Psalms 148
1 Praise ye Yah, Praise Yahweh, out of the heavens, Praise him, in the heights;
Mou fakamālō kia Sihova. Mou fakamālō kia Sihova mei he ngaahi langi: fakamālō ki heʻene ʻafio ʻi he ngaahi potu māʻolunga.
2 Praise him, all his messengers, Praise him, all his host;
Mou fakamālō kiate ia, ʻa ʻene kau ʻāngelo kotoa pē: mou fakamālō kiate ia, ʻa ʻene ngaahi kautau kotoa pē.
3 Praise him, sun and moon, Praise him, all ye stars of light;
Mo fakamālō kiate ia, ʻae laʻā mo e māhina: mou fakamālō kiate ia, ʻae ngaahi fetuʻu kotoa pē ʻoe maama.
4 Praise him, O ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that are above the heavens;
Mou fakamālō kiate ia, ʻae ngaahi langi ʻoe ngaahi langi, mo e ngaahi vai ʻoku māʻolunga ʻi he ngaahi langi.
5 Let them praise the Name of Yahweh, for, he, commanded, and they were created;
Kenau fakamālō ki he huafa ʻo Sihova: he naʻe fekau ʻe ia, pea naʻe fakatupu ʻakinautolu.
6 So caused he them to stand perpetually—age-abidingly, A decree, hath he given, and it passeth not beyond.
Pea kuo ne fokotuʻumaʻu ʻakinautolu ʻo lauikuonga pea taʻengata. Kuo ne tuʻutuʻuni pea ʻe ʻikai mole ia.
7 Praise Yahweh, out of the earth, sea monsters, and all resounding deeps;
Fakamālō kia Sihova mei māmani, ʻae fanga talākoni, mo e ngaahi loloto kotoa pē:
8 Fire and hail, snow and vapour, stormy wind, fulfilling his word;
ʻAe afi, mo e ʻuha maka; ʻae ʻuha hinehina, mo e ngaahi kakapu; ʻae matangi mālohi ʻoku fakamoʻoni ki heʻene folofola:
9 Ye mountains, and all hills, fruit trees, and all cedars;
ʻAe ngaahi moʻunga, mo e ngaahi foʻi moʻunga kotoa pē; ʻae ngaahi ʻakau fua, mo e ngaahi sita kotoa pē:
10 Thou wild-beast, and all ye cattle, crawling creature, and bird of wing;
ʻAe fanga manu hehengi, mo e manu lalata kotoa pē; ʻae ngaahi meʻa totolo, mo e manupuna:
11 Kings of earth, and all peoples, Rulers, and all judges of earth;
ʻAe ngaahi tuʻi ʻo māmani, mo e kakai kotoa pē; ʻae ngaahi ʻeiki, mo e kau fakamaau kotoa pē ʻo māmani:
12 Young men, yea even virgins, elders, and children.
ʻAe kau tangata talavou, mo e kau taʻahine; ʻae kau mātuʻa, mo e fānau:
13 Let them praise the Name of Yahweh, for lofty is his Name alone, His splendour is over earth and heavens.

14 Therefore hath he exalted a horn for his people, a praise for all his men of lovingkindness, for the sons of Israel—a people near him, Praise ye Yah!
