< Psalms 138 >
1 David’s. I will give thee thanks with all my heart, Before the messengers of God, will I praise thee in song:
Nkunga Davidi. Ndiela kuzitisa, a Yave, mu ntimꞌama wumvimba; ndiela yimbila minzitusu miaku va ntuala zinzambi.
2 I will bow down towards thy holy temple, and thank thy Name, for thy lovingkindness and for thy faithfulness, For thou hast magnified, above all thy Name, thy word!
Ndiela buongama ku ndambu nzo aku yinlongo; ayi ndiela zitisa dizina diaku mu diambu di luzolu luaku ayi mu diambu di kikhuikizi kiaku bila ngeyo wuyayisidi dizina diaku ayi mambu maku va yilu bima bioso.
3 In the day I cried unto thee, then didst thou answer me, and didst excite me, in my soul, mightily.
Thangu nditela, ngeyo wuphana mvutu. Wukhitula nkua ngangu ayi nkua bukhafi bu ngolo.
4 All the kings of the earth, will thank thee, O Yahweh, when they have heard the sayings of thy mouth;
Bika mintinu mioso mintoto mizitisa, a Yave bu miwilu mambu ma munu aku.
5 And they will sing of the ways of Yahweh, That great is the glory of Yahweh:
Bika miyimbila zinzila zi Yave bila nkembo wu Yave widi wunneni.
6 Though lofty is Yahweh, yet, the lowly, he regardeth, but, the haughty—afar off, doth he acknowledge.
Ka diambu ko Yave widi wuzangama, niandi weti tala bobo beti kukikulula ayi zebi bumboti batu badi luniemo bu badi ku thama.
7 Though I walk in the midst of distress, thou wilt give me life, —Because of the anger of my foes, thou wilt thrust forth thy hand, and thy right hand, will save me:
Ka diambu ko ndilembo diatila va khatitsika ziphasi, ngeyo weti tanina luzingu luama; ngeyo weti nonuna koko kuaku mu kakidila zinganzi zi bobo beti kundenda; mu koko kuaku ku lubakala weti kuphukisila.
8 Yahweh, will carry through my cause, —O Yahweh! thy lovingkindness, is age-abiding, The works of thine own hands, do not thou desert.
Yave wela dukisa mambu momo keti tomba mu minu. Luzolo luaku, a Yave, lunzingilanga mu zithangu zioso. Kadi yekula bisalu bi mioko miaku.
