< Psalms 14 >

1 To the Chief Musician. David’s. The impious hath said in his heart—There is no God! They have acted corruptly, they have done an abominable deed, there is none that doeth good.
Nkunga Davidi kuidi pfumu minyimbidi. Nkua buvulu wuntubanga mu ntimꞌandi ti: Kuisiko Nzambi! Baki bivisidi, mavanga mawu madi mambimbi; kuisiko mutu wumvanganga mamboti.
2 Yahweh, out of the heavens, looked down over the sons of men, —to see whether there was one that showed wisdom, enquiring after God: —
Yave, ku yilu ku kadi, wulembo tadi bana ba batu mu tala kani wulenda mona wumosi wunsundika, kani wumosi wuntombanga Nzambi.
3 The whole, have turned aside, Together have they become tainted, —There is none that doeth good, not so much as, one!
Baboso bavengama ayi bamana kibivisa va kimosi; kuisiko mutu wumvanganga mamboti, kadi mutu wumosi.
4 Are all the workers of iniquity, without knowledge? devouring my people [as] they devour food! Upon Yahweh, have they not called.
Batu boso bamvanganga mambu mambimbi basi nzayilu ko e? Bobo balembo dia batu bama, banga batu bandia dipha ayi bobo batelanga dizina di Yave ko.
5 There have they been in great dread, because, God, is in the circle of the righteous man.
Buna kuna bela tita mu diambu di tsisi bila Nzambi widi va khatitsika dikabu di batu basonga.
6 The purpose of the poor, ye would put to shame, because, Yahweh, is his refuge.
Beno mimvangi mi mambimbi, lulenda vunza zikhanu zi nsukami. Vayi Yave niandi suamunu kiandi.
7 Oh that, out of Zion, were granted the salvation of Israel! When Yahweh bringeth back the captives of his people, Jacob, shall exult, Israel, be glad.
A enati phulusu yi Iseli yitotukila ku Sioni! Mu thangu Yave kela vutula kiuka ki batu bandi Bika Yakobi kamona khini ayi Iseli kayangadala.
