Psalms 116
1 I love Yahweh—because he heareth my voice, my supplications;
Любя Господа, защото послуша Гласа ми и молбите ми;
2 Because he hath bowed down his ear unto me, therefore, throughout my days, will I call.
Понеже приклони ухото Си към мене, Затова ще Го призовавам догдето съм жив.
3 The meshes of death encompassed me, and the distresses of hades, came upon me, Peril and sorrow, I found; (Sheol h7585)
Връзките на смъртта ме обвиха, И мъките на преизподнята ме намериха; Скръб и беда срещнах. (Sheol h7585)
4 But, on the Name of Yahweh, I called—I beseech thee, Yahweh, deliver my soul.
Тогава призовах името Господно, и Го помолих; О Господи, избави душата ми.
5 Gracious is Yahweh and righteous, and, our God, is full of compassion.
Благ е Господ и праведен, Да! милостив е нашият Бог.
6 Yahweh, preserveth the simple, I was brought low, when, to me, he granted salvation.
Господ пази простодушните; В беда бях, и Той ме избави.
7 Return, O my soul, to thy rest, For, Yahweh, hath dealt bountifully with thee.
Върни се, душе моя, в успокоението си, Защото Господ постъпи щедро към тебе.
8 For thou hast rescued my soul from death, —mine eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.
Понеже си избавил душата ми от смърт, Очите ми от сълзи, и нозете ми от подхлъзване,
9 I will walk to and fro before Yahweh, in the lands of life.
Затова ще ходя пред Господа в земята на живите.
10 I believed that I should speak, I, was greatly depressed.
Аз повярвах, затова говорих; Много бях наскърбен.
11 I, said in mine alarm, All men, are false!
В тревогата си рекох: Всеки човек е измамлив.
12 How shall I give back to Yahweh, All his benefits unto me?
Що да въздам Господу За всичките Му благодеяния към мене?
13 The cup of salvation, will I lift, and, on the Name of Yahweh, will I call:
Ще взема чашата на спасението, И ще призова името Господно;
14 My vows—to Yahweh, will I pay, Might it be in presence of all his people!
Ще изпълня обреците си Господу, Да, пред всичките Му люде.
15 Costly in the eyes of Yahweh, is, death, for his men of lovingkindness.
Скъпоценна е пред Господа Смъртта на светиите Му.
16 I beseech thee, O Yahweh—for, I, am thy servant, —I, am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid, Thou hast loosened my bonds.
Ах! Господи, наистина аз съм Твой слуга; Твой слуга съм, син на Твоята слугиня; Ти си развързал връзките ми.
17 To thee, will I sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving, and, on the Name of Yahweh, will I call:
На Тебе ще принеса жертва на хваление, И името Господно ще призова.
18 My vows—to Yahweh, will I pay, Might it be in the presence of all his people; —
Ще изпълня облаците си Господу, Да! пред всичките Негови люде,
19 In the courts of the house of Yahweh, In the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye Yah!
В дворовете на дома Господен, Всред тебе, Ерусалиме. Алилуя.
