Psalms 116
1 I love Yahweh—because he heareth my voice, my supplications;
१मी परमेश्वरावर प्रेम करतो कारण तो माझी वाणी आणि माझ्या विनंत्या दयेसाठी ऐकतो.
2 Because he hath bowed down his ear unto me, therefore, throughout my days, will I call.
२कारण तो माझे ऐकतो, म्हणून मी जिवंत आहे तोपर्यंत मी त्यास हाक मारीन.
3 The meshes of death encompassed me, and the distresses of hades, came upon me, Peril and sorrow, I found; (Sheol h7585)
३मृत्यूचे दोर माझ्याभोवती आवळले, आणि मला अधोलोकांच्या यातना झाल्या, संकट व क्लेश मला झाले. (Sheol h7585)
4 But, on the Name of Yahweh, I called—I beseech thee, Yahweh, deliver my soul.
४नंतर मी परमेश्वराच्या नावाचा धावा केला, “हे परमेश्वरा, मी तुला विनंती करतो, मला वाचव.”
5 Gracious is Yahweh and righteous, and, our God, is full of compassion.
५परमेश्वर कृपाळू आणि न्यायी आहे; आमचा देव कनवाळू आहे.
6 Yahweh, preserveth the simple, I was brought low, when, to me, he granted salvation.
६परमेश्वर भोळ्यांचे रक्षण करतो; मी दीनावस्थेत होतो तेव्हा त्याने माझे तारण केले.
7 Return, O my soul, to thy rest, For, Yahweh, hath dealt bountifully with thee.
७हे माझ्या जिवा तू आपल्या विश्रामस्थानी परत ये; कारण परमेश्वराने तुझ्यावर पुष्कळ उपकार केले आहेत.
8 For thou hast rescued my soul from death, —mine eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.
८तू माझा जीव मृत्यूपासून, माझे डोळे अश्रूपासून, आणि माझे पाय अडखळण्यापासून मुक्त केले आहेत.
9 I will walk to and fro before Yahweh, in the lands of life.
९जीवंताच्या भूमित परमेश्वराची सेवा करणे मी चालूच ठेवीन.
10 I believed that I should speak, I, was greatly depressed.
१०मी फार पीडित आहे असे जेव्हा मी म्हणालो, तरी माझा त्याच्यावर विश्वास आहे.
11 I, said in mine alarm, All men, are false!
११मी अविचाराने म्हणालो की, सगळे माणसे खोटारडे आहेत.
12 How shall I give back to Yahweh, All his benefits unto me?
१२परमेश्वराने माझ्यावर केलेल्या सर्व उपकाराची मी कशी परतफेड करू?
13 The cup of salvation, will I lift, and, on the Name of Yahweh, will I call:
१३मी तारणाचा प्याला उंचावून परमेश्वराच्या नावाने हाक मारीन.
14 My vows—to Yahweh, will I pay, Might it be in presence of all his people!
१४त्याच्या सर्व लोकांसमोर, मी परमेश्वरास केलेले नवस पूर्ण करीन.
15 Costly in the eyes of Yahweh, is, death, for his men of lovingkindness.
१५परमेश्वराच्या दृष्टीने त्याच्या भक्तांचा मृत्यू अमोल आहे.
16 I beseech thee, O Yahweh—for, I, am thy servant, —I, am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid, Thou hast loosened my bonds.
१६हे परमेश्वरा, मी खरोखर तुझा सेवक आहे; मी तुझा सेवक, तुझी दासी असलेल्या स्त्रीचा मुलगा आहे; माझी बंधने तू सोडली आहेस.
17 To thee, will I sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving, and, on the Name of Yahweh, will I call:
१७मी तुला उपकाराचा यज्ञ अर्पण करीन आणि मी परमेश्वराचे नामस्मरण करीन.
18 My vows—to Yahweh, will I pay, Might it be in the presence of all his people; —
१८मी त्याच्या सर्व लोकांसमोर परमेश्वरास केलेले नवस पूर्ण करीन.
19 In the courts of the house of Yahweh, In the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye Yah!
१९परमेश्वराच्या घराच्या अंगणात, यरूशलेमा तुझ्यामध्ये ते फेडीन. परमेश्वराची स्तुती करा.
