Psalms 118
1 Give ye thanks to Yahweh—For he is good, For, age-abiding, is his lovingkindness.
Angraeng loe hoih pongah, angmah khaeah kawnhaih lok to thui oh; a tawnh ih palungnathaih loe dungzan khoek to cak.
2 I pray you! let Israel, say, For, age-abiding, is his lovingkindness.
A palungnathaih loe dungzan khoek to cak, tiah Israel mah thui nasoe.
3 I pray you! let the house of Aaron, say, For, age-abiding, is his lovingkindness.
A palunghaih loe dungzan khoek to cak, tiah Aaron imthung takoh mah thui nasoe.
4 I pray you! let them who revere Yahweh, say, For, age-abiding, is his lovingkindness.
Angraeng zii kaminawk boih mah, a palungnathaih loe dungzan khoek to cak, tiah thui o nasoe.
5 Out of a strait, called I on Yah, He answered me with enlargement.
Palung ka boeng naah Angraeng to ka kawk; anih mah ang pathim moe, kalen parai ahmuen ah ang prawt.
6 Yahweh, is on my side, I will not fear, What can man, do unto me?
Angraeng loe kai bangah oh pongah, ka zii mak ai; kami mah kawbangmaw na naa thai tih?
7 Yahweh, is on my side, with them who help me, I, therefore shall gaze upon them who hate me.
Angraeng loe kai bangah oh moe, kai ang bomh pongah, kai hnuma kaminawk nuiah palung khuek, tihhaih ka hnu tih boeh.
8 It is, better to seek refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man:
Kami oep pongah loe Angraeng khaeah amha hae hoih kue.
9 It is, better to seek refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in nobles.
Long angraengnawk to oep pongah loe Angraeng khaeah amha hae hoih kue.
10 All nations, have compassed me about, In the Name of Yahweh, surely I will make them be circumcised;
Prae congca kaminawk mah kai ang takui o khoep; toe Angraeng ih ahmin hoiah nihcae to kam rosak han.
11 They have compassed me about—yea compassed me about, In the Name of Yahweh, surely I will make them be circumcised;
Nihcae mah kai ahnuk ahma ang maah o; ue, kai ang takui o; toe Angraeng ih ahmin hoiah nihcae to kam rosak han.
12 They have compassed me about like wax bees, they have blazed up like the fire of thorns, In the Name of Yahweh, surely I will make them be circumcised.
Khoimi baktiah kai ang takui o khoep; nihcae loe soekhring hmai baktiah duek o; Angraeng ih ahmin hoiah nihcae to kam rosak han.
13 Thou didst, thrust sore, at me that I might fall, But, Yahweh, hath helped me.
Kai amtimh thai hanah, nang nuih; toe Angraeng mah kai ang bomh.
14 My might and melody, is Yah, and he hath become mine by salvation.
Angraeng loe ka thacakhaih hoi laasakhaih ah oh moe, ka pahlonghaih ah oh.
15 The voice of shouting and salvation, is in the tents of the righteous, The right hand of Yahweh, is doing valiantly:
Anghoehaih hoi pahlonghaih lok loe katoeng kaminawk ohhaih ahmuen ah oh: Angraeng ih bantang ban mah kalen parai hmuen to sak boeh.
16 The right hand of Yahweh, is exalted, The right hand of Yahweh, is doing valiantly.
Angraeng ih bantang ban loe payangh tahang moe, Angraeng ih bantang ban mah kalen parai hmuen to sak boeh.
17 I shall not die, but live, That I may recount the doings of Yah.
Ka dueh mak ai, ka hing tih, to pongah Angraeng mah sak ih hmuen to ka thuih han vop.
18 Yah, chastened me sore, But, unto death, did not deliver me.
Angraeng mah kana parai ah ang thuitaek; toe duekhaih khaeah na paek ai.
19 Open to me the gates of righteousness, I will enter therein, I will give thanks unto Yah.
Kai hanah toenghaih khongkha to ang paongh pae; kai loe akun moe, Angraeng to ka pakoeh han.
20 This, is the gate for Yahweh, Such as are righteous, shall enter therein.
Hae khongkha loe Angraeng ih ni; katoeng kaminawk loe akun o tih.
21 I will thank thee, because thou hast answered me, And hast become mine, by salvation.
Ka lok nang pathim moe, ka pahlonghaih ah na oh pongah, nang to kang pakoeh han.
22 A stone the builders refused, hath become the head of the corner:
Imsah kaminawk mah pahnawt ih thlung loe atho kaom koek im takii ih thlung ah angcoeng boeh.
23 From Yahweh, hath this come to pass, The same, is marvellous in our eyes.
Hae loe Angraeng mah a sak; aicae mikhnuk ah dawnrai hmuen ah oh.
24 This is the day, which Yahweh hath made, We will exult, and be glad therein.
Hae loe Angraeng mah sak ih ani ah oh, anghoehaih hoiah anih khaeah nawm o si.
25 Ah now, Yahweh, do save, we beseech thee, Ah now, Yahweh, do send success, we beseech thee!
Aw Angraeng, nang pahlong hanah kang hnik; Aw Angraeng, tahamhoihhaih nang paek hanah kang hnik.
26 Blessed be he that entereth, In the Name of Yahweh, we have blessed you, out of the house of Yahweh.
Angraeng ih ahmin hoi angzo kami loe tahamhoih nasoe; Angraeng im hoiah tahamhoihaih kang paek o boeh.
27 Yahweh is GOD, and hath shed on us light, —Bind ye the festal sacrifice with cords, Up to the horns of the altar.
Angraeng loe Sithaw ah oh moe, aicae han aanghaih to ang paek; angbawnhaih moi to hmaicam takii ah qui hoiah kom o si.
28 My GOD, thou art, and I will thank thee, —My Elohim, I will exalt thee.
Nang loe ka Sithaw ah ni na oh, nang to kang pakoeh han; nang loe ka Sithaw ah ni na oh, nang to kang pakoeh han.
29 Give ye thanks to Yahweh—For he is good, For, age-abiding, is his lovingkindness.
