Psalms 119
1 [ALEPH.] How happy the men of blameless life, who walk in the law of Yahweh.
तिनीहरू धन्य हुन् जसको मार्गहरू निर्दोष छन्, जो परमप्रभुको व्यवस्थामा हिंड्छन् ।
2 How happy they who observe his testimonies, with a whole heart, they seek him.
तिनीहरू धन्य हुन् जसले उहाँका गहन आज्ञाहरू पालन गर्छन्, जसले आफ्नो सारा हृदयले उहाँको खोजी गर्छन् ।
3 Yea, they have not wrought perversity, In his ways, have they walked.
तिनीहरूले कुनै खराबी गर्दैनन् । तिनीहरू उहाँका मार्गहरूमा हिंड्छन् ।
4 Thou, hast commanded thy precepts, that they should be diligently kept.
तपाईंले हामीलाई तपाईंका शिक्षाहरू पालन गर्ने आज्ञा दिनुभएको छ, ताकि हामी तिनलाई होसियारीसाथ पालन गर्न सकौं ।
5 Oh would that my ways might be settled! that I might keep thy statutes.
तपाईंका विधिहरू पालन गर्न म दृढ हुन सके कति असल हुन्थ्यो
6 Then, shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
तब मैले तपाईंका सबै आज्ञालाई विचार गर्दा म लाजमा पर्नेथिइनँ ।
7 I will thank thee with uprightness of heart, when I have learned thy righteous regulations.
मैले तपाईंको धार्मिक आदेशहरू सिकेपछि सोझो हृदयले म तपाईंलाई धन्यवाद दिनेछु ।
8 Thy statutes, will I keep, Do not thou forsake me utterly.
म तपाईंको विधिहरू पालन गर्नेछु । मलाई बेवास्ता नगर्नुहोस् ।
9 [BETH.] Wherewithal can a young man keep pure his way? By taking heed, according to thy word.
जवान व्यक्तिले आफ्नो मार्ग कसरी शुद्ध राख्न सक्छ? तपाईंको वचन पालन गरेर सक्छ ।
10 With all my heart, have I sought thee, Suffer me not to be led astray from thy commandments.
आफ्नो सारा हृदयले म तपाईंलाई खोज्दछु । मलाई तपाईंका आज्ञाहरूबाट टाढा जान नदिनुहोस् ।
11 In my heart, have I treasured what thou hast said, to the end I may not sin against thee.
तपाईंको वचन मैले आफ्नो हृदयमा जम्मा गरेको छु ताकि तपाईंको विरुद्ध मैले पाप गर्नु नपरोस् ।
12 Blessed art thou, O Yahweh—Teach me thy statutes.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईं धन्यको हुनुहुन्छ । मलाई तपाईंका विधिहरू सिकाउनुहोस् ।
13 With my lips, have I recounted All the regulations of thy mouth.
तपाईंले प्रकट गर्नुभएका सबै धार्मिक आदेशहरूलाई मैले आफ्नो मुखले घोषणा गरेको छु ।
14 In the way of thy testimonies, have I rejoiced, Like as over all riches.
सारा धनसम्पत्तिमा भन्दा बढी म तपाईंको करारका आदेशहरूका मार्गमा आनन्दित हुन्छु ।
15 In thy precepts, will I meditate, that I may discern thy paths.
म तपाईंको सुझावहरूमा ध्यान गर्नेछु र तपाईंका मार्गहरूलाई वास्ता गर्नेछु ।
16 In thy statutes, will I find my dear delight, I will not forget thy word.
म तपाईंका विधिहरूमा खुसी हुन्छु । तपाईंको वचन म बिर्सनेछैन ।
17 [GIMEL.] Bestow thy bounties upon thy servant—let me live, That I may observe thy word.
आफ्नो सेवकप्रति कृपालु हुनुहोस् ताकि म बाँच्न र तपाईंको वचन पालन गर्न सकूँ ।
18 Unveil thou mine eyes, that I may discern Wondrous things out of thy law.
मेरा आँखाहरू खोल्नुहोस् ताकि तपाईंको व्यवस्थाका अचम्मका कुराहरू म देख्न सकूँ ।
19 A sojourner, am, I, in the earth, Do not hide from me, thy commandments.
देशमा म विदेशी हुँ । तपाईंका आज्ञाहरू मबाट नलुकाउनुहोस् ।
20 My soul is crushed with longing for thy just decisions at all times.
हर समय तपाईंका धार्मिक आदेशहरू जान्ने उत्कट चाहनाले गर्दा मेरा इच्छाहरू चूर्ण भएका छन् ।
21 Thou hast rebuked the proud as accursed, who stray from thy commandments.
तपाईंले घमण्डीलाई हप्काउनुहुन्छ, जो श्रापित छन्, जो तपाईंका आज्ञाहरूबाट टाढा जान्छन् ।
22 Roll from off me, reproach and contempt, For, thy testimonies, have I observed.
अनादर र अपमानबाट मलाई बचाउनुहोस्, किनकि मैले तपाईंका करारका आदेशहरू पालन गरेको छु ।
23 Even rulers have taken their seat, against me, have talked, Thy servant, will still meditate in thy statutes.
शासकहरूले मेरो षड्यन्त्र र निन्दा गरे पनि, तपाईंको सेवकले तपाईंका विधिहरूमा ध्यान दिन्छ ।
24 Yea, thy testimonies, are my dear delight, My counsellors.
तपाईंका करारका आदेशहरू मेरो आनन्द हुन् र तिनीहरू मेरा सल्लाहकारहरू हुन् ।
25 [DALETH.] My soul, cleaveth to the dust, Give me life, according to thy word.
मेरो जीवन धूलोमा टाँसिएको छ । तपाईंको वचनद्वारा मलाई जीवन दिनुहोस् ।
26 My ways, I recounted, and thou didst answer me, Teach me thy statutes.
तपाईंलाई मैले आफ्ना मार्गहरू भनें र तपाईंले मलाई जवाफ दिनुभयो । मलाई तपाईंका विधिहरू सिकाउनुहोस् ।
27 The way of thy precepts, cause thou me to understand, and I will indeed meditate in thy wonders.
तपाईंका सुझावहरूका मार्गहरू बुझ्ने मलाई बनाउनुहोस्, ताकि तपाईंका आचम्मका शिक्षाहरूमा म ध्यान गर्न सकूँ ।
28 My soul weepeth itself away, for grief, Confirm thou me, according to thy word.
शोकले म व्याकुल भएको छु । मलाई तपाईंको वचनले बलियो बनाउनुहोस् ।
29 The way of falsehood, take thou from me, and, with thy law, O favour me.
छलको मार्ग मबाट हटाउनुहोस् । तपाईंको व्यवस्था अनुग्रहसाथ मलाई सिकाउनुहोस् ।
30 The way of faithfulness, have I chosen, Thy regulations, have I deemed right.
विश्वस्तताको मार्गलाई मैले चुनेको छु । तपाईंका धार्मिक आदेशहरूलाई सधैं मैले आफ्नो सामु राखेको छु ।
31 I have kept close to thy testimonies, O Yahweh! do not put me to shame.
तपाईंका करारका आदेशहरूमा म टाँसिन्छु । हे परमप्रभु, मलाई लाजमा नपार्नुहोस् ।
32 The way of thy commandments, will I run, for thou wilt enlarge my heart.
तपाईंका आज्ञाहरूका मार्गमा म दौडिनेछु, किनकि त्यसो गर्न तपाईंले मेरो हृदयलाई ठुलो बनाउनुहुन्छ ।
33 [HE.] Point out to me, O Yahweh, the way of thy statutes, that I may observe it unto the end.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंका विधिहरूका मार्ग मलाई सिकाउनुहोस् र तिनलाई म अन्त्यसम्म नै पालन गर्नेछु ।
34 Give me understanding, that I may observe thy law, that I may keep it with a whole heart.
मलाई सुझबुझ दिनुहोस् र तपाईंको व्यवस्था म पालन गर्नेछु । आफ्नो सारा हृदयले यो म पालन गर्नेछु ।
35 Guide me in the path of thy commandments, for, therein, do I find pleasure.
तपाईंका आज्ञाहरूका मर्गमा मलाई डोर्याउनुहोस्, किनकि त्यसमा हिंड्न म खुसी हुन्छु ।
36 Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not unto unjust gain.
मेरो हृदयलाई तपाईंका करारका आदेशहरूतिर, र अधार्मिक फाइदाबाट टाढा लैजानुहोस् ।
37 Turn away mine eyes, from beholding vanity, In thy way, give me life.
व्यर्थका कुराहरू हेर्नबाट मेरा आँखाहरू फर्काउनुहोस् । तपाईंका मार्गहरूमा मलाई पुनर्जीवित पार्नुहोस् ।
38 Establish, unto thy servant, thy word, which pertaineth to the reverence of thee.
तपाईंको सेवकको निम्ति तपाईंका प्रतिज्ञा पुरा गर्नुहोस् जुन तपाईंलाई आदर गर्नेहरूको निम्ति तपाईंले गर्नुभयो ।
39 Cause to pass away my reproach, that I have feared, for, thy regulations, are good.
मलाई डर लाग्ने अपमानहरू हटाइदिनुहोस्, किनकि तपाईंका धार्मिक फैसलाहरू असल हुन्छन् ।
40 Lo! I have longed for thy precepts, In thy righteousness, give me life.
हेर्नुहोस्, मैले तपाईंका सुझवहरूको उत्कट इच्छा गरेको छु । तपाईंको धार्मिकतामा मलाई पुनर्जीवित पार्नुहोस् ।
41 [WAW.] And let thy lovingkindness reach me, O Yahweh, thy salvation, according to thy word.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंको अचूक प्रेम, तपाईंको प्रतिज्ञाअनुसार तपाईंको उद्धार मलाई दिनुहोस् ।
42 So shall I have something to answer him that reproacheth me, That I have trusted in thy word.
तब मलाई गिल्ला गर्नेलाई म जवाफ दिनेछु, किनकि म तपाईंको वचनमा भरोसा गर्छु ।
43 And do not snatch away from my mouth the word of truth in any wise, because, for thy regulation, have I waited.
मेरो मुखबाट सत्यको वचन नलानुहोस्, किनकि मेरो आसा तपाईंका धार्मिक आदेशहरूमा छन् ।
44 That I may keep thy law continually, to times age-abiding and beyond.
तपाईंको वचन म सदासर्वदा निरन्तर पालन गर्नेछु ।
45 That I may walk to and fro in a large place, because, thy precepts, have I sought.
म सुरक्षित भएर हिंड्नेछु किनकि तपाईंका सुझावहरको खोजी म गर्छु ।
46 That I may speak of thy testimonies before kings, and not be ashamed.
तपाईंका गहन आज्ञाहरू म राजाहरूको सामु भन्नेछु र म लाज मान्नेछैन ।
47 That I may find dear delight in thy commandments, which I have loved.
तपाईंका आज्ञाहरूमा म खुसी हुन्छ, जसलाई म अति प्रेम गर्छु ।
48 That I may lift up my hands unto thy commandments, which I have loved, and may meditate in thy statutes.
तपाईंका आज्ञाहरूतिर म आफ्ना हातहरू उचाल्नेछु, जसलाई म प्रेम गर्छु । तपाईंका विधिहरूमा म ध्यान गर्नेछु ।
49 [ZAYIN.] Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.
तपाईंको सेवकसित तपाईंले गर्नुभएको प्रतिज्ञा सम्झनुहोस् किनभने तपाईंले मलाई आसा दिनुभएको छ ।
50 This, is my comfort in mine affliction, that, thy word, hath given me life.
यो मेरो संकष्टमा मेरो सान्त्वना होः ताकि तपाईंको प्रतिज्ञाले मलाई जीवित राखेको छ ।
51 Insolent men, have derided me exceedingly, From thy law, have I not swerved.
घमण्डीहरूले मेरो खिसी गरेका छन्, तापनि म तपाईंको व्यवस्थाबाट तर्केर टाढा गएको छैन ।
52 I have remembered thy regulations, [which have come down] from age-past times, O Yahweh, and have consoled myself.
हे परमप्रभु, प्राचीन कालदेखि नै मैले तपाईंका धार्मिक आदेशहरूका बारेमा विचार गरेको छु, र म आफैंलाई सान्त्वना दिन्छु ।
53 A raging heat, hath seized me, by reason of the lawless, who forsake thy law.
तपाईंको व्यवस्थालाई इन्कार गर्ने दुष्टहरूका कारणले प्रचण्ड क्रोधले मलाई समातेको छ ।
54 Songs, have thy statutes become to me, in my house of sojourn.
म अस्थयी रूपमा बसोबास गर्ने घरमा तपाईंका विधिहरू नै मेरा गीतहरू भएका छन् ।
55 I have remembered, in the night, thy Name, O Yahweh, and have kept thy law.
हे परमप्रभु, म रातको समयमा तपाईंको नाउँको बारेमा विचार गर्छु र म तपाईंको व्यवस्था पालन गर्छु ।
56 This, have I had, because, thy precepts, have I observed.
यो मेरो प्रचलन भएको छ किनभने तपाईंका सुझावहरू मैले पालन गरेको छु ।
57 [HETH.] My portion, is Yahweh, I have promised that I would keep thy words.
परमप्रभु मेरो भाग हुनुहुन्छ । तपाईंका वचन पालन गर्ने अठोट मैले गरेको छु ।
58 I have sought the smile of thy face with all my heart, Show me favour, according to thy word.
तपाईंको कृपाको निम्ति म दिलोज्यानले बिन्ती गर्छु । तपाईंको वचनले प्रतिज्ञा गरेअनुसार मप्रति कृपालु हुनुहोस् ।
59 I have thought upon my ways, and have turned my feet unto thy testimonies.
मैले आफ्ना मार्गहरू जाँच गरें र मेरा खुट्टाहरूलाई तपाईंका आदेशहरूतिर फर्काएँ ।
60 I have hastened, and not delayed, to keep thy commandments.
तपाईंका आज्ञाहरू पालन गर्न म हतार गर्छु र ढिलो गर्दिनँ ।
61 The meshes of the lawless, have surrounded me, Thy law, have I not forgotten.
दुष्टहरूका डोरीहरूले मलाई पासोमा परेका छन् । मैले तपाईंको व्यवस्थालाई बिर्सेको छैन ।
62 At midnight, I arise to give thanks unto thee, For thy righteous regulations.
तपाईंका धार्मिक आदेशहरूका कारणले तपाईंलाई धन्यवाद दिन म मध्यरातमा उठ्छु ।
63 Companion, am I, to all who revere thee, and to them who keep thy precepts.
तपाईंको आदर गर्ने सबै जना, तपाईंका सुझावहरू पालन गर्ने सबै जानको म एक जना मित्र हुँ ।
64 Of thy lovingkindness, O Yahweh, the earth, is full, Thy statutes, teach thou me.
हे परमप्रभु, पृथ्वी तपाईंको करारको विश्वस्तताले भरिपूर्ण छ । मलाई तपाईंका विधिहरू सिकाउनुहोस् ।
65 [TETH.] Well, hast thou dealt with thy servant, O Yahweh, according to thy word.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंको वचनको मध्यमले तपाईंले आफ्नो सेवकलाई असल गर्नुभएको छ ।
66 Good judgment and knowledge, teach thou me, For, in thy commandments, have I trusted.
मलाई ठिक विवेक र सुझबुझ सिकाउनुहोस्, किनकि मैले तपाईंका आज्ञाहरूमा विश्वास गरेको छु ।
67 Before I was afflicted, I myself was going astray, but, now, thy word, have I kept.
संकष्टमा पर्नअगि म बरालिएर गएको थिएँ, तर अहिले तपाईंको वचन म पालन गर्छु ।
68 Good, thou art, and doing good, Teach me thy statutes.
तपाईं असल हुनुहुन्छ र असल गर्ने तपाईं नै हुनुहुन्छ । मलाई तपाईंका विधिहरू सिकाउनुहोस् ।
69 Insolent men have plastered falsehood over me, I, with a whole heart, will observe thy precepts.
अहङ्कारीहरूले झुटा बोलेर मेरो बदनाम गरेका छन्, तर आफ्नो सारा हृदयले तपाईंका सुझावहरू म पालन गर्छु ।
70 Gross, like fat, is their heart, I, in thy law, have found dear delight.
तिनीहरूका हृदय कठोर भएका छन्, तर म तपाईंको व्यवस्थामा खुसी हुन्छु
71 It is, well for me, that I was afflicted, That I might learn thy statutes.
मैले सतावट भोगेको मेरो निम्ति असल हुन्छ, ताकि म तपाईंका विधिहरू सिक्न सक्छु ।
72 Better to me, is the law of thy mouth, than thousands of gold and silver.
तपाईंको मुखबाट निस्केको शिक्षाहरू मेरो निम्ति सुन र चाँदीका हजारौं टुक्राहरूभन्दा बढी मूल्यवान छन् ।
73 [YODH.] Thine own hands, have made me, and formed me. Give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.
तपाईंका हातहरूले मलाई बनाएका र आकार दिएका छन् । मलाई सुझबुझ दिनुहोस् ताकि म तपाईंका आज्ञाहरू सिक्न सकूँ ।
74 They who revere thee, shall see me and rejoice, that, for thy word, I waited.
तपाईंलाई आदर गर्नेहरूले मलाई देखेर खुसी हुनेछन् किनभने तपाईंको वचनमा म आसा पाउँछु ।
75 I know, O Yahweh, that righteous are thy regulations, and, in faithfulness, didst thou afflict me.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंका आदेशहरू निष्पक्ष छन् र विश्वस्ततामा तपाईंले मलाई कष्ट दिनुभयो भनी म जान्दछु ।
76 Let thy lovingkindness, I beseech thee, serve to comfort me, according to thy word to thy servant.
आफ्नो सेवकसित तपाईंले प्रतिज्ञा गर्नुभएअनुसार तपाईंको करारको विश्वस्तताले मलाई सान्त्वना देओस् ।
77 Let thy compassions reach me, that I may live, for, thy law, is my dear delight.
मलाई दया देखाउनुहोस् ताकि म जीवित रहन सकूँ, किनकि तपाईंको व्यवस्था नै मेरो खुसी हो ।
78 Let insolent men, be ashamed, because, by means of falsehood, they have dealt with me perversely, I, will meditate in thy precepts.
घमण्डीहरू लाजमा परून् किनकि तिनीहरूले मेरो निन्दा गरेका छन् । तर म तपाईंका सुझावहरूमा ध्यान गर्नेछु ।
79 Let them who revere thee, turn unto me, even they who know thy testimonies.
तपाईंलाई आदर गर्नेहरू मतिर फर्कून्, जसले तपाईंका करारका आदेशहरू जान्दछन् ।
80 Let my heart be thorough in thy statutes, that I may not be ashamed.
तपाईंका विधिहरूप्रति मेरो हृदय निर्दोष होस् ताकि म लाजमा नपरूँ ।
81 [KAPH.] My soul, hath languished for thy salvation, For thy word, have I hoped.
तपाईंले मलाई बचाउने आसा गरेर म मूर्छित हुन्छु । तपाईंकै वचनमा म आसा गर्छु ।
82 Mine eyes have failed for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?
तपाईंको प्रतिज्ञा हेर्नलाई मेरा आँखाले इच्छा गर्छन् । तपाईंले मलाई कहिले सान्त्वना दिनुहुनेछ?
83 Though I have been like a wine-skin in the smoke, thy statutes, have I not forgotten.
किनकि म धूवाँमा राखेको मशकजस्तो भएको छु । तपाईंका विधिहरू म बिर्सिन्न ।
84 How few are the days of thy servant! When wilt thou execute sentence on my persecutors?
तपाईंको सेवकले यो कहिलेसम्म यो कुरा सहनु पर्ने हो? मेरो खेदो गर्नेहरूलाई तपाईंले कहिले न्याय गर्नुहुनेछ?
85 Insolent men digged for me pits, men who are not according to thy law.
तपाईंको व्यवस्थाला अशुद्ध पारेर घमण्डीहरूले मेरो निम्ति खाडल खनेका छन् ।
86 All thy commandments, are faithful, With falsehood, have they persecuted me, O help me!
तपाईंका सबै आज्ञा विश्वासनीय छन् । ती मानिसहरूले मलाई गलत किसिमले सताउँछन् । मलाई सहायता गर्नुहोस् ।
87 A little more, and they had consumed me in the earth, but, I, forsake not thy precepts.
तिनीहरूले पृथ्वीमा झण्डै मेरो अन्त्य गरेका छन्, तर तपाईंका सुझावहरूलाई म इन्कार गर्दिनँ ।
88 According to thy lovingkindness, give thou me life, so will I keep the testimonies of thy mouth.
तपाईंको अटल प्रमले मलाई जीवित राख्नुहोस्, ताकि तपाईंका आज्ञाहरू म पालन गर्न सकूँ ।
89 [LAMED.] Age-abidingly, O Yahweh, hath thy word been set up in the heavens.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंको वचन सदासर्वदा रहन्छ । तपाईंको वचन स्वर्गमा दृढ रूपमा स्थपित छन् ।
90 To generation after generation, is thy faithfulness, Thou hast established the earth, and it standeth.
तपाईंको विश्वसनीयता सबै पुस्तामा रहन्छ । तपाईंले पृथ्वीलाई स्थापित गर्नुभएको छ, र यो रहन्छ ।
91 By thy regulations, do they stand to-day, for, all, are thy servants.
तपाईंले आफ्नो धार्मिक आदेशहरूमा भन्नुभएझैं आजको दिनसम्म सबै थोक निरन्तर रहन्छ, किनकि सबै थोकहरू तपाईंका सेवकहरू हुन् ।
92 Had not thy law been my dear delight, then, had I perished in mine affliction.
तपाईंको व्यवस्था नै मेरो आनन्द भएको थिएन भने, म आफ्नो कष्टमा नाश भएको हुन्थें ।
93 Unto times age-abiding, will I not forget thy precepts, For, by them, hast thou given me life.
तपाईंका सुझावहरूलाई म कहिल्यै बिर्सनेछैन, किनकि तपाईंले मलाई तिद्वारा नै जीवित राख्नुभएको छ ।
94 Thine, am I, —oh save me! For, thy precepts, have I sought.
म तपाईंकै हुँ । मलाई बचाउनुहोस्, किनकि म तपाईंका सुझावहरूको खोजी गर्छु ।
95 For me, have the lawless waited, to destroy me, Thy testimonies, will I diligently consider.
दुष्टहरूले मलाई नाश पार्ने तयारी गर्छन्, तर म तपाईंका करारका आदेशहरू बुझ्न खोज्नेछु ।
96 To all perfection, have I seen an end, Broad is thy commandment, exceedingly.
सबै थोकका सिमा भएको मैले देखेको छु, तर तपाईंका आज्ञाहरू भने सिमाभन्दा परसम्म फराकिला छन् ।
97 [MEM.] Oh how I love thy law! All the day, is it my (meditation)
ओहो, तपाईंको व्यवस्थालाई म कति प्रेम गर्छु! यो नै मेरो दिनभरिको ध्यान हो ।
98 Beyond mine enemies, will thy commandment make me wise, for, age-abidingly, shall it be mine.
तपाईंका आज्ञाहरूले मलाई आफ्ना शत्रुहरूभन्दा बुद्धिमान् बनाउँछन्, किनकि तपाईंका आज्ञाहरू सधैं मसँग छन् ।
99 Beyond all my teachers, have I shown discretion, for, thy testimonies, are my (meditation)
मेरा शिक्षकहरूभन्दा मसँग धेरै सुझबुझ छ, किनकि तपाईंको करारका आदेशहरूमा नै म ध्यान गर्छु ।
100 Beyond the elders, will I show understanding, for, thy precepts, have I observed.
मभन्दा पाकाहरूभन्दा धेरै म बुझ्छु । मैले तपाईंका सुझावहरू पालन गरेको हुनाले नै यसो भएको हो ।
101 From every way of wickedness, have I withheld my feet, that I might keep thy word.
हरेक खराब मार्गबाट मैले आफ्ना खुट्टाहरूलाई पछि राखेको छु ताकि म तपाईंको वचन पालन गर्न सकूँ ।
102 From thy regulations, have I not turned aside, for, thou, hast directed me.
तपाईंका धार्मिक आदेशहरूबाट फर्केको छैन, किनकि तपाईंले मलाई सिकाउनुभएको छ ।
103 How smooth to my palate is thy speech, More than honey, to my mouth.
तपाईंका वचनहरू मेरो जिब्रोमा कति स्वदिला छन् । हो, मेरो मुखमा महभन्दा पनि गुलिया छन्!
104 Out of thy precepts, will I get understanding, For this cause, do I hate every false way.
तपाईंका सुझावहरूद्वारा म विवेक पाउँछु, यसकारण हरेक झुटो मार्गलाई म घृणा गर्छु ।
105 [NUN.] A lamp to my feet, is thy word, and a light to my path.
तपाईंका वचन मेरा पाउको निम्ति बत्ती र मेरो बाटोको निम्ति उज्यालो हो ।
106 I sware, and have fulfilled, To keep thy righteous regulations.
मैले शपथ खाएको छु र पक्का गरेको छु, ताकि म तपाईंका धार्मिक आदेशहरू पालन गर्नेछु
107 I have been afflicted exceedingly, —O Yahweh, give me life according to thy word.
म धेरै कष्टमा परेको छु । हे परमप्रभु, मलाई जीवित राख्नुहोस्, जस्तो तपाईंले आफ्नो वचनमा प्रतिज्ञा गर्नुभएको छ ।
108 The freewill offerings of my mouth, accept, I pray thee, O Yahweh, And, thy regulations, teach thou me.
हे परमप्रभु, मेरो मुखको स्वेच्छा बलि ग्रहण गर्नुहोस् र मलाई तपाईंका धार्मिक आदेशहरू सिकाउनुहोस् ।
109 My life, is in my hand continually, Yet, thy law, have I not forgotten.
मेरो जीवन सधैं मेरो हातमा छ, तापनि म तपाईंको व्यवस्था बिर्सिन्न ।
110 The lawless have set a snare for me, Yet, from thy precepts, have I not strayed.
दुष्टहरूले मेरो निम्ति पासो थापेका छन्, तर म तपाईंका सुझावहरूबाट टाढा गएको छैन ।
111 As an inheritance have I taken thy testimonies unto times age-abiding, for, the joy of my heart, they are.
तपाईंका करारका आदेशहरूलाई सदासर्वदा म आफ्नो पैतृक अंशको रूपमा दाबी गर्छु, किनकि ति मेरो हृदयको आनन्द हुन् ।
112 I have inclined my heart to perform thy statutes, Age-abidingly, to the end.
सदासर्वदा अन्त्यसम्म नै मेरो हृदय तपाईंका विधिहरू पालन गर्न समर्पित छ ।
113 [SAMECH.] Half-hearted ones, do I hate, but, thy law, do I love.
दोहोरो मन भएकाहरूलाई म घृणा गर्छु, तर म तपाईंको व्यवस्थालाई प्रेम गर्छु ।
114 My hiding-place and my buckler, thou art, For thy word, have I waited.
तपाईं मेरो लुक्ने ठाउँ र ढाल हुनुहुन्छ । तपाईंको वचनमा म आसा गर्छु ।
115 Depart from me, ye evil-doers, —that I may observe the commandments of my God.
हे दुष्ट काम गर्नेहरू हो, मबाट टाढा होओ, ताकि म आफ्नो परमेश्वरका आज्ञाहरू पालन गर्न सकूँ ।
116 Uphold me according to thy word, that I may live, and do not shame me out of my hope!
मलाई तपाईंको वचनद्वारा सम्हाल्नुहोस् ताकि म जिउन सकूँ र मेरो आसामा लज्जित हुनु नपरोस् ।
117 Sustain me, that I may be saved, and may find dear delight in thy statutes continually.
मलाई सहायता गर्नुहोस् र म सुरक्षित हुनेछु । म सधैं तपाईंका विधिहरूमा ध्यान गर्नेछु ।
118 Thou hast made light of all who stray from thy statutes, for their fraud is, falsehood.
तपाईंका विधिहरूबाट टाढा जानेहरू सबैलाई तपाईंले इन्कार गर्नुहुन्छ, किनकि ती मानिसहरू छली र अविश्वासनीय छन् ।
119 Dross, have I accounted all the lawless of the earth, therefore do I love thy testimonies.
तपाईंले दुष्टहरूलाई फोहोरझैं हटाउनुहुनेछ । यसकारण म तपाईंका गहन आज्ञाहरूलाई प्रेम गर्छु ।
120 My flesh, bristled up from dread of thee, and, of thy regulations, stand I in fear.
तपाईंको भयले मेरो शरीर थरथर हुन्छ र तपाईंका धार्मिक आदेशहरूको डर मलाई हुन्छ ।
121 [AYIN.] I have done justice and righteousness, —Do not leave me to mine oppressors.
जे निष्पक्ष र ठिक छ सो म गर्छु । मेरा अत्यचारीहरूका हातमा मलाई नदिनुहोस् ।
122 Be thou surety for thy servant for good, Let not insolent men oppress me.
तपाईंको सेवकको भलाइ गर्ने जिम्मा लिनुहोस् । घमण्डीहरूले मलाई थिचोमिचो नगरून् ।
123 Mine eyes, have become dim for thy salvation, and for thy righteous word.
तपाईंको उद्धारको निम्ति र तपाईंको धार्मिक वचनको निम्ति म पर्खिंदा मेरा आँखाहरू थकित हुन्छन् ।
124 Deal with thy servant according to thy lovingkindness, and, thy statutes, teach thou me.
तपाईंको सेवकलाई आफ्नो करारको विश्वस्तता देखाउनुहोस् र तपाईंका विधिहरू मलाई सिकाउनुहोस् ।
125 Thy servant, I am—give me understanding, so shall I get to know thy testimonies.
म तपाईंको सेवक हुँ । मलाई सुझबुझ दिनुहोस् ताकि तपाईंको करारका आदेशहरू म जान्न सकूँ ।
126 It is time that Yahweh should work, They have frustrated thy law!
यो परमप्रभुले काम गर्ने समय हो, किनकि मानिसहरूले तपाईंको व्यवस्था भङ्ग गरेका छन् ।
127 For this cause, do I love thy commandments, More than gold, yea than fine gold!
साँच्चै, म तपाईंका आज्ञाहरूलाई सुन वा निख्खुर सुनभन्दा धेरै प्रेम गर्छु ।
128 For this cause, all thy precepts concerning all things, I deem right, Every way of falsehood, I hate.
यसकारण, तपाईंका सबै सुझावहरूलाई म सावधान भएर अनुसरण गर्छु र झुटका हरेक मार्गलाई म घृणा गर्छु ।
129 [PE.] Wonderful are thy testimonies, For this cause, hath my soul observed them.
तपाईंका नियमहरू अचम्मका छन् । त्यसैले म तिनलाई पालन गर्छु ।
130 The opening of thy words, sheddeth light, Giving understanding to the simple.
तपाईंका वचनहरूको व्याख्याले ज्योति दिन्छ । यसले तालिम नभएकाहरूलाई सुझबुझ दिन्छ ।
131 My mouth, have I opened wide, and panted, because, for thy commandments, have I longed.
म आफ्नो मुख खोल्छु र तिर्खाउँछु, किनकि तपाईंका आज्ञाहरूको उत्कट इच्छा म गर्छु ।
132 Turn thyself unto me, and show me favour, —As is befitting, to the lovers of thy Name.
तपाईंको नाउँ प्रेम गर्नेहरूलाई तपाईंले सधैं गर्नुभएझैं मतिर फर्कनुहोस् र ममाथि दया गर्नुहोस् ।
133 My steps, direct thou by thy word, and let no iniquity, have dominion over me.
तपाईंको वचनले मेरा पाइलाहरूलाई बाटो देखाउनुहोस् । कुनै पापले ममाथि राज्य गर्न नदिनुहोस् ।
134 Set me free from the oppression of man, so will I keep thy precepts.
मलाई मानिसको थिचोमिचोबाट बचाउनुहोस् ताकि तपाईंका सुझावहरू म पालन गर्न सकूँ ।
135 Thy face, light thou up on thy servant, and teach me thy statutes.
तपाईंको सेवकमाथि तपाईंको मुहार चम्काउनुहोस् र मलाई तपाईंका विधिहरू सिकाउनुहोस् ।
136 Streams of water, have run down mine eyes, because men have not kept thy law.
मेरा आँखाहरूबाट आँसुका बलिन्द्र धारा बग्छन् किनभने मानिसहरूले तपाईंको व्यवस्था पालन गर्दैनन् ।
137 [ZADHE.] Righteous art thou, O Yahweh, —and, equitable, are thy regulations.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईं धर्मी हुनुहुन्छ र तपाईंका आदेशहरू निष्पक्ष छन् ।
138 Thou hast righteously commanded thy testimonies, yea in great faithfulness.
तपाईंले आफ्नो करारका आदेशहरू धार्मिक रूपमा र विश्वस्ततासाथ दिनुभएको छ ।
139 My zeal, hath put an end to me, for mine adversaries have forgotten thy words.
रिसले मलाई नष्ट पारेको छ किनभने मेरा वैरीहरूले तपाईंका वचनहरू बिर्सिन्छन् ।
140 Refined is thy word, to the uttermost, and, thy servant loveth it.
तपाईंका वचनलाई धेरै जाँचिएका छ र तपाईंको सेवकले यसलाई प्रेम गर्छ ।
141 Small, am I, and despised, Thy precepts, have I not forgotten.
म तुच्छ र घृणित छु, तापनि तपाईंको सुझावहरूलाई म बिर्सिन्न ।
142 Thy righteousness, is righteous to times age-abiding, and, thy law, is truth.
तपाईंको न्याय सदासर्वदा ठिक हुन्छ र तपाईंको व्यवस्था भरपर्दो छ ।
143 Straitness and distress, have befallen me, Thy commandments, are my dear delights.
संकष्ट र क्लेशले मलाई भेट्टाएको भए पनि, तपाईंका आज्ञाहरू अझै मेरो आनन्द नै हुन् ।
144 Righteous are thy testimonies, unto times age-abiding, Give me understanding, that I may live.
तपाईंको करारका आदेशहरू सदासर्वदा धार्मिक छन् । मलाई सुझबुझ दिनुहोस् ताकि म जीवित रहन सकूँ ।
145 [KOPH.] I have cried out with all my heart, answer me, O Yahweh; Thy statutes, will I observe.
मैले आफ्नो सम्पूर्ण हृदयले पुकारा गरें, “हे परमप्रभु, मलाई जवाफ दिनुहोस् । म तपाईंका विधिहरू पालन गर्नेछु ।
146 I have cried out unto thee, oh save me, That I may keep thy testimonies.
म तपाईंलाई पुकारा गर्छु । मलाई बचाउनुहोस् र म तपाईंका करारका आदेशहरू पालन गर्नेछु ।”
147 I forestalled the twilight, and cried for help, For thy word, I waited.
बिहान झिसमिसे हुनु अगाडि नै म उठ्छु र सहायताको निम्ति पुकारा गर्छु । तपाईंको वचनमा म आसा गर्छु ।
148 Mine eyes forestalled the night-watches, To meditate in thy word.
रातका पहरहरू बद्लिनुअगि नै मेरा आँखाहरू खुला हुन्छन् ताकि म तपाईंको वचनमा ध्यान गर्न सकूँ ।
149 My voice, O hear, according to thy lovingkindness, O Yahweh! according to thy wont, give me life.
तपाईंको करारको विश्वस्ततामा मेरो सोर सुन्नुहोस् । हे परमप्रभु, मलाई जीवित राख्नुहोस्, जस्तो तपाईंले आफ्नो धार्मिक आदेशहरूमा प्रतिज्ञा गर्नुभएको छ ।
150 They have drawn near, who pursue villainy, From thy law, have they gone far away.
मेरो सतावट गर्नेहरू मेरो नजिक आइरहेका छन्, तर तिनीहरू तपाईंको व्यवस्थाबाट धेरै टाढा छन् ।
151 Near art thou, O Yahweh, and, all thy commandments, are truth.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईं नजिक हुनुहुन्छ र तपाईंका सबै आज्ञा भरपर्दा छन् ।
152 Long, have I known, from thy testimonies, That, to times age-abiding, thou didst establish them.
धेरै अघि नै तपाईंका करारका आदेशहरूबाट मैले सिकें जसलाई सदासर्वदा रहोस् भनेर तपाईंले स्थापित गर्नुभएको थियो ।
153 [RESH.] Behold mine affliction, and rescue me, For, thy law, have I not forgotten.
मेरो कष्टलाई हेर्नुहोस् र मलाई सहायता गर्नुहोस्, किन म तपाईंको व्यवस्था बिर्सिन्न ।
154 Plead my cause, and redeem me, By thy word, give me life
मेरो पक्षमा बोल्नुहोस् र मलाई उद्धार गर्नुहोस् । तपाईंले आफ्नो वचनमा प्रतिज्ञा गरेअनुसार मलाई सुरक्षित राख्नुहोस् ।
155 Far from the lawless, is salvation, For, thy statutes, have they not sought.
उद्धारचाहिं दुष्टहरूदेखि धेरै टाढा हुन्छ, किनकि तिनीहरूले तपाईंका विधिहरू मन पराउँदैनन् ।
156 Thy compassions, are great, O Yahweh, According to thy regulations, give me life.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंका कृपापूर्ण कामहरू महान् छन् । तपाईंले सधैं गर्नुभएझैं मलाई जीवित राख्नुहोस् ।
157 Many, are my persecutors and mine adversaries, From thy testimonies, have I not swerved.
मलाई सताउनेहरू र मेरा वैरीहरू धेरै जान छन्, तापनि म तपाईंका करारका देशहरूबाट तर्केको छैन ।
158 I have seen traitors, and felt loathing, Because, thy word, they kept not.
धोकेबाजलाई म घृणाको दृष्टिले हेर्छु किनभने तिनीहरूले तपाईंका वचन पालन गर्दैनन् ।
159 See thou that, thy precepts, I have loved, O Yahweh, according to thy lovingkindness, give me life.
हेर्नुहोस् म तपाईंका सुझावहरूलाई कति प्रेम गर्छु । हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंले आफ्नो करारको विश्वस्तताद्वारा प्रतिज्ञा गर्नुभएझैं मलाई जीवित राख्नुहोस् ।
160 The sum of thy word, is truth, and, age-abiding, is every one of thy righteous regulations.
तपाईंको वचनको सार सत्य छ । तपाईंका हरेक धार्मिक आदेशहरू सदासर्वदा रहन्छन् ।
161 [SHIN.] Rulers, have persecuted me, without cause, But, of thy word, hath my heart stood in awe.
शासकहरूले मलाई विनाकारण सताउँछन्, तर मेरो हृदय तपाईंको वचनको भयमा स्थिर छ ।
162 Joyful am I over thy word, Like the finder of spoil in abundance.
कसैले धेरै लूटको माल पाएझैं म तपाईंको वचनमा आनन्दित हुन्छु ।
163 Falsehood, I hate and abhor, Thy law, do I love.
झुटलाई म घृणा र तिरस्कार गर्छु, तर म तपाईंको व्यवस्थालाई प्रेम गर्छु ।
164 Seven times in the day, have I praised thee, For thy righteous regulations.
तपाईंको धार्मिक आदेशहरूका कारणले दिनमा सातपल्ट म तपाईंको प्रशंसा गर्छु ।
165 Blessing in abundance, have the lovers of thy law, and nothing to make them stumble.
तपाईंको व्यवस्थालाई प्रेम गर्नेहरूसँग महान् शान्ति हुन्छ । तिनीहरूलाई कुनै कुराले ठेस खान दिंदैन ।
166 I have looked for thy salvation, O Yahweh, and, thy commandments, have I done.
हे परमप्रभु, म तपाईंको उद्धारको आसा गर्छु र तपाईंका आज्ञाहरू म पालन गर्छु ।
167 My soul hath kept thy testimonies, yea I have loved them greatly.
म तपाईंक गहन आज्ञाहरू पालन गर्छु र तिनलाई म अति प्रेम गर्छु ।
168 I have kept thy precepts, and thy testimonies, For, all my ways, are before thee.
तपाईंका सुझावहरू र तपाईंका गहन आज्ञाहरू म पालन गर्छु, किनकि मैले गर्ने हरेक कुराको बारेमा तपाईंलाई जानकारी हुन्छ ।
169 [TAU] Let my shouting come near before thee, O Yahweh, According to thy word, give me understanding.
हे परमप्रभु, सहायताको निम्ति मेरो पुकारा सुन्नुहोस् । तपाईंको वचनमा मलाई सुझबुझ दिनुहोस् ।
170 Let my supplication come in before thee, According to thy word, deliver me.
मेरा बिन्तीहरू तपाईंकै सामु आऊन् । तपाईंले वचनमा तपाईंले प्रतिज्ञा गर्नुभएझैं मलाई सहायता गर्नुहोस् ।
171 My lips, shall pour out, praise, When thou shalt teach me thy statutes.
मेरा ओठहरूले प्रशंसा गरोस् किनकि तपाईंले मलाई आफ्ना विधिहरू सिकाउनुहुन्छ ।
172 My tongue, shall respond, with thy word, For, all thy commandments, are righteous.
मेरो जिब्रोले तपाईंको वचनको बारेमा गीत गाओस्, किनकि तपाईंका सबै आज्ञा ठिक छन् ।
173 Be thy hand ready to help me, For, thy statutes, have I chosen.
तपाईंको हातले मलाई सहायता गरोस्, किनकि तपाईंका सुझावहरूलाई मैले रोजेको छु ।
174 I have longed for thy salvation, O Yahweh, and, thy law, is my dear delight.
हे परमप्रभु, म तपाईंको उद्धारको इच्छा हेर्छु र तपाईंको व्यवस्था नै मेरो आनन्द हो ।
175 Let my soul live, that it may praise thee, So shall thy regulation help me.
म जिउन सकूँ र तपाईंको प्रशंसा गर्न सकूँ । अनि तपाईंका धार्मिक आदेशहरूले मलाई सहायता गरून् ।
176 I have strayed like a wandering sheep, O seek thy servant, For, thy commandments, have I not forgotten.
हराएको भेडाझैं म बरालिएको छु । आफ्नो सेवकलाई खोज्नुहोस् । किनकि मैले तपाईंका आज्ञाहरू बिर्सेको छैन ।
