Psalms 2
1 Wherefore have nations assembled in tumult? Or should, peoples, mutter an empty thing?
Me ya sa ƙasashe suke haɗa baki mutane kuma suke ƙulla shawarwarin banza?
2 The kings of earth take their station, and, grave men, have met by appointment together, —against Yahweh, and against his Anointed One [saying]:
Sarakunan duniya sun ɗauki matsayi masu mulki sun taru gaba ɗaya suna gāba da Ubangiji da kuma Shafaffensa.
3 Let us break asunder their bonds, —and cast from us their cords!
Suna cewa, “Bari mu tsittsinke sarƙoƙinsu, mu kuma’yantar da kamammu daga kangin bautar Allah.”
4 He that sitteth in the heavens, will laugh, —My Lord, will mock at them:
Mai zama a kursiyi a sama yana dariya; Ubangiji yana musu ba’a.
5 Then, will he speak unto them in his anger, and, in his wrath, confound them:
Sa’an nan ya tsawata musu cikin fushinsa ya kuma razanar da su cikin hasalarsa, yana cewa,
6 Yet, I, have installed my king, —on Zion my holy mountain.
“Na kafa Sarkina a kan kursiyi a kan Sihiyona, dutsena mai tsarki.”
7 Let me tell of a decree, —Yahweh, hath said unto me, My son, thou art, I, to-day, have begotten thee:
Sarki ya yi shelar umarnin Ubangiji. Ubangiji ya ce mini, “Kai Ɗana ne; yau na zama Mahaifinka.
8 Ask of me, and let me give nations as thine inheritance, and, as thy possession, the ends of the earth:
Ka tambaye ni zan kuwa sa al’ummai su zama gādonka, iyakokin duniya su zama mallakarka.
9 Thou shalt shepherd them with a sceptre of iron, —as a potter’s vessel, shalt thou dash them in pieces.
Za ka yi mulkinsu da sandan ƙarfe; za ka farfashe su kucu-kucu kamar tukunyar laka.”
10 Now, therefore, ye kings, show your prudence, Be admonished, ye judges of earth:
Saboda haka, ku sarakuna, ku yi wayo; ku shiga hankalinku, ku masu mulkin duniya.
11 Serve Yahweh with reverence, and exult with trembling:
Ku bauta wa Ubangiji da tsoro ku kuma yi farin ciki kuna rawar jiki.
12 Kiss the son, lest he be angry, and ye perish by the way, for soon might be kindled his anger, —How happy are all who seek refuge in him!
Ku sumbaci Ɗan, don kada yă yi fushi ku hallaka a abubuwan da kuke yi, gama fushinsa zai iya kuna farat ɗaya. Masu farin ciki ne dukan waɗanda suke neman mafaka daga gare shi.
