pierced my hands and my feet,
၁၆ခွေး တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုဝိုင်း လျက်၊ စုဝေး သော လူဆိုး တို့သည် ဝန်းရံ လျက်နေ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ လက် ခြေ တို့ကို ထိုးဖောက် ကြပါပြီ။
17 I may tell all my bones, They, look for—they behold me!
၁၇ကိုယ် အရိုး ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရေတွက် နိုင် ပါ၏။ သူ တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုကြည့် မြင်၍ အား ရလျက် နေကြပါ၏။
18 They part my garments among them, and, for my vestment, they cast lots.
၁၈အကျွန်ုပ် အဝတ် ကို အချင်းချင်း ဝေဖန် ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အင်္ကျီ ကို စာရေးတံ ချ ကြပါ၏။
19 But, thou, O Yahweh, be not far off, O my help! to aid me, make haste;
၁၉အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်နှင့်ဝေး ဝေးနေတော် မ မူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ခွန်အား ဗလ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မစ ခြင်းငှါအလျင်အမြန်ကြွလာ တော်မူပါ။
20 Rescue, from the sword, my life, from the power of the dog, my solitary self:
၂၀အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို ထား ဘေးမှ ၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အချစ် ဆုံးကို ခွေး လက် မှ ၎င်း ကယ် လွတ်တော်မူပါ။
21 Save me from the mouth of the lion, —Yea, from the horns of wild beasts, hast thou delivered me.
၂၁ခြင်္သေ့ ခံတွင်း မှ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုကယ် တင်၍ ၊ ကြံ့ ဦးချို ထဲ မှာ အကျွန်ုပ် ခေါ်သောအသံကို နားထောင် တော်မူ ပါ။
22 I will declare thy Name unto my brethren, —In the midst of the convocation, will I praise thee.
၂၂အကျွန်ုပ် သည် သိတင်း တော်ကို ညီအစ် ကိုတို့ အား ကြား ပြောပါမည်။ ပရိသတ် အလယ် မှာ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။
23 Ye that revere Yahweh, praise him, All ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him, And, stand in awe of him, all ye seed of Israel.
၂၃ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သော အချင်းတို့၊ ချီးမွမ်း ခြင်းကို ပြုကြလော့။ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့၊ ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ဘော်ပြကြပါလော့။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ကြလော့။
24 For he hath not despised nor abhorred the humbling of the patient one, neither hath he hid his face from him, but, when he cried for help unto him, he heard.
၂၄အကြောင်း မူကား၊ နှိမ့်ချ လျက်ရှိသောသူ၏ နှိမ့်ချ သောအဖြစ်ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုတော်မူသည်မဟုတ်။ မျက်နှာ တော်ကိုမ လွှဲ ၊ အော်ဟစ် သောအခါ နားထောင် တော်မူပြီ။
25 Of thee, is my praise in the great convocation, My vows, will I pay, before them who revere him.
၂၅အကျွန်ုပ်သည် မဟာ ပရိသတ် အလယ် မှာ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူတို့ ရှေ့ မှာ၊ သစ္စာ ဂတိထားသည်အတိုင်း သစ္စာ ဝတ်ကို ဖြေပါမည်။
26 The patient wronged-ones shall eat and be satisfied, They shall praise Yahweh, who are seekers of him, Let your heart live for aye.
၂၆နှိမ့်ချ လျက်ရှိသောသူတို့ သည် ဝ စွာစား ရကြ လိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား ကိုရှာ သောသူတို့သည် ချီးမွမ်း ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင် တို့စိတ် နှလုံးသည် အစဉ် အမြဲအား ဖြည့်ရလိမ့်မည်။
27 All the ends of the earth, will remember and turn to Yahweh, Yea all the families of the nations, will bow themselves down before thee,
၂၇မြေကြီး စွန်း ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် သတိရ ၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ထံ တော်သို့ ပြောင်း လဲကြလိမ့်မည်။ လူ အမျိုး အနွယ် အပေါင်း တို့သည် ရှေ့ တော်၌ ကိုးကွယ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
28 For, to Yahweh, belongeth the kingdom, And One to Rule over the nations.
၂၈အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် စိုးစံ ပိုင်တော်မူ၏။ လူမျိုး တို့ကို မင်း ပြုတော်မူ၏။
29 All the great ones of the earth, shall eat and bow down, Before him shall kneel, all that go down to the dust, Even he who had not kept alive, his own soul!
၂၉မြေကြီး ပေါ်မှာ ကြွယ်ဝ သောသူအပေါင်း တို့ သည် စား ၍ ကိုးကွယ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ် အသက် ကိုမ စောင့် နိုင်။ မြေမှုန့် သို့ဆင်း ရသောသူအပေါင်း တို့သည်လည်း၊ ရှေ့ တော်၌ ညွတ် ပြတ်ဝပ်တွားကြလိမ့်မည်။
30 My seed, shall serve him, It shall be recounted, of the Lord, to a generation that shall come:
၃၀သူ တို့အမျိုး အနွယ်သည်လည်း ဝတ် တော်ကို ပြုသဖြင့်၊ လူအစဉ် အဆက်တို့သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ သိတင်းတော်ကို ကြား ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
31 That his righteousness may be declared to a people to be born, That he wrought with effect!
၃၁ဤသို့ စီရင် တော်မူပြီးမှသူတို့သည်ပေါ် လာ၍ ၊ တရား သောအမှုတော်ကိုဘွား သောလူမျိုး အား ဘော်ပြ ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
